A.t.l.a.s. (Fantasy Map Generator)

It lacks so much it really can't be called a custom map maker. Zooming in just whites out the map so nothing is visible, can't really change a whole lot without it randomly placing things. Needs some serious refinement before it should of even been put on the app store. Pixel art is ok, but it doesn't make for a good map maker for much other then a map for a 8bit game.

It was fun creating maps, and I love how it lets you save a 2D version of the map, however I'd love for the cities, castles, towers, etc, to have actual structures rather than just having a little tag where the structure would've been. I'd also like the option to add things like deltas and tributaries to the river and other stuff like that. But overall, I love playing around and making maps, so great job and thanks!! 😊😊

Fabulous map making app! I love the attention to detail that is evident in every aspect of the app. It is easy to use(and easy to learn how to use), fabulous graphics for a mobile app, and best of all, ad free! This is a great tool for dungeon masters looking to generate a lush world quickly. I would like to see a terrain editor/creator, to say, move that mountain left a bit, or delete that lake. Maybe a place to create internal views would be good too, map maker or image placement area.

Does what it says, but could, as all things, be better. I believe adding the ability to make custom landmarks other than the predetermined landmark types would be very useful if we could place them wherever. Being able to alter the land in game may be much. But being able to make our own trails and rivers would likely be possible. Perhaps be able to drop coins / pins on the map to represent where certain things are. (Players, Npcs, etc.) I feel too critical, this is a great app, and I like it.

I like how the map can be moved and rotated which looks like a 3d type. I suggest if you can add an option to make a map for smaller sectors. For example, a certain village only map, or a forest/dungeon environment, like that so we can have different parts. And maybe adding a place and then add a button where you can make a map of that certain sector would be good(sorry for my bad English). Overall, this aop is great!!!

It's a fairly good app overall, and I'm glad it doesn't have any paywall premium nonsense, but there are some major things I'd like to see added in order to make it fully coherent. First off, being able to rotate the map vertically as well as horizontally would be very very helpful. Secondly, the max map size should be larger, as to give more of an experience to users. And just as a final thing, perhaps things such as viklahes and castles should get their own models rather than just pins

It's good, but I wish that you could create whole planets- set a number of countries, the size of the planet, the water level, the heat of the world, etc. As it is incredibly frustrating when countries that are meant to be close to each other in my head dont line up on the app. And that after landmass is generated you can go in and set country borders and place down cities and roads and towns and stuff, but that would probably be difficult to code and is a lot to ask. Great map maker nonetheless

I usually don't do reviews, but I had to for this. This app is absolutely amazing. Sure, it's simple and basic, but what I am using it for, it works. The only issue I have with it is that choosing the "random" option also generates places. If there were an option to have a random map without the names (if you don't want to play with custom), it would be perfect. Every map I have generated so far has been a region (for my world purposes) and I plan to piece them together to make a larger one.

A really cool and amazing app currently being used to help with a fantasy story map! There is one thing I would adore though, and that's to be able to use the keys at the bottom of the app (different terrains) and being able to select them and add them to the map to add different biomes manually, but that's the only thing!

This app is fantastic at what it does. Something I would love to see in the future is the ability to terraform a created map to better suit what you want. Being able to add/remove mountains, volcanoes, lakes, oceans, etc would make this app perfect. I would absolutely pay a one time premium for access to that.

Dear developer. I would like to thank you insanely for creating this amazing tool. My PC recently stopped working, and this application met my expectations. I am working on a Text Based RPG, and it will help me a lot. Thank you very much. I hope it will be many great updates, and success for you. Also, I have a small suggestion; it also generates a 3D map. I would like it to generate an image in full screen, without the background borders of the scenery

first things first, I really love this app but I would like a few more features 1. a political view of the map and comes with a country menu 2. a drawing option to make your own map and finaly a tutorial of the buttons that is on the screen when you load the map (took me a while to figure out what they do) I would love to see these added

Fantastic Map generator! It would be nice if it let you tweak the terrain after it was created though. Also, I think there are a few features that are missing, such support for islands or the ability to add places after the map is created. It works fabulously if you dont already have something in mind though.

My suggestions are to make the description changeable rather than only having the option of adding to the description and add a terrain modifier. Also some more landmarks would be cool, if you can't come up with any give us the ability to edit the landmark so we can make our own. Some errors I've ran into are it sometimes using one of my existing landmarks whenever I create a new one and it sometimes deleting my other landmarks when I try to delete one of them. Please fix the errors immediately.

I really like the app but i would like it so much more of there was a way to manually edit the map after its been generated, like a way to lift the land to make my own mountains or lower it and add water to make my own lakes. Also the maps look awesome for being randomly generated but it'd be nice to be able to add towns and caves and things like that where you want them rather than them just being randomly placed. :)

I really like this app but I wish it didn't add a road from every other city or village to a new one you out down. It should add a road from a city close to it only or ask you if you would like to make a road from a certain city to that city. Also let us make the actual description of the city or add more descriptions it can give. I know you have that add more detail thing under it but having a bunch of cities that all say there desolate cities gets old. Add more variety.

A great app that I expect to fill a niche in the map generation apps on playstore. Alot of problems that could easily be fixed and alot of improvements that could be made. 1- Give the ability to landscape generated map 2- Freedom in placing where the cities go and change it description. 3- Improving user interface 4- More biome options Hopefully you add and improve on the app.

It is fun to use the app. Im using it for a story that Im writing right now. But without the editing the terrain will be the thing that really need. We may pinpoint where should be the place or something. Well overall it is really awesome to use it. I like it. Looking forward to the editing feature someday!

I really like the new update and have been using this for over a year now, i would really like if there was a way to merge maps or stitch them together, looks are not important so the simple colours and points are excellent markers for a simple map tool, but i would like a potential update to models and add simple shaped markers resembling their items, nothing fancy or anything but just recognisable enough as say a castle being a box or river having more detail than a simple line if marked.

This is definitely an amazing app but I wish you could change the terrain or set your own towns and biomes. I also wish you could have several countries or islands on map. Other then that, it's an amazing map maker and I like how it spreads out the towns and dungeons and things like that. I also like all the different options you have for the items you can put on your map. I especially like how this app is free as every other one I could find you have to pay for.

Amazing absolutely amazing. fabulous graphics. Detailed customisation that is not too complex. Easy to use, easy to learn. I feel like a god playing this game. I loved making my fantasy map better yet my dream universe😁😁😁😁. I 100% would recommend everyone to play it. I like games that test your creativity and this is the perfect game to represent that.

Great app, tons of utility already. Some things that could make this 5 *+ material: -customization: being able to move/delete/edit nodes post-generation would be nice. -terrain editor: either a tool to place the terrain nodes already featured in the game (river, mountain, island etc.) or something for direct sculpting with or without biome recalculations. -scroll bug that occurs when trying to scroll through place types when there are other places below it in the place generator screen.
