Good apk... Indicate clearly the coming flight and a brief summary of your flying blue account. Nice and user friendly interface. Could we also set the language? However, I remember it used to be more exhaustive several versions agai, especially regarding the history of flights, planes taken and airports visited within a nice statistic page that disappeared? It was a good and fun idea

Slow and unreliable. It is very slow to update the home page. I lost my boarding pass several time right before boarding. It reverts back to check-in mode and the boarding passes disappear. A good thing would be to take a screen shot of the boarding pass as a precaution. I switched now to the KLM application which is a lot smoother and more reliable.

Avoid booking tickets through the app. When I tried to book a flight, I got a blank screen after the payment. And finally I got charged twice and didn't get the tickets, no email confirmation, nothing on the app showing that my reservation made. I've been calling them and my bank to solve the problem for the past 5 days, but still no progress at all. I lost my money. Please Air France update your app stack to something more modern, reliable and secure.

App would not let me scroll between fields during sign in process. Once I got passed this issue, and tried to log in, it said two accounts were using the same email address. Wanted me to login with my AF blue number. The number did flash on the screen during account creation, but I figured I could use the app to get the number. But no, the profile information in the app doesn't show you your blue number. Tried password recovery - said my email was invalid App works poorly. Android, pixel 5

When was the last time this apps was working? I'm not even able to answer this question, each and every versions includes new buggs (with the v6.1.0 I lost my flying blue status and all my upcomming flights ...).

The app claims priority boarding at silver level. But when you go to board they kick you out of the line. I've looked up things like lounge stays for miles and its always significantly more than the app claims when you get there aswell.

I've never seen anything so dysfunctional as this app. We are two passengers, but can only have one seat without paying extra for the second seat. Normal seats, mind you. So, we paid for another seat, although they were already paid with our initial purchase of the round trip. Completing the complaint form also did not work because some fields in the form were unresponsive. Once we are back in Germany, they will hear from us what garbage this app is. It's inexcusable that passengers get messed around so badly during their travels with while simply phoning the airlines gets you nowhere without jumping through dozens of hoops—practically impossible while travelling on working just from your phone. We are mad!

Absolute ridiculous this app. Two passengers but only one seat was free, you couldn't make seat selection without paying for another seat. T-Online complaint form also did not allow you to complete my complaint, because any selection field on the form did not open. As soon as we arrive home they will hear from us. Mad!

Haven't experienced the login problems that others have complained about of late... Also on a recent trip that included flights on 3 airlines, with a few stops along the way, I experienced zero issues when it came to notifications, alerts, flight updates... etc. The one thing that always perplexes me (it happens on the website as well/may be its the "French" way of doing things) but you search for a round trip fare, rather than it showing the full fare, it prices outbound separate from return

The app is good in overall although some issues exist. It lacks some functionality and might get a bit buggy loosing bookings, not saving changes, giving mistake on flight rebooking. Basic functions like booking, seat and luggage selection and FAQs can be accessed from the app without problem. For inquiries like flight change, refund, pet or child booking I would rather suggest using website or if in your country their call center is free or cheap just make a call. Rating 3,7 deserved.

The problem is, I install the app, login, and immediately get a notice that I need to upgrade the app. When I follow the link, it takes me to Google play, where there is no option to "upgrade". So, I uninstall, re-install, and log in again. Same useless result. Larger, rinse, repeat.

generally a good app but occasionally prone to some service not being available. recent check-in failed to issue a boarding pass but the piece de resistance and deal breaker, during check-in, i was unable to select a seat for over an hour by which time most of the seats were gone. i therefore had to settle for the default seat allocated during check-in.

This app is beyond horrible. it is April now, the last sync happened in February. it still asks me to check in for a flight i took in February. For any action it respond with "Something went wrong. Try again later". i mean, are you even trying Airfrance? I can't see the status of my miles account, i can't check in on flights, nothing... what makes it worse, the desktop site never works... I have never managed to log into my account on any computer. after the captchas, the log in window freezes.

Very bad experience with Air France. I booked a ticket from India to Chile and rescheduled it to a different date. I needed proper documentation to get the ticket price reimbursed from my employer. But the rescheduled ticket only mentions the amount I paid during rescheduling and not the original price! The way that they've given it doesn't make any sense. When I contact the customer care explaining the issue, they send me a mail that shows only about two-thirds the amount that paid!

Awful. Huge waste of time with a lot of digital bureaucracy - by far worse than paper one and more complicated to overcome - and no damn way to check a single flight. App pretend you to create an account asking tonns of stuff, needs a password with lots of requirements: not too long, not too short, capital letters, normal ones, numbers, special characters, so basically why don'they just create it themselves if it has to be their one instead of my one, as I'll never remember a password dictated!
