You can't change military affiliate overseas address with APP. These is a fall because the major population you serve in Washington state is From Joint Base lewis McChord. Fix the actual address so that I can change on the App. It will allow you to change mailing address But not the primary address for user such as myself it is the same.

Great app. Easier to use now. I would have given 5 stars but for one problem. My only complaint I have is it would be nice to be able to see the password for baby boomers & people that has vision problems.

ACU has a great app. Love the functionality, better than you get from most large banks. Latest update disabled biometrics and forced a password login. Normally that's an automatic one star, but I like the rest of the app so I felt generous in this case. Biometrics matter, they are more secure and the direction of authentication going forward. If you can't support that correctly, you're not ready to play in the mobile space.

It's a good app for viewing your balance. Check deposit and checking to savings transfers have never worked for me. I contacted customer service and they were unable to diagnose the issue. I have used this app on two separate devices so it's not the install it's just the app itself. If you're going to charge people $7 a month for the privilege of banking with you, then you should at least give them an app that allows them to utilize all of the functions of their bank.

Branch is very helpful and polite. Always helps out if I get stuck. Only think I don't like about branch is the drive up ATM. That thing is unsafe.

I have updated, uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times. Still cant get in to any of my accounts. I was told it's being worked on but have not had any access since the update. When it was working i loved it, user friendly, easy to transfer funds, everything at my fingertips no matter time of day. FIX IT PLEASE

The ACU bank belongs to a co-op banking system, you can deposit or withraw money fr.om a co op bank in the US. The app work great and they can recieve money from non co- op banks. I have had this account since 1988. Polite employees, GREAT BANK.

the app was working fine then all of a sudden it is no longer working. now when i put in my username and password, it tells me the app requires an MFM middleware and to adjust the url. i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and i cannot get it to work. i really hope you fix this issue quickly because i use mobile banking daily and now i am unable to do so.

Instructions for setting up account to transfer $$ from ACU to any other CU/bank is not sufficient--even the patient lady assisting me had to seek assistance. On the bill pay dashboard, at the bottom in unhighted type is "move money". Tapping on this does nothing. I needed to go into the highlighted area, tap, hold and swipe up. WOW! I found "set up an exterior account". I nor the lady helping me would think to go to a separated by a line area. Please clarify instructions and instructpersonnel.

App finally works. I have a Note 9, so those who were having issues with updated phones, all the compatibility issues have been ironed out. What a stressful period to know you need to pay bills but cant access your bank account online.

Giving it one star because ACU has had ample time to fix the samsung upgrade glitch (2 years) and they still haven't. On top of that dont bother calling to ask for assistance because they defer fault to their customers (you) since they say they notified all customers via email. Well I didnt get the memo lol. Considering whether i stay with banking org that has trouble keeping their applications updated, therefore relevant in today's business world.

App just stopped working. I opened the app and it started asking me for a mfm middleware and wouldn't accept my password or fingerprint. There was no customer service to assist in fixing the problem either. And this isnt the forst time i've had problems, there have been multiple time where i just open my app and it wont let me log in.

Multiple times downloaded the app after it was "improved " only to not being able to log in at all!! Tried to register all over again with no results. App used to work just fine before the so called improvement..now I can't even use it... 😒

I'm going to bet that this is going to turn me off after just so many words. Which is ridiculous in and of itself. So ACU has a third party company that does their online banking stuff. Every time they have a change to the online banking format, they always have some changes that end up costing customers money. And yep, this tallies up at 500 words and that's not nearly enough to tell you all the problems with ACU online AKA mobile banking.

I was having issues just like everyone else. Just go online to ACU's website and re-register. No ones old information was transferred over to their new system so you have to re-register online. It'll say "Don't have an account?" "Register" you have to click on that and re-enroll unfortunately. Hope this helps everyone and if you're still having issues just call them. It took me two minutes.

After the Samsung updates I can no longer log in with the App. Says "invalid login". Tried dumping cache, data, Uninstaller etc. Still doesn't work. I am forced to use the web browser.
