Always showing "Something went wrong" whenever I add a new item although the items are in stock. Left and uninstalled the app.
Buggy and laggy. The screen freezes often when I try to select color options for clothing, go into another screen, check out, etc. It makes this app extremely frustrating to use. I also wish that the app showed when a size and color has less than 5 in stock, just like the desktop version does. This app does make shopping convenient, but it has a lot of room for improvement.
This company is everything to me and the app is the perfect match. I do however notice a problem when u first come to an items page. It takes sometimes five mins to load the image. I've learned to go back and forth from one color to the next to make it load faster but that it the only thing I would like to see different!!
Y'all need to have a way to report a bug other than going to the play store. Anyway, to reproduce the bug I'm seeing: 1. Try to navigate to an item where most sizes and styles are sold out. 2. Select a size and style where almost everything else is sold. For example I have selected xxs, tall, black. This particular size, and height selection is not avaliable in any other color and therefore it will not let me go through my other options. Easy fix: have a reset button.
Used this app for years with no problem. Now I can't order anything! Everytime I checkout it says Try placing order again. The payment info is correct. I've called customer service and was told to clear the cookies and it didn't work. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it didn't work. I don't want to order over the phone, I would like for my app to work! I have rewards to use and I'm incredibly frustrated with this app!!
The app won't open at all with this new update. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, nothing works. I used to really like the app and would use it fairly regularly. Please fix this.
I love this site I go on it for birthdays Christmas any holiday really and just plain to see what they have going on all the time. They always have ways for me to save. I love the clothes,they always, look like they were made for me or anyone I buy for.
The app won't open! I've been trying all day. App can sometimes react slowly, it's annoying. Love the store, wish they would fix their app
App crashes right before check out. I have not been able to make a purchase 3 times after reinstalling the app. Now the app will not even open. Please fix this.

It would be a good app as it is easy to navigate but it has a few bugs and you can never use it to purchase as it gives you an error message every time. I've tried using different methods but in the end you have to like/save the items and open up the site on your browser to checkout.
Never ordering with this people again. Coupons applied over shipping and taxes (this is a first ever).
Not necessarily the app itself, but with a lot of the clothing it would be nice to see the models wear tops not tucked in in every photo so you can see where they sit. Descriptions don't always give the best details. Only issue with app is sometimes it won't show items when clicked on, just displays a white screen.
Went to make a return in-store, I had the associate scan my barcode from the app but it didn't allow her to find my purchase, so I had to manually pull up the previous purchase from within the app, which of course was in a tiny font size... But for some reason the app wants to try and play music for me. Maybe y'all should prioritize functionality over branding.
I can't even complete my order... Nothing but a blank screen.. seriously, what kind of company doesn't test their app to make sure it works at checkout?! How do you even do business? Definitely shopping somewhere else.
The app is really easy to use and allows one to view high quality photos of the items available. The sales/offers are always listed on the main page, and at checkout the sales/offers are automatically added. I have had zero issues. Love it!
This app is great for those who like doing their shopping online. It's a lot faster than regular web pages and having your account right on your phone is very convenient. The experience is very personal and it is tailored to fit my needs. Great job A&F!!!
The app works great, except for the filters. It basically doesn't filter by the product type. Also, would be great to see the description of the fabric. Might help for people with skin allergies.
App is super easy to use and would definitely be a 5-star, but I have a major issue with checking out. My mailing address is APO/FPO, and I'm stationed overseas. The app locks me into shopping the European region, but the European region won't ship to my address, since it's considered US (even though I'm in Europe). Likewise, I can't change my region to US. The only way to order A&F is to save my order number and order by customer service. The A&F website has this same problem.
There's something seriously wrong with the app. It has me as signed in but when you go to the main screen, it's asking me to sign in. When I try to sign out it will not let me. I had to create another password because I thought something was wrong with my original when in fact it wasn't. The tech team should be trying to figure this out. I'm gonna have to uninstall the app then reinstall again. This is the craziest thing I've ever saw.
The easiest and best experience with an app in order to coordinat points, communication, and buying online/pick up in store from my favorite store. This app has made life and shopping in favorite store that much easier. It is used friendly. It is like having a personal shopper at your finger tips. I love it.
Now that I am able to open the app, it does not let me to choose sizes on any item. (I have a Samsung 9+) It has been very annoying because I am not able to purchase things. I am uninstalling the app and will purchase from Nordstrom or Nordstrom Rack instead, they have similar stuff and their app works great all the time.
Near-perfect app. Easy to use! Only negative I can say: not all the information is given in the details for each garment, such as the jeans. I wish it would show the % of materials used, like cotton, spandex, etc. I have to close the app and open the website to hunt down the info. No need for an app if people have to use the website anyway.
Was a great app before the big update. Still super easy to navigate, however, the option to read or leave reviews has been removed and it's impossible to purchase anything as the the app always crashes when I select checkout.

Exemplary shopping experience. I oversee alot of integrated ecomm solutions. Out of the few clothing retail apps I use, this one by far is superior in look and feel. The UI/UX is very easy to navigate and perfect for everyone. Checkout especially can be tricky on some platforms. This is always a smooth experience.
