AAA Mobile

Too many permissions, way too intrusive. When it becomes something on the vehicle itself I would reconsider. I get better fuel mileage enough the way I drive, as opposed to the AAA idea that it more than doubles what I could save with that apps compliances. This app can't factor in road conditions, traffic or really about anything else except your GPS movements. The extra permissions on top of all that make this app seem too much like it totally spies on you, 24/7, inspite of any claims contrary

I'm an idiot for trying this app again. It requires too many permissions AT ALL TIMES, & seems to add new ones each time I sign on. The latest was wanting my physical activity. What for? If the app is tracking my DRIVING,my physical activity (sitting driving ) isnt important. The discount really isn't worth the hassle. I uninstall it most of the time & reactivate it long enough to meet the requirements for discount. I really like AAA insurance, but going forward, I'll think twice.

The app is only useful for roadside assistance. You have to re enter your id number within the app to look at hotel options, and after doing so, it just tells you to enter the number and zip code over and over. You can't click through to any hotel. It's just pointless.

The drive monitor is ridiculous when grading smooth driving and fatigue. I rarely am on the road more than thirty minutes at a time, just to and from work. How can that possibly get dinged? At lunch time I go to a fast food drive thru which is sometimes less of a pause less than most traffic signals but it becomes two trips. I have gotten dinged for speeding when it wasn't possible because I was using cruise control set at or below the speed limit. 33928

The road side assistance is horrible. The ETA provided in the App does not match what comes in the Text and what's in the text seem accurate. Then what's the need of an App? There is no way to update the request but only option allowed is Cancel. The search for Auto repair shops is also not accurate. Only lists near by AAA owned Auto care.

Getting roadside assistance is unreasonably difficult and if I were in more of an emergency situation than I am now it would be downright unsafe. The UI is remarkably unintuitive and when I finally do find what I need I get bad gateway errors even on the most updated version of the app. When I call the phone line they direct me to the app that doesn't function properly. This used to be a service that I recommended to anyone who had a car, now I feel like I should just use my insurances roadside

This app is The Worst insurance/financial app I've ever had. Constant glitches. I uninstalled and reinstalled again and it's worst. I hadn't used in a while and decided to see of they've fixed it. Nope, still the worst. I would expect more from something I pay into.

I wish i could give this app zero stars, but I cant. This app is the opposite of user friendly. Had a membership for myself and my fiance. Went to try and order him a tow but NOTHING came up in his name, only mine. Tried calling the help line and was put on hold so long the call disconnected.... TWICE! So much for being helpful in an emergency. Ended up having to call a friend to come help. This is absolutely rediculous!

Already sent zip. 02370. Probably will dump app. Not loading! Just tried to go into app after renewal for June. No luck. Dumping app, will call AAA. They've sent a card electronically, so why do I need the app????? Zip is 02370, updated from old address. Still telling me to retry one day later.

I have been waiting over 12 hours (overnight) to get my stranded car unlocked. Luckily I have family nearby otherwise I would have been sleeping on the ground in a parking lot last night. I have a service request in but there is no way to update it in the app. It just says they are trying to find a technician to send. There is no phone numbers to contact AAA in the app. I lost the AAA card so I just have to Google the phone number each time. The roadside assistance function of this app SUCKS.

App is super slow and buggy. When I hit the roadside assistance button I get a blank screen with no_network. Thank God I'm not in an emergency situation. Can't believe they've put out such a non functional app. Need to do everything on the website or the phone.

It seems like the more updates the worse the app gets. I can't even use the app. Initially the app moved at snail speed, but you were able to compete the task at hand. Then it got slower but it still worked. Now you can't even use the app at all. You are unable to scroll. The top of my phone where the time and notifications flickers every time I open the app. I tried deleting and reinstalling which didn't help at all.

