I regret downloading and purchasing through this app. There are limited options/sellers, less promotions and usually you have to bear the shipping charges even if you are buying high priced item. The worst experience is when I bought something via boost. When I refunded my item, they converted the refund amount to prestomall credits which can be use only through the app. I cant wait to uninstall it when I fully used my credits. :( Worst online shopping experience ever!
I used to be a loyal customer before the rebrand(fomerly 11street), but I was shocked to find out that the credit expiry is deemed within one year, whilst when I checked last year the sellling platform did mentioned about non-expiry credits! Plus all the emails i received r in the spam folder, the app itself keeps logging me out, everytime when I lauched the app it requires me logging in again! Update: I got my credits back, good job listening to customers, Thx, will continue to support
Very not user friendly. Firstly, every time when make changes to cart, need to refresh, and the refresh very sow. Second, can't filter shocking deals by price and searches. Third, when you select category, it forces you to pick sub category. Fourth, when you're in a store, filtering products is so lag.
Not a reliable apps, too many features are not ready as a Online platform. Not good experience and not user friendly apps. No live chat to reach out customer service team. My problem is The delivery address is not the address that I enter. In the tracking the status is showing failed delivery. Hopefully the customer service help to rectify my issue ASAP..
Hi, I've bought some stuff thru this app. Honestly, the offers and coupons that available in 11s is quite good and competitive with other e-commerce apps out there. I have a very big suggestion that 11s should step up their User Interface. Their colors, fonts, icons etc. With some rebranding might boost up the app
Poor app, not stable at payment and the customer service is not helpful. Unpleasant experience!

