AIC Mobile

Basic app, nothing fancy to it...just simple & easy to use. But, is there anyway to make roadside assistance a digital option? Like...I can just log in, hit roadside & it can pull up my EXACT location based off my phone's location. If you guys could get that feature, this app would be great.

It shows me nothing about my coverage liability limits, It doesn't show my deductibles, I can't tell what's covered under the roadside assistance or if I have it, my ID card has nothing but my Vin # type of vehicle. I can't start to file a claim thru the app, & you can't update any info on the app. Apps are to make life easier but you still have to contact an agent to do anything. Your payment history only states what you paid, no starting premium, just the remaining balance. It's useless

This app is quite useless if one is interested in making payments with it. It's missing one all-important button which is also missing in several browsers. AIC makes it very difficult for its clients to give them money.

I downloaded this app and I created my account and it says I need to have a valid email. I added it in correct several times. It doesnt work. I uninstalled and reinstalled still nothing. Can someone help?

I registered my account on this app and I wasn't able to sign in upon entering my email and password, it kept telling me invalid email. I tried several times...I'm done trying to use this app, I would give it zero stars if I could

This app isn't working properly everytime it ask put in email I do it then it says not found then to put in user ID which I thought I had it right the first time so something is definitely wrong with this app thumbs down 👎

Downloaded app. Gave alllll my info and it still won't open to let me in. It'd be nice if y'all could take corrective action to fix this.

It would be nice if this would work on my new phone. password reset gets stuck at please wait while we process your information

App says my sign-on info is incorrect and closes when I try to change my password.

This apps does not work at all. I have much more success to go to the full site web page.

Works great! No problems and I was able to pay my bill quick and easy!

This app is less that desirable, ir freezes and is slow, I Uninstalled it.

Worked perfect setting app up and continues to work great for me.

this appears great access this company's insurance policy information if you use them if you're in an area where they are used I say five star tops