Can I turn off your updates? I suggest you give the customer an option to do so, or to roll back to a functioning version of the app. The app updated while I am away from my home area and now won't let me sign in and I pay a lot for the top tier membership. This isn't worth what I pay. I can't even log in now. My membership is Mid-Atlantic, but I am in AZ right now, so it's telling me I don't have a membership and keeps requesting my home address, after I enter it, I only get 'join now'.

One of the worst apps. Cannot reset password. You get in an infinite loop of pages without finding the password reset, which apparently doesn't exist. Super annoying!

Very user friendly app. Convenient and don't have to call. Faster response time than over the phone service call and receive frequent updates. Driver calls right away to confirm location and give ETA.

Can't even create an account, "Unexpected error when handling authentication request to identity provider." Is what I get evertime. Way to many permissions should have went elsewhere and uninstalling it's worthless.

I love the service of AAA, so I will say that! The ap is terrible to navigate, though. To try and get to my insurance policy vs my AAA membership is a nightmare. Hit and miss if I can get there. Unreliable if u need to pull it up.

This was a life savering addition to my life. I would tell anybody that it is well worth the money you spend for it. I always thought it wasn't needed. I was very wrong about that. I needed it and customer service was very accommodating. This service has been the answer to my prayers as a woman, I can change a tire but my health has been in a decline so the investment in this service was an investment in me.

This app is too cumbersome and not user friendly. I am unable to view my billing history. And I have to keep logging out and logging back in just to reach the pages that say unable to........... So darn frustrating!! Wish I could give a ZERO star..

This app is useless. Has you login in multiple times and won't recognize login even though it is the correct username and login. Not sure what the point of this app is when it's easier to call than try and navigate this app.

Not really sure what alot of these negative reviews are about. But i use this app all the time with no issues whatsoever. Prime example, i used the app for a jump that i needed just this morning. It was so simple to choose "battery service" through this app and much much quicker than trying to call customer service, the aaa driver was at my location in under 10 mins. Very convenient and easy to use. Not to mention the app pin pointed my exact location. Works great keep up the good work👍👍

New app causes huge delays in service. I waited 4 hours for service. It wasn't a busy night, it's just not notifying drivers on an appropriate time.

The app is the worst damn app I have ever used. It's not user friendly, it kicks you out and requires you to sign in. Everything I try to buy a battery, it kicks me put and requires me to sign in and input the information in again. Whatever they did to this app, they did not make it with users in mind. Dev ops and developers need to get in a room and redo the entire damn app. This is trash.

Worthless for requesting a tow. DO NOT use this app - call them instead (but of course, expect to be on hold for a really long time). This app is incredibly awful; way too many problems to explain here.

At Around 1:45 PM I tried calling AAA only to get a virtual assistant that did not let me talk to a live person. I also tried using the app but it was constantly putting me in the wrong location. After the 5th try I was able to request a tow. It is very hot today, and after 20 minutes of waiting with no contact of when any driver would show up I decided to push my car 1 mile to the dealership. I arrived at the dealership at 2:15 PM after pushing my car, got checked in by the service departme

Last few times I needed service from AAA the app has not worked at all! Won't load or anything! I then am forced to call and talk with a rude customer service lady.. Not sure if I am going to renew this year!

The App needs work!! This is the second time after renewal!! It would not let me log in!!! The first time I gave up!! At least this time after contacting you it did let me in!!

Not good at keeping u updated on what u r paying for... Like I paid 350 for 5 yrs and they still charge u a yearly amount but the card says 2026 expires .. I was disappointed to find out during a emergency lock out that I no longer was a. Member for they just cut it off no email no telephone call .. not the AAA I used to value 85120

Great app. It may need some work, but not as bad as these other reviews are making it look like. The only negative I've had is connectivity on my S9 but it is also an older device. On my S22 Ultra and Iphone SE it works great. Seems to me the others are review bombing it. In the 5 states I've used it it works great.

AAA is sooo convenient! I wish I had AAA a long time ago but I made sure to get it with the new car. No complaints. It's so stressful trying to get roadside assistance during random times of the day/night. It's a relief to know there's car help with just a few clicks away. Also the discounts and perks are a plus!
