Outdated legacy app frozen in time in terms of usability, design, features and speed. Really frustrating app freezes, complicated, unintuitive layout and battery drain with delays syncing with the server. Spent 10min setting this up. Emails and calendar entries linked to Outlook work completely differently and are missing too many features such as moving a session, adding or forward to more people.
Website browsing not working after i installed hub and finished work profile. Especially when i click on news feeds it used to take me to browser and showed me the full content. After i have setup work profile through hub it is throwing error saying website may be deleted or temp closed, this is not the exact reason we know.
Garbage. I realize my phone isn't brand new... but will not work after recent update. Notified them and they told me that since the update phones older than Android 10 will not work anymore. My phone is 9. They told me to buy a new phone. Not buying a new phone because their garbage app refuses to now work on it because it's one version behind.
New certificates and permissions block installation and side-loading on personal cell phone. Recommend banning from Google play store. AND I did check with IT. It's not their doing, it's certificates YOU ALL pushed, and ONLY for Android (the same certificates are not on my iPad). Read your latest reviews! It's not just me
Can't update apps from personal profile once hub is installed. Once it is uninstalled, everything is back to normal. Appreciate if u can answer me here and not sending me the usual response of please get back to us via mail. The issue apparently is being faced by many ither users, so other than keeping receive 1 star as a review, answer us 😊
This app is entirely horrible and absolutely useless and a waste of time it dose not work it asks me to uninstall and reinstall in circles I have never been able to access my schedual or profile or anything for that matter if I could give it a negative amount of stars I would
No matter what network, wifi or cellular, some apps will not download. Both support lines (phone and email) are incorrect and will not go through. Do not waste your time
After putting the email address and group ID it takes me to the credentials page and each time I am getting "Host connection error, please try again later". Last 3 days I have tried more than 50 times. Every time getting the same error.
Does not get configured. The message "configuring something spectacular" remains on display. Xiaomi 11 lite ne 5g. Pls look into it and provide some solution...
Not working after Oppo phone upgraded to Android 12. IT support team informed many user having same experience on Oppo. Might be some conflict/bugs.
worst experience ever, I am unable to login the device I am getting continuous error that your work profile. can't be setup contact your IT administrator. Even my IT administrator unable to configure the problem
After changing my mobile sbi life login process was not done. It shows an error "you are not allowed to enroll this divice. You have enrolled the maximum number of divices" from 4 months pls give a solution and also not supported latest android version in tab.

Doesn't set up. Continues to give a "can't set up work profile. Contact your IT admin" error. My IT department also can't figure it out. Terrible app for business use
Worst app. Continuously asking to uninstall old version when this is the only version that ive installed. Creating and deleting my work profile again and again. What bottom corner? Theres only 1 option "uninstall"
It says work profile deleted out of no where. I am not able to use it properly. Kindly fix all the bugs.
I need backward compatability. I am using Anroid version 10. Now i am unable to setup the work profile. So how can i downgrade the Intelligent Hub app. Pls team help me on this.
As i have alreadg installed this app but while relogin its showing some updates required and i need to uninstall it... I have done this several time..would request can anyone help me regarding this issue..because every time it is not possible to reinstall it from 1st..
It keeps telling me I need to authenticate, cannot open it at all now... All other apps connected not work anymore because of it. Reinstalled the app and now it gets stuck at creating passcode.... To answer the comment back: I did reach out, and followed their advice to reinstall, now waiting on their response on this new issue.
this app does not work well in general. we have it for work, but when i try installing the apps through the application, it just doesn't work. it's hung on "installing"
Why does an email program need to control calls? Outlook wants to control all, but at least leaves calls to us. Please explain exactly why it is necessary. So far, I don't trust it.
Worst app. Ever I used. My organization forced to use this app for work purpose. This is so pathetic experience and killing my all time. Even I installed latest app it's always asking to uninstall and reinstall latest version.. Kind of bug...
An eternally buggy app that refuses to function. It gets a second star because for my coworkers its merely bad and sporadic rather then determinedly oppositional.
You consistently make it hard for Samsung users not able to use this app. I can't deactivate it nor can I get the partner hours app on my phone which is the whole point of this app
App keeps on disappearing and have to uninstall and install to create the work profile. Not sure why it keeps on happening.
Can't add Work Profile, as it say contact ur IT ADMINSTRATOR where IT ADMINSTRATOR says change the device. Is this app not compatible with Android 12. Please fix the bug. No one will change the device once bought....
go through the 15 minutes it takes to get through all signing in, Jump through ALL the hoops I need to, then after all that, I'm in the app, all works well, but the second I close it and try and open it back up to check something it says "you have a new version of HUB on your phone, delete previous version?" Then it deletes the app and I have to go through the whole process again. It affects my ability to accept shifts from work when other coworkers can check and get the shift before I sign in..
This app is absolutely terrible. 'You have a new version of 'IH' uninstalling the older version will not uninstall the new version' is the screen the app is stuck on. When uninstall the app, it's gone, there's no 'IH' app. after re-downloading, scanning the QR code, filling out the info it sends me back to the same uninstalling screen.
