#1 Exam Prep App: Quiz & Notes

I'm giving this review because ever since I installed the application, it is full of technical problems. Every time I log in for practising test series it took atleast 5-8 minutes to load the page. Many times the pictures were not downloaded. I have updated the application as usual, but still technical problem was not resolved. Otherwise, study plan, study materials, test series are very good.

The app earlier was Gradeup, which was the best edu tech app available online. Not only the quality of teaching but also the experience of accessing the app and all its notes was awesome. Helped a lot during pandemic time to prepare for exams. The faculties in that period were all just masters of their subjects. Just after Byju's has taken over the app, content quality has decreased, all the great faculties are quitting, above all there are so many bugs that I don't want to open the app nowadays

Worst behaviour from byjus. Earlier we had the option to subscribe for the test series which was good and sufficient for the aspirants like us. But now they combined it with their costly classroom program which most of us have no real use. Worst to make enemy out of the customer, netflix went down due to this policy, this app is walking the same path.

App is not working as it only shows to select the language and the notification pops up again after choosing. I was about to buy test series but the payment method is not working also, always showing something went wrong. The section for previous year paper is also not opening and many more issues. Finally going to uninstall the app as it is just using space and nothing else.

The classes they take doesn't provide you a standard teaching, they teach you pretty basic which can be easily find on youtube, so then why to waste money here? And moreover they doesn't provide you timers for practicing questions and I've found many mistakes in their practice questions. You can never clear any exam if you rely on this app, I recommend everyone to just study from YT instead of wasting your money on purchasing their courses.

Ever since I updated this app , some of the video lectures are not opening. Even if I am on a very good internet connection,there is always audio interruption in between the paid sessions sometimes. Please fix this as soon as possible.

The app was already slugish, and the update impinged it even more, it takes a lot of loading to open a single page and whenever I ask any doubt in the doubt section it vanishes without even being posted which cause a lot of problem, also I'm unable to open or attempt any sectional test in the app. The web version can still be reliable but the app literally make things difficult. Hoping for a better upgrade next time.

Really the best app available for government exams with a user friendly interface. Previous year Ques/ans, tests, practice papers, tutorials, anything and everything you need to succeed is available. 10/10 would recommend for all government exam aspirants. Good luck !

Great platform for preparing Competitive Exams. Enjoying subscription. One request : Please do not remove the videos of completed batches. Teachers are no doubt extremely helpful. But it is known to all that we have our choices. I enjoy live classes lesser than the classes which are completed and are in there recorded. Please don not remove older videos. Thanks.

The study material on the app is worth spending time on. The support team is very helpful and makes customer's experience really convenient. Prices for the subscription are reasonable and no ads are present on the application. Keep up the good work !

This app was so much better earlier. Now, whatever I try to load, it shows me an error - "could not connect to server, please try later". This has been going on for more than a month now. I am unable to attempt any quizzes. Already tried updating the app and clearing the cache, still getting the same error again and again.

I would like to edit my review. As my issue is resolved. I just wanted to convey that the amount and details should be provided in application. So that atleast a student can understand. When I joined GradeUp the only thing which made me buy the subscription are the GATE teachers. They make each and every concept clear. I would recommend the course to everyone. But would like a much better transparency with amounts and all through app.

From the last few days whenever i open the application a notification popup and ask to select the language. Even after selecting the language same notification popup again and again. Now i am not able to open anything in the application because of that pop-up notification. My experience is not good at all after the gradeup is acquired by byju's.

Byju's takeover to Gradeup , completely destroyed Gradeup. Gradeup was independently doing very well. But byju destroyed app. It has full of technical problem. You just explore the app and you will start getting call from Byju for purchasing the course. App has no use.

Worst experience ever. Earlier it was used to work just fine. I have purchased the test series for 4 months after some time the app upgraded and now it shows there is nothing in my subscription and i cannot access it. I spoke with customer support then i get to know that if you want to purchase the test series u need to pay the purchase the whole course plan. Gradeup was much better.

It was really such a good overview of byjus app,daily different classes .But after an update the videos are not been accessible. I tried clearing cache .but nothing changed..Now can't view a single thing

This is a good app for banking exam preparation. Its daily quiz, daily GK and current affairs and quick practice questions are good feature for beginners. Once the basics are cleared, one can attempt mock tests and previous year papers. Byju's class is also good.

The content provided on this site are quite helpful for preparation.Topic wise content are helpful to clear the doubts.Test series are also upto exam level & general awareness is easily understandable & help to memorize easily.Giving test from the phone is ok... But when I used to give test on laptop it's difficult. Just because the print is too light in colour... Otherwise all things are good... I think u will take my suggestions... 🙏👍

From when I start using this app it has glitch here and there but after last few updates some of its featurs become completely inaccessible like I am not able to access the old parts of 'current affaire quiz' and my 'saved notes' are not accessible Categorically and so on.

The latest update of the app is very bad and is of very poor qulality. The words on the white background can be barely seen and it makes very hard for the student to read. Almost nothing can be seen after this update. Thumbnails can't be properly seen. Very disappointing.!!!

Its a one stop app for all government exam's preparation. Excellent and easy to use interface with a lot of information at one place, a must have app with a lot of free content on the go !!

This app is a wholesome package for all competitive exams. Their way of teaching are excellent. Quality of study materials are really great and according to exam syllabus. The best thing about Byjus Exam prep is they keep improving the way of teaching which gives better and better results every year.

Great app! If you are preparing for any defence exam, go for it, they provide you with regular quizzes, video classes, clear your doubts, this app helped me a lot during my preparation, also it is really easy to use.

I am not so much satisfied with ByJUs app earlier gradeup freely provide 20-30 questions puzzles/ sitting arrangements question series for practice which is very helpful for students who are preparing for any government exams. No doubt you have add new features in this app which is good such as you provide students facility to use practice coins to claim their online books or other discount. But I really missed old features of gradeup app like doubt icon on the top.

The app and content is fine and matches the level. But one bad thing about is after we give the test there is no separate options to segregate right, wrong and skipped questions. Every other test series company has it. Pls do include it in gradeup.

Encountered with Worst experience while using this app. New update is disgusting and irritating. You can't even see what are the courses going on and what schemes are prevailing. It more of one way communication.

Worst app !! I have taken the subscription but it's not working properly. whenever I start any live lecture it just say loading and nothing happens..!! I'm not able to see lectures please fix the issue

The way teachers are explaining the concept is too good. Easy to understand even if you have not prepared for the topic. The concept were explained in a beautiful way. I need to explore more. I request to add them the paper pattern and way to prepare for the exam
