This app has the tendency to overheat a lot, especially when you are playing a game that takes a lot of memory usage. Sometimes the cooldown feature does not work. The phone can go up to 93% of memory and it always crashes the phone's system UI, forcing me to customize the UI all over again, which is kinda annoying. Other than that, the app is A.O.K.
I've had this app for a while and overall I've been happy with it. The cool down feature doesnt work well as it runs through a list of apps to stop then hits one it cant stop and the whole process shuts down. It has constant notifications about blocking unwanted notifications, ironically. When I installed the update, the app adjusts my brightness setting and it's hard to make it stay at a comfortavle level. It put in its own lock screen that I hate and cant figure out how to get rid of.
Pleasr, please please stop screwing with the app. Stop fiddling with the interface too much. You are not actually changing stuff, It's just the same thing with a different look and It is very frequent. That gets everything way too difficult to get used to. Plus I want the option to choose which background app I want to shut down. Please give me that option because older versions had it.
This app's quality has disintegrated. Last year, loved it, 4 stars. This year the applock feature and others are so slow to activate. I keep updating and it doesn't help. After i turn on my tablet i go to see if i can access my "supposed" locked apps. It takes almost 7 seconds to go into the passcode screen. In the meantime you can read all my texts and emails. Vert disappointed.
initially I thought what a great app. it warns you when the phone is too hot, too many apps are running or data needs cleaning and it also automatically does those things too. However, it appears that the latest version is sapping data allowance as it has used 1gb in 4 days. I've uninstalled it as cannot afford to pay anymore for my monthly bill.
This application is literally the worst when it comes to antivirus apps. I have it in my phone but it is impossible to remove it, wish I could. It slows my phone everytime it runs, and what I find absurd is the App lock, I set it to the option for an app to be locked immediately after screen goes off but everytime I do that it basically shows every information then only after seconds shows the password, and, it has an option to disable that particular application so what is the point of intruder
It's not working. I've downloaded the app but when I try to clean up it gives me the option to "finish" but the app stops working and won't let me select anything or go to the previous screen. When I try scanning or boosting the battery it does the same thing. I tried uninstalling and redownloading the app but it still won't work. This is very frustrating!!!!!
slows down my phone, uses many Gigs. has many inner app commercials and advertisments that also slow my phone down. my phone was freezing all the time in between switching from one app to another. once I removed the app, all of the freezing and acting slow stopped. wont get this app again unless they change it. When I first got it about 2 years ago I had no isses, but it has gone down hill since.
I had this app for 2 years. But after a recent update it slowed my device even with all the "battery saver" options on. Additionally the 360 notifications such as "no check phone for more then X days" or "click here to boost phone" etc were extremely redundant. Even with the minimal 360 notification enabled, I would receive at least five 360 security notifications every hour. Some of the suggestions/notifications pop up all of the suddenly making you click it when you are Trying to open an App.
Extremly well made, i wish there was night mode (maybe there is one and i just missed it) i do have one complaint though, the new feature where your phone will take a picture when you get the password wrong, well it wont show the picture on the 360 security app. I have to go all the way to photo gallery in order to view the "intruder" which is a little confusing.
It's a very good app for my slow device......Doing everything I expect it to do but there're a few problems: 1. this app does'nt allow me to type. 2. if i set the screen brightness to auto, it will totally turn off the screen!!!!! leaving no visible cues and i had to fix it in complete darkness(if u know what i mean). 3. No big deal but it can't create a custom wallpaper(there is the option but it still doesn't work). So please fix it and i'll install it again......... thanks for reading!!!
App lock renders phone useless! some features of app are excellent but, when app lock is turned on, even without screen lock turned on, the entire phone (Newer LG K20+ Android) is frequently frozen in screen saver mode. Cannot answer phone or even make emergency calls. Must remove battery to resume use. Have contacted developers on seveal occasions but no resolution. It's very disappointing since there are so many good features!
this app was fine until recently, I dunno why they made the changes they did but all the unnecessary, intrusive ~New features are turned on by default and flood my phone with annoying notifications. The screenlock thing was the first one I noticed, but even tho I figured out how to turn it off, the barrage of "clean up junk files" type notifications I've been getting since finally convinced me to uninstall
I've been using this app for years and it's been great. Until the most recent update a few days ago. It's horrible now. It slows down my phone and there are too many ads. One ad per usage I understand as it's the free version. But 2-3 which makes the phone hang? I'm deleting this app now. It's horrible after the update. And it added features which I did not agree too
I have used and recommended 360 for many years, but more recently the free version is just getting far too many annoying ads and the new additional lock screen is very frustrating as it means I can not unlock my phone quickly and I do not appear to be able to disable it. So with much frustration I have uninstalled it and I am trying another product, which has none of the issues. However, I continue to use 360 on my laptop, at least for now.
Never had any problem with it until the last 2 months. I have had to uninstall it after it went from using about 35mb of data a month to nearly 1gb! Couldn't understand why I was using so much data as I don't play games or watch videos on my phone. Looked at data usage for apps and found this was the issue. Continued to use data even when 'switched off'. All fine now uninstall Ed!
Possibly helpful but I had to uninstall due to incessant notifications and pop ups. I would dismiss a notification only to have it pop back up again minutes later. I often could not work out what it was asking/telling me either, as it uses poor, grammatically incorrect English that can be very difficult to understand.
Initially this was a great 5 stars all around. However, since the beginning of this year it's complete garbage: waaaaay too many ads, doesn't responds when selecting the option to clean junk notifications, most of the time it doesn't respond to clean, boost, etc. causes my phone to freeze, temperature goes way up and yes you can actually feel your device getting HOT!!! this ONLY happens when I'm trying to use this app. Uninstalling now. Please let it be good again. It was great before.
