As far as the shopping and pick up goes, that works fine. My issues are that the app will only store one credit card number, and you have to re-enter the information if you want to use a different card. The old version handled it. Upgrade or not? The second issue is the quality of produce selected by the shopper. It looks like they are instructed to choose the poorest quality, old produce. I am tired of veggies that get moldy a day after you get them. That's it for me

This app was barely usable when it was first released , but is much better months later. The only MAJOR error that I deal with every time I use the app is that everything that I put in the in store basket gets lined out? Why is that bug never getting fixed? It can't be that hard to simply change from a lined out font to a font that isn't lined out. I'll bet you could hire a highschool student to fix the problem since your programmers don't know what to do.

It takes too long to shop with the app. I'm always being overcharged. Watch your receipts at Albertsons they overcharge you every time. Now it's getting worse. It's May 2022 and the app locks up and I lose all my shopping data and all my Albertsons bonus dollars I just lost six of them because it locked up and they expired. Also beware of the minimum quantities to qualify for the purchase let's say it's 10 Gatorades. And you buy 10 and the cashier forgets to ring one up. You're overcharged for 9

App has multiple issues. First and most annoying issue is it shows items as being in stock when they are actually not available. Second issue is it shows out of stock items by default. Why would anybody want to search for out of stock items? Third issue is the app prompts you to review your order and service before you actually pick the order up. If you exit the review there is no way to go back to the review, so if there's a problem you can't report it. Please fix all these issues.

Many times launching this app will freeze with a black screen or not fully initialize with a white screen. Occasionally it freezes so bad I can't reboot my phone until I pull my battery. The earlier versions used to work ok. After they rolled out a number of updates is when it became a problem.

"A little different. A lot easier." BS! Downloaded the update and now the app doesn't work at all! Not all upgrades are good! My wireless ISP upgraded their equipment last year and now they cannot provide me service. Upgrade = downgrade here as well. Safeway = Albertson's?? Why 2 different apps?? My Safeway app hasn't worked in months, even with the in-store "app expert" uninstalling and re-installing the app on my phone. You guys might want to go back to the drawing board.

A very well organized app that is easy to use and a great tool for budgeting. Albertsons app shows price of item, including price per pound or ounce which is very helpful in finding the best deal. Make sure to use digital coupons for access to the best prices. Unlike other grocery store apps, Albertson has many options to sort coupons which is an invaluable time saver.

I had a repetitive glitch trying to place a curbside pickup order. It would be helpful if there was a pop up notification stating the minimum order for pickup is $30.00 or something such as one of those more annoying pop ups asking for feedback or something while trying to complete a task. Instead the app kept looping and wouldn't let me checkout or easily find the icons at the bottom of the screen for all account options. That part was maddening. Otherwise using search was fine.

In the beginning, the app was great, easy for seniors to navigate, but now in my opinion it is a waste of space. Very hard to navigate now,plus it doesn't even work half the time. So I'm uninstalling this new useless app from my phone to free it up foran app that will work and not so hard to get to what I need. Think I'll try another store, maybe Smiths!!!!!

Over 6 months later and no improvement. I'm speechless....this app is a hot mess. When are app developers going to comprehend that "less is more." I am very tech savvy and I can't make heads or tails out of this app. I quit shopping at my primary grocery store (Fry's/Kroger) because their app progressively got worse and now Albertson's....you have made their app look like a cakewalk. This app is such a mess that I can't begin to identify what could be improved.

Worst shoping app E V E R....its a total mess. They need to start it all over again. Im sure they lose allot of business because of it. Doesnt even deserve 1 star. I noticed that it said the average rating was 2.5 then all of a sudden its 4.5....something sounds fishy in their IT department. Bug fixes never fixes the many problems they have.

The latest "update" is trash. There's an old adage: If it ain't broken, don't fix it. The "new, improved" app simply does not work. Each time I try to use it in-store, it crashes my phone--every time. What happened to our "Just for you" coupons"? Did you discontinue that program, or is their absence another glitch in the update? Etc., etc., etc.

I had to delete my previous review from 11/2021 because I had to edit my original review 2 times and I just ran out of room... so I still save a lot of money at checkout using the JUST FOR U coupons and rewards.. that still gets a 5 🌟 review.. my problem is with the updates. They are awful... I can no longer use the app just to make a grocery list and clip coupons... I'm only given the option for deliverey or curbside p/u. A charge for both.. I despise the constant updates..fix it.

Great to have, since the Just4U deals are amazing! The app is a little vague sometimes, and doesn't always match the deals shown in store, but the only reason I go to Albertsons is to stack discounts using the app. No printing coupons or needless stuff like that, just figure out the app and impulse buy everything that's cheap!

Overall, it's a good app, but I don't like that you can't add specific products to your list if you're shopping in store. The only option is to add them to your cart for online orders or pickup. It also sometimes shows items in stock when they aren't or doesn't bring up items that I know are in stock when doing an order for delivery.

last app was horrible. What a hassle,especially for older ppl. The app 3yrs ago was easy. I need to save a little money. Albertsons is so expensive. I order some things like paper goods & meds from Walmart bc of prices,and a few things from Smith's(bc of their fried chicken🤣) so of course since I'm at Smiths I will get a few things. While @ Smiths I used their app & all savings was applied just by putting in ur number. No scanning or anything. Easy. Hope this app will be better 5-13 can't scan

Everytime I go to pay, one time I might be charged the correct price, but most of the times the total is incorrect. Unless you go over your bill several times, and I mean with a fine toothed comb you're bill will be incorrect!!!!!!!

The app seems good but when you are logged in and scan a digital coupon it usually won't ring up at the cashier. This is a regular thing. Sometimes it does but often you have to keep an eye on it at the register.

I really like the app for my online grocery shopping. However, the option for an EBT card/pick up option under the payment tab does not work. Not at all. Sure I can put in my debit or credit card, but not an EBT card number. You really need to fix it.

The app had been revised and updated several times in the past year and each time it has increased in usefulness for me. I open it up everytime I go grocery shopping and, at times, it has saved me a good deal of money. I especially like that rewards are offered which adds to my savings.

Free perks shows up and then dissapears where I'm unable to upload. Please fix it. The latest was for a case of 8 cans of AHA sparkling water. Thank goodness for customer service on the Albertsons/vons stores where it will be honored. This is not the 1st time that perks have completely dissapeared and will list as "oops, looks like were having issues" something in the line of those references that pops up

It may seem great to have discounts, but the items are already marked up so that Albertsons can profit. So basically a discount coupon is just getting mildly closer to an item's original value. But hey, a discount coupon beats paying marked up value on items we need, am I right!

Decent UI/UX, except the notifications aren't split properly, so you have to disable them all if you don't want ads. Luckily, you can still get SMS notifications of delivery, so it's not a big deal.
