This is the worst banking experience I have ever had in my life. They just changed their app and I can no longer pay my car loan on line. I spent an hour on hold with customer service and then another 70 mintues with an utterly clueless person, nothing was resolved. Can't wait to pay off my loan, this credit union is a nightmare

Finally got it to work, we'll see later if it will let me make an online payment. So far it seems to work and do what I need.

Garbage app. Doesn't recognize me as a bank customer. Spent 30 min on the phone with a credit union rep trying to fix the problem and still wasn't able to fix the problem. It shouldn't be this hard

Since the update, it hasn't worked right at all. Crashes Everytime.

When it works, the app is very useful. However, most of the time I get an error message saying "invalid username or password" & I know I'm entering the correct information. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!!!!!

Unable to login. Useless app.

App won't allow me to create an account, even after uninstalling and installing again. It keeps telling me that it can't verify my account at this time.

App used to work fine but now I can no longer login. I've tried multiple devices with no luck.

I am having similar issues as others have reported. Wont accept my username to log in. Very frustrating!

Says username and PW is incorrect.. it isn't can get on just fine in a browser

Worked fine till 2 days ago...they say there is no problem grrr! I have fully logged out, restarted my phone even uninstalled and put it back still the same error! CLEARLY THERE IS A PROBLEM!!!!

New update is horrible. Can't log in with phone but can with tablet. Cant pay car loan directly. Try to pay on phone they charge $15.00. Worse app ever!.

I can't log into the app to pay with a check. I feel as though if you don't bank with them they will do what they can to avoid letting you pay a bill on time without a fee.

fix the app and stop telling me there's something wrong on my end! obviously it's you, look at the other reviews!

The overall app has gotten better but I wish to see when I owe my next loan payment and how much it will be! Do I really have to go on the web every time I want to learn that information? It should just be right there under my loan tab, but instead that tab just lists how much I've paid and how much the interest is. Please make the 'Loan' account/tab/area more in-depth!

It does not accept my login, which I verified is correct via AAFCU website. Also, does not appear to support mobile check deposit which is disappointing. *update* You have to register a second time to use the app. I'll add one star back, but minus two for confusion and the need to call support.

I was able to all my online banking. Would love to have the ability to confirm payment dates.

I can only see my account balance. Won't let me do anything else

After working it for three months I can tell you that works like a charm.

Password is a bit of a pain. After you have logged in app is great.

I had the app on my S2 and it worked phenomenally!!!! Upgraded to an S5 and I can't get to any of the options. All I can do is see the balances page that comes up when first opened...... Sure wish I could use it on my new phone...it was a life saver!!!!!!!! Please fix this......please?

I couldn't register my account. Everytime it would accept my info and then go back to the start screen without letting me create an account.

I've tried this app on my LG Optimus G, the Motorola Xoom, and an iPad and the app denies me from taking a photo of my check.

You have to create a account with a company that is not my bank. Not only that you have to give them your ssn and your bank info? I'm going to pass.

Password requirements are too stringent. Will never remember when out and about. Why can't login be the same as computer-based online banking?!?! Uninstalled app.

This app allows me to bank from anywhere! It's so easy to use and I'm glad I can pay my bills from my phone!
