I used to enjoy using this app. the video forecast was very accessible. Now, since I installed the updated app, I wait 5 minutes for it to load, share ads, and even scroll back from some websites in the ads that I don't want. I just want the weather. Considering uninstalling it for a different app. Sad, because I love the weather team, and they really are the most accurate!
For some reason my Google pixel 3XL opens the "interactive video" section in the weather app, but will not play the videos... I used to be able to open the app, click on a weather video and watch right away with my Google Pixel 3. Any help is greatly appreciated.
You cannot contact to report something not working in the app. FOLLOW ME needs turned on daily.
The full screen ads in this app are super annoying. Using an ad blocker makes the app more usable since it prevents them all together, but would he nice if I didn't have to.
I've used this app a long time but it just got really annoying. I'm trying to read the forecast but can't because it keeps popping up a "you won a gift card" scam designed to get your email to spam you. Very disappointed ABC27 is now supporting such scams.
Just like anything else "ABC27" does not function correctly. Cannot get app to even stay open, let alone navigate thru, it just crashes every single time I try.
Kept repeating a freeze warning every hour. Not necessary and just have turned off notifications. Too bad there is no control over this abusive repeated notification.
Needs updated. The video forecast are all from June 2016 for me now.....Last week, they still had up to date videos. But, they wouldn't play on the app. I had to go to the website to get them to actually work.
Thought I was going crazy because it is stuck on the Tuesday night forecast. App was excellent and the weather team very accurate. Always my go to for weather; now just frustrating!
Once again I go to watch the Video Weather report, and it doesn't work, it takes forever to fix it. This app is in no way maintained properly.
Was a great app, but 2 things.. the increased Forced Ads are one, and can Someone PLEASE fix the fact its showing video forcasts from 2016 all of a sudden.. will increase my stars
The forecast is fairly accurate but since the new update it's very hard to read because of the radar map on the background.
Great moble app that gives you accurate weather forcast, use it all the time. Love it!
Shipley law ads still work, popping up every time I change the screen... unfortunately the 7 day forecast and follow me does not work
They did something to this app. When you click on 7 day forecast it doesn't work, this needs fixed
They don't keep it working. The only thing that plays is the dam commercials.
Used for years with no problems recently it crashes more times than it does work
Like it if it works, not sure what happened but it doesn't work anymore. Hopefully they'll get it fixed.
Had to uninstall because it continued sending notices about Hurricane Dorian after I thought I had turned all noticed off! A pain!!
The entire app freezes cannot use any of it at all...

Any chance we can get wind predictions back on the 7 day? Rather have that than moon phase. Need to have that on my weather app
I have used and appreciated the app for years, several different phones and OS upgrades. I'm not sure if it was the last update or around that time but it no longer works. I open the app and it locks up my phone. The phone then reboots twice. I've tried the normal clear cache and data. I've removed and clean installed, as well as you can on a cell phone OS. I enjoy having the weather from a local trusted source. This however is unacceptable.
