Albertsons Delivery

Overall this app is pretty good and makes ordering groceries very convenient. I like that you can clip most of the coupons from the same app. What I don't like is that I have to use the other Albertsons app to receive the occasional free item, use my points or get $ taken off my bill. They need to merge the two apps into one. Also, I wish they would take more than one picture of each item that we can zoom in on. I want to be able to clearly read the packaging and see the ingredients.

Good app most of the time, I like that it remembers what I've ordered previously and makes suggestions. It's always been a little buggy; whenever I would navigate away from the app and come back, it would say it had lost connection to the internet (no other apps do this on my phone), and the contact us chat is not intuitive. Once I got a person they were very helpful, but the chat function is barely functional.

Very easy to use. I especially like that you can provide more detailed substitution info for each item. I like the option for text and email notifications so I know when the order is ready and what was substituted before I head to the store. I also like that items that are not available at the time of ordering don't show up in the searches. It makes it less frustrating to order.

I love this app. It's usually super easy to use however lately it will not accept my credit card information and says it's invalid though I have used it before. The only way I have found around this bug is to delete the app and then re-download it. Every time I re-download it works and accepts my card. I would appreciate it if you could fix this bug because although its not a difficult fix on my part, it's just annoying to have to repeat this process each time I want to order groceries. Thanks!

Great selection, prompt service and friendly delivery drivers. I would like to have ability to give suggestions as alternate product when one is not available. If you are trying to make a meal or bake something, it would be great to have more options. Additionally, the app does not allow one to use an EBT card as payment for delivery or pick-up at store. If these things could be fixed, Albertsons certainly would get 5 stars.

I have had a lot of trouble getting a pick up scheduled the same day. I thought I would check it out to see how busy they were. I sat in the parking lot of my local store listening to a book on tape for 4+ hours and only one car came through to pick up groceries. Not sure how they update availability but since you can reserve a time at the begining of filling your cart, it's probably jammed up with 'reserved' pick up times for orders that are never actually placed.

The app doesn't show you when you are placing an order if an item is out of stock or unavailable. You don't know what you're going to get until "the order drops". No recite in the bag. The emailed receipt shows all the items I "purchased" with the total price charged. When I got home and realized I only had half of my order I checked the BA. I was only charged for what I actually took home but it would have been nice to have known that half of what I wanted to order wasn't available. WOT⏱

There needs to be a better way to resolve price issues as well as other product issues. The bot communication was horrible and even the person who came on the chat did not comprehend what I was saying. I repeated it 4 times. I realized the challenges involved but it would be nice instead of just replacing it with whatever they wanted to be able to communicate with the person ordering and giving options. But that being said I am very thankful For home deliveries when I'm not able to travel.

This is a wonderful app!🎊😃...It's helpful and convenient!! I just have an issue with the fact that it doesn't show your cost after your JUST4U or coupon savings. So it holds the full amount from your account BEFORE all the discounts. 😳💰😬...sometimes it's double than what you are actually going to pay. And the substititions part needs a choice that says Same Brand, Different Flavor or Different Brand, Same Size. That would be helpful.😉

Albertson's pickup has been working very well. I like that i dont have to go into the store. However, recently, none of the data or images has been loading and i get numerous error messages. When i uninstalled the app and reinstalled it the errors went away and everything started working again.

9/2021 I use the app weekly & signed up for annual delivery which saves a ton. But I have a BIG complaint - I check the box for "no substitutions" but they still substitute. Mostly I manage with what was sent, but finally received something that will not work & have to go to the store which defeats the purpose. 3/2021 Haven't gotten my delivery yet, but the ordering process is VERY easy. Love it compared to other apps, like Target, which often doesn't have what I need. Thank you, Albertsons!

Super easy to use and it was helpful having the ingredients and details available for most products. A few items you can purchase in store were not listed for some reason so that was a little frustrating, otherwise, they had all I needed and even listed coupons to clip so you didn't need both apps open.

