AA Speakers (Alcoholics)

Does what it say it does, nothing overly fancy, small size. I used to go to xa speakers on the web but this is definately more convienent. I would like the option to turn off the notification sound when I pause the audio, maybe there is a way in the settings of my phone, but I'm fairly new to smartphones. Thank You & Best Wishes LG Phoenix 4, Android 8.1 Edit: I did find in app settings notifications that I can turn it off.

Really nice app! But what is with the drop down in notification bar... No pause or play buttons??? Just an "x"? Lol really? Also after last update keeps opening back up in notification bar. Even after a hard close.?? Have to delete app.. Bummer.

I just downloaded this app and I am amazed at its content. Very complete with many tools. It came highly recommended be many friends in recovery. Can't wait to really check it out tonight.

Thank you for this app. I commute to work, and this collection of experience, strength and hope, helps keep me inspired and sober.

My only complaint is that the app doesn't "remember" where I was and suggest the next recording (Joe and Charlie, ie). Other than that, it would be 5 stars. 🙏

Terrific resource for personal recovery! Downloaded Steps and Traditions so they're always with me. No excuses for not studying...at home or on the go.

This app seems to be nothing more than a way to make money. The talks are only linked(?) It doesn't work.

does this have to be used in detail of the court and if so send all the books i would need to open a place for people who have to be in A.A. meeting for court slip .

I haven't had any issues. It's just what I needed.

love the speakers but it doesn't play well. there needs to be bookmarks so you know where you are and a play on function so automatically plays the next speaker.

For some reason the app keeps stopping after a min or 2 of play. Used to work great, not sure what's going on now. Checked settings bit theres no playback setting. Ugh

I am a recovering Alcoholic and Drug Addict and I have found this app to be an Amazing part of my Recovery. There are stories that anyone in Recovery will relate to on some level in there Sobriety by hearing these stories and anyone who listens will hear there story as well. Gob Bless and fantastic app...

Great app. Wanted to listen to the Joe and Charlie tapes after attending a meeting on them. Well worth a buck to download them so I can listen to them offline. Same price as the world's best cup of coffee.

Great app, love the content. The only suggestion to the developer would be for a way to see where you left off in the list. Grateful this app was made.

I do appreciate have this app. I would like it better if there was a way to see on the list itself which ones I have listened to.