the worst online shopping app. cancelled order a lot of times sue to slow payment processing. it has been few weeks since i paid and now only the status is Preparing for Shipment. Wont be surprised if that will take one year. Super damn slow. Not so "presto". and ur app is so so not user friendly.I dont even know where I can contact seller. Very poor interface, dont even deserve any stars actually. Regretted choosing this app. Won't recommend this to anyone.
Now after switch to new, still same problems. From main page choose categories: women dress, go sub-categories: midi dress, enter in one product, after review, enter backward will go back to main page, not sub -categories: midi dress! It is very irritating & stupid!! Very time consuming, if want to look for another design.
App works fine. Customer service is horrible. Keep your fingers crossed that you face no issues with your order otherwise you'll have to deal with their incompetent customer service. After countless emails to them, one month has passed and they're still doing just about nothing with rgds to a simple case of exchanging of damaged goods.
The Q&A section is useless if the sellers never bother to answer buyers' questions and have options to ignore us. We can't see if they are online, when they are last active. The credits can't be transfer to bank account and I don't like how I have to spend all of my credits just because I don't want it to be gone just like that. The customer services is great at answering my questions, got no complaints there. Just please add features needed in the future to help making shopping easier for us.
There's a bug with the wishlist: I can't go to other pages in my wishlist otherwise it'll show a "no connection" error, even though I am connected fine. The wishlist also needs to be revamped, I want wishlist items to stay for a longer period & have custom folders.
I like it at first. Then they rebranded. It sucks since. Recently. I bought some mask online. The stock was not sent to me. I waited one week. I went to check with them what'up. They said it is out of stock so they can't deliver it to me. So naturally i ask for refund. They say i have to cancel the order myself to get refund. I am willing to coorperate. So i do as they say but there was no option to refund to my credit card. The only option is to refund through their fake credit. Scam.
Bad company provide bad service. Im selling on 11street, the payment to seller process is extremely slow, it takes about 2 mths for sellers to get the money for each order, n they still charge us very high transaction fees with lousy service. Emailed many times but they replied with templates only. Cheated me they filed a case to investigate but after few mths still no result.
I've ordered a sweater and a sandal from this application. I'm hoping to get it soon. Though, there are a lot of things that I don't like about PrestoMall. First, I can't track my order. This is not my first online purchases, I have used Lazada and Shopee (still using them) and in my experience, they do a great job. I can track my purchases easily, and they'll keep me updated. I hope this app does the same. Secondly, PLEASE get rid of those sellers who aren't active anymore.
The problem is not with the app but the management itself. It's ok when things arrived in good condition as expected. The real tests begin when things you've purchase arrived with faulty then it's very frustrated and keep testing my patience. Supports are not proactive and required vvip customer like me to face unnecesary difficulties. Different personel to deal with. Slow in response. No stock to replace. I can list down more but limited to 500 words. Am done with 11street too bad no 0 star.
I will never shop with 11th Street! 11th Street supports the seller, buyers are at the loosing end when there is a dispute. I had 1 case after months of follow up, i couldn't even get a refund for wrong item sent because seller insisted it is correct. I even send picture as proof of wrong item sent. Contacted customer service & they told me there is nothing they can do unless the seller agree to refund, zero customer service support! so disappointing! Shop at your own risk!
For those planning to buy something through this using BigPay, please cancel your plan. The only online store that doesn't fully support payment using BigPay, as your account balance might be deducted but the purchases does not delivered to you. Does not encountered these kind of problem using Lazada, Lelong etc. While refund took few days, at most a week. Such a dealbreaker.
Useless app. Limited items available, no free shipping, few or none discounts, bad customer service experiences, cannot directly chat with seller and many more! Warning! Don't buy the Presto Gift Card because you will end up with limited items to buy. I used to buy Petronas voucher from this app but recently Presto removed the voucher and now my Presto balance left hanging there. Can't withdraw the balance also. Very bad!
Worst shopping apps ever! Tried to purchase an item. In morning: keep loading on payment page and never get throught. In evening: app said can't connect to network. At night: it never proceed to payment page when I click pay, keep loop back to the same product page. This apps is a disaster, item are more expensive compare to shopee and lazada. Will uninstall after I finish utilize all my credit.
very very slow delivery... not even delivering after 2 months of ordering and waiting and after contacting customer service, they ask to cancel the order to get back money... after having money for long time, they ask to cancel order to get back money.. this has happened a lot of time.... very poor service....
The checkout process is really slow and keeps loading. Really need to improve the processing speed. Took damn long just to check out and pay for 1 item. I am using as I used boost to redeem otherwise this is not a good shopping app. SERIOUSLY NEEES IMPROVEMENT IF WANT TO COMPETE WITH LAZADA AND SHOPPEE
After PrestoMall merged with Presto account several days back, this app has continuously ask me for login details every time I turn on the app. It has served me a great inconvenience after the merge. // The interface could be perfected further, the user interface hasn't change a bit long since the app was named "11Street".
1) I cancelled an order, and my refund hasnt been cleared. I then find out that the the bank will take up to 14 days for the amount to be reflected in my banking account. It took 1 minute for me to perform and online banking payment but it take you guys 14 days to refund back my account. What BS. Shopee took only 3 days! 2) Seller rarely reply to my queries. I dont know if the order has or hasnt been shipped. I also dont know how long my order will take to deliver. Some sellers stated it. Majority dont. On top of that, shipment costs are way to expensive, not to mention the price of the products itself if compared to lazada and/or shopee I will no longer use 11th street. Utterly disappointed.

You as the buyer must have 1000% trust to buy something which is hard to followup, there is not even a method to Q&A the seller. ALERT! This is a SCAM app! I have purchased an item, cancelled because no shipment after 3 days. Now history records purged. AWAS, penipuan!
One of the most lousy and unstable platform. Loading of the app and pages are always slow. Coupon only valid for the day. And now it cant even load the payment page on both website and mobile app. No phone for customer service. Only email, and fb messenger is not responding.
Terrible apps. Very little items available.. and if items not available, money will back to prestomall credit. And some goes to presto app wallet credit.. very confusing. Dont install unless you have to.
1. Please provide a clearer description on the presto credits after cancellation of order. Where to check…etc. 2. Lousy apps interface. How many times need to press on the back button to go back to main page after reviewing the order status? 3. Could not message seller to ask further questions on the products? This is making the shopping experience looks boring.

The user interface is good but there is one problem you should probably fix - it keeps refreshing the page when you click the back button. For example, whenever I wanted to go back to the Madness Sale page after clicking a certain product, it reloads the page back and I have to scroll back to the top again and that really annoys me. Hope you could fix this problem.