This is an excellent service from the app all the way through the delivery to my car. You can search for exactly what you know you want from the Albertsons store aisle by aisle or by product. This app is very intuitive and robust with pictures and description. After they pick your selection you receive an email indicating what if anything may have been out of stock or not in a condition to sell and then your receipt is as descriptive as the one you receive at the register.

This app has worked very well for me and the pickup people are always very cheerful and helpful. My order deliveries have been clear about what has been substituted and only substitutes when I allow them to. I have occasionally had trouble finding the item I want with the number of tiers of choices I have to go through.

I started this as a health measure during the pandemic, but it is so convenient I will keep doing it as long as it is offered. It is also a help for my back. My main concern was produce but selections are done as carefully as if I'd done them. Frozen items are packed together as are other similar categories. This is a great service

Good app. Not perfect. There are some things I know are widely available and the search engine won't find them. As an example, shredded cabbage in a bag won't show up under cabbage and doesn't show up under the brand. I really have to dig for it. Substitution choices aren't robust enough. That being said, I like it, use it weekly and it is one of the reasons I shop at Albertsons.

The app does not show an active order. The app only shows an unclickable past order for today... there is no delivery status whatsoever or any indication that the order is pending. I was required to use the help system to see that it was not yet fulfilled. Horrible ongoing order app design. I will likely continue to use Walmart instead of Albertsons since I can't rely on accurate order statuses.

Never can use the app in the store. With the new revision, I can't even see my rewards. Doesn't take my coupons off either. If I had anywhere else to shop, I would gladly. I have even went to customer service to no assistance. I almost always have to go back into the store for corrections! Last time it was for $53.00! INEXCUSABLE.

Have to have multiple apps for same grocery chain... dumb. Second, when you go to order, the final price is an estimate and will not tell the actual price during the checkout process. I will not play guessing games with my money. Give me a final price that's accurate or it's a complete waste of time. Terrible experience!!

Would be nice if you could see more details about the item. Pics you can zoom in on even, to see ingredients, etc. More integration with the coupons app instead of 2 separate apps would also be nice. Other than that everything else works very well.

I just installed the app and it won't even bring me to a page to login or sign-in because it says the service isn't available based on my zip code. I have an Albertsons store a mile away. I tried their other app and it won't let me search for specific items, it will only show me their ads. I cannot find any other Albertsons apps. I would like to see them develop an app where I can search online and order products to pick up. Two very poor apps for Albertsons.

Very intuitive. I found it was easiest to set up my info in the account area first like frequent shopper card, payment options, delivery address, etc. Then you don't have to enter them at the end of the transaction every time.

NEVER USE/Waste of Time!! Rude CS/bad App that doesn't do what it says it's suppose to do. The app itself doesn't allow edits of orders after making them, even though it says you can. DO NOT contact CS because if you do and it's before edit times are cut-off, they will talk about nothing helpful until edit times are over, and then say there is nothing they can do to help. You will waste time using app, since you will have to go into the store to get the items you could not add to your order.

Delivery is perfect. Great drivers. A few issues with order pickers... Except for my last order picker who was great. More training is needed for subbing product. (Ex.. If ordering 1 large can of tomatoes then sub 2 smaller cans.. Not 1. One small can won't be enough for the recipe. FYI. ) Not enough space to text that in the order form. 🙁

Several items were missing from my delivery. Not really good for my first experience. Each time we use them their service seems to get worse. This last time, August 2, about half the items were missing and we had to end up going ang getting them ourselves. I would have to rate them a 2 at the most. Need to figure another way to get our groceries next month.

you should have only one app, not one for each store you own PLUS online shopping apps. incorporate online shopping into your other app. make it easy on the customer to shop instead of frustrating because we have one app and need the other one to do online shopping. Even though Walmart has two it's because one is specifically grocery, but you can order online and pick up or have delivery from it. make it easy, not hard. "Simplify, simplify"-Henry David Thoreau.
