Used to be passable at best, but like others have stated, it now doesn't work at all. Doesn't sync with the website either-need to constantly put in debit card details when making a payment whereas on the website it saves your card details.
app is down, so is online as keeps putting me through a temp password cycle and doesn't let me view my card account. called customer enquiries who confirmed they had reset up some customers on old version of app ( which sounded like a fob off answer) and they were still trying to get update app sorted out. have to call them again with my card to pay over phone etc not good service at all.
Absolutely appalling, app does not work since update. Customer services takes a lifetime to actually get through to anyone and when you do they have no drive to help you.
Absolutely rubbish. Since they updated it, it no longer works. Hasn't worked for weeks now. When you phone them, they are aware of the problem but don't seem to care. Avoid. I would like to give no stars but the minimum is One!
Doesn't work - if you make a mistake on your credit card for one day they charge you.... however they can continually make mistakes with impunity. A real case of we can do what we want when we want with no consequences because we are the AA - however if you make the tiniest mistake we will charge you vast sums of money! Even worse we wont bother to tell you, we will let you keep trying and hope you think the fault is with you. A simple email/message on the App would have helped!
Continually getting the same error message passcode incorrect I have not changed my passcode no one has access to my passcode also the lack of any positive feedback speaks volumes. Appalling customer service I am definitely going to take my business elsewhere. It is blatantly obvious that A A are no longer reliable quelle surprise
No longer works on Android. Told AA. Said that they were not aware. Emailed developer but no reply. AA must be doing so well they do not need to please their customers.. update 9 12 19 despite a letter from the AA saying the App has been repaired it is still not working. Really poor AA....
Poor transition to the new owner jaja finance. Unable to use app as it crashes on opening. Not a good start for a supposed tech company!
Stopped working after doing last update. Problem is i have no other way of viewing bill as i dont know login. AA needs to sort this.
Very simple and basic and often doesn't load properly but gives you the key information but very poor compared to other credit card apps
Not working since update ... Constantly says information not correct call customer service ... And then locks me out for 24 hours ... Not impressed with the updated app ....:(
App not worked now for well over 3 weeks, totally unacceptable, not able to access account info online either having to ring customer services over and over. They cant even say when it will be sorted which in this day and age is extremely poor.
App hasn't been working for well over a week. Sort it out! I don't suppose any interest rates would be lifted when know one can access accounts!!! Luckily I was able to pay by calling in. This is an actual joke! Looks like this has been a problem for a while also. Would watchdog reporting this make a difference?!?!?!
Update!!!... Still absolutely awful!!.. Still can't load the new app on my android phone.. Its now been nearly four months!!!.. Get it sorted you idiots!!!
I have been using the app for 3yrs now and it's just stopped working and says it doesn't recognise my information this is so awkward as I need to know information about my card as I don't know my login details.
No longer works. Doesn't connect. Thank God for paper statements and they keep trying to make me go paperless!!!
Unable to log in like everyone else, with an average rating of 1.3 and falling, that says it all about this app!!!!
I had to update the app and since then l can't log it at all. Why they make update something what worked perfectly and then.... unbelievable
Update disaster. Did everything asked and it still won't work. Worked perfectly fine before.
awful app! works the day you install it then won't log you in and have to constantly uninstall and re-install.

Using for over a year then suddenly it says don't recognise my details and cannot get account up.have tried reinstalling just says don't recognise my details.
Stopped working a few weeks ago. Notified AA and they claimed that they didn't know. Time to find an alternative credit card?
Can't log in at all try to create a new pass code and keeps saying try again! Completely useless old app was much better
EDIT: 27.12 19 Called Customer Service to pay my statement. Was told the latest App version now works on Android. Deleted, rebooted, downloaded, and reinstalled as instructed. Of course it still doesn't work! Lame. Original review: App stopped working after latest update as the previous x9 reviews have mentioned. Can only login to an error screen. Unable to pay my bill using it. Previously worked fine, if rudimentary. I'll give the ever unhelpful Customer Services a call instead.
