I couldnt find my files in the vault of the older version of AppLock. When I installed the new version, it demanded the older version to be uninstalled. It also confirmed that all my files will be automatically transferred to the new one. But newer version was empty. I lost all my saved files. This is a breach of trust and contract. How can I get the backup of my files? Pls do help.

I bought the paid version and it's much better. The problem is, your fingerprint lock isn't always registering my fingerprint when I try to unlock an app with it. I usually have to click on either the clean or battery button on the top right of the lock screen, then close that window and try again. It generally reads my finger the second time. I need this glitch to be fixed. I paid money for your ad free service. I would like to be able to open my locked apps more easily and quickly. Thank you.

I used to love ur app but your ads now are becoming more and more intrusive to the point where I can't stand it. Sometimes, I'm not even using an app thats been locked then suddenly hitting the back button triggers a full screen ad, locking me down for 30 seconds. So it is never off and certain inputs may trigger its "spam ads" feature?

It used to have PICTURE ads, which was fine, but instead now This app has the most annoying AUDIO ads that blast on very loud constantly and are hard to turn off. When you're in a quiet environment like a meeting, a movie, classroom, etc you don't even want to check your phone because you're afraid it will blast out loud ads like tictok, etc. This used to be my favorite app, but now I can't stand it with its over the top loud audio ads, and will look elsewhere for a sensible reasonable app

Great app for securing apps, pics, videos, documents, well... -everything!! It can get a bit annoying if you accidently lock everything, going through all the security points, but it really works great. There's an intruder camera, let's you know who is trying to get into your stuff. Memory booster, clean files option.... Free version and paid.... Paid version is inexpensive... Well worth the money... Easy to get into if you forget your info!!!

This is the best app I've found to secure each and every app on your phone. Other apps seemed to be glitchy and cause freezing issues. The only thing I wish it could do is function on the lock screen with a picture of the potential intruder emailed to a designated address.

After updating this spp to the latest version, it's just not working properly. When playing videos, the app just quit on it's own with some annoying style. Videos also don't play properly. Lots of hiccups. Very annoying. It's like the older version was better.

Exceptional App! I've been using it for a few yrs now and I love it! I can lock my apps individually and use both my pattern or fingerprint to unlock apps. Your unlock pattern can also differ from your phone lock pattern. So even if someone figures out my phone lock, they'll still be unable to get into my apps. It's great!

I like it more especially because no 1 can uninstall it or kids jinx my phone settings. Those who like peeking on other people's screen can't see my pattern, and there's an intruder camera to show you who tried to look at your mobile privacy. The only thing that's annoying me is lot of ads 😌 they pop up every chance they get, a total turn off 😡

It relocks instantly although screen is on and unlocked app already. Even when switching from one screen to another screen within an app it relocks instantly which is really annoying. And there is no option to control this. Wish you will add options like 1. Relock App Closed but screen on. 2. Relock if screen goes off. Thanks!

Edit: I mean time before apps lock again, not your suggestion. Was looking 4 my previous Applock, there's 2 many w/ same name&icon. This app not allow 2 separate config for different apps, there's no configuration beyond choosing which applications to lock. No way to configure the time how long applications remain unlocked, even if switching back and forth two locked apps, you have 2 unlock each switch. Too annoying when there are better ones with less intrusive ad's on top of all.

This app is by far the most wonderful and highly effective app lock I've ever came across. Unlike other apps it got the feature that when you try to uninstall the app to kill the AppLock it prevents that. But the most concerning thing I'm having is the fact that I've given it administration level access and the system warned me before activating it. I already know it said that it'll NOT use that access for other purposes. Even though, I still have a hard time thinking about it.

The old version was better. The fingerprint scan keep glitching, sometimes it will pop-up to scan and sometimes it don't. They really need to fix these bugs.

At first, this was a great app! Then my 12yr old figured out how to bypass it. When you go to close all, you can click on the icon of the app and it will open. It doesn't recognize the app lock app and that it is a locked app. There is another way to bypass it but it's too hard to explain in writing. This needs to be fixed. There is a lag when opening a locked app and if you're quick enough, you can get passed it.

did not disappoint in any way. Locks apps, files, folders & etc. Unlocks via fingerprint or password - even has uninstall prevention. Simple & straight forward. aah after using it i found that there is a defect - the app would not lock "Gallery" and also some apps that does not require internet connection; I paid for the VIP version. oh well i'll just buy a different one and make sure to test it. I'm sure the programmer never intended it, so se la vie for me then. aah... reinstalled =all okay

It's a super easy and protective app you can use it's so effective, I was able to pick witch apps I wanted to lock and it takes pictures of intruders witch is really cool and funny when my freinds try to use my phone. It also is cool that you can do a pattern or number lock and that it cleans and helps youer phone run faster, AND ITS FREE, although adds are a bit annoying but the app is a definite FIVE STARS FOR SURE LOVE IT😍😍🤩😁😊⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Sometimes it works perfectly and others it let's you into locked apps I'm not computer savvy enough to figure it out but it's still the best app lock I've found soooooo I use it. The developer responded to my review in a matter of days sent a link to fix the problem whether or not it works I'm giving the app 5 stars, cos seriously when is the last time anyone cared about what we the consumer said

Revising my Review in Favor of AppLock by by DoMobile Lab : True that free version has very intrusive popups, so just pay the $5 for 3 months or $12 per year. I went back to AppLock because it is simple and straight forward. You can easily put the apps here that you want extra protection for. With SecureFolder that comes with my Samsung, you have to delete your app when you install it here! The "Locked" app does not let you put apps here; "Locked" app is good for having a secure place for files and pics, but AppLock also has this.

Can be exploited using by few swipes. When security pattern presented on screen it is enough to swipe back button and you can get it to the app that is blocked. The same situation can be exploited after security pattern is presented and by swiping back button the ad is showing.

Too many ads, upon exiting an app that is locked an ad will pop up and completely take over the phone and hides the exit and back buttons to exit. No app should completely take control of your screen without permission. Would not recommend at this time.

I've been using this app for years and it works fine. I realized though that if you see that its not locking your apps anymore its because the app needs to be updated. I still wish it disappeared the app and you wasn't able to see its content from "recently used apps" like the actual locker itself.

Ads and features are progressively intrusive, far worse than when I installed. Review replies are robotic, I'll opt for a different solution instead of pretending to be cared for, because this isn't a business or service, this is an easy security app, there is marginal cost to maintain this outside of feature creep, so seeing all these ads is showing greed over software.

Hello DoMobile App After updating App Lock is not working properly, it is locking the app automatically again and again itself and it is happening with every app on my phone why? The best app lock is working improperly. Please do something or tell why it is happening also the link you are providing is not opening or tell how can we open it.

Still needs work in some areas for starters, too many alerts, I just want to lock my phone and other apps I choose, not the advertising, however it dose stop other from looking into your phone and that's what I paid for. Update 4/07/22 after a speedy response and quick solution to my problem The App Lock team was able to resolve my issue. Thank you
