Till now, I have faced no major issues on Amazon, except for one. The Amazon app feels heavy with clutter. Even my uncle also complained the same. Whenever I want to see any product image submitted by customers, it starts to lag like hell. Scrolling between the images is a pain, and sometimes it doesn't even respond. My only request to Amazon is, please make your app smooth, faster, and lighter. The website works fine, on the other hand.
worst app for shopping. The developer who developed the app never used it. The searching of any product is nightmare. The filters are worse. You cannot find all the brands in filter option for any product. If somehow you try to apply filter and then to sort the product with price low to high, the number of products automatically gets reduced. The amazon needs to change the whole user interface.
Never redirect any product through other link. Once we search the product on Google and found a link, when we click it comes to the home page and we have to close the app and try again. After 6 to 7 tries you will find the product. It's really annoying and frustrating. Please fix that bug. I have been facing to for long time.
My first experience with amazon was pretty bad so was the second order. The products delivered were defective and totally different in respective orders. Also the interface is not at all user friendly. New users would find difficulty in finding some options such as filter, orders, return, etc Also it's very difficult to choose size of an apparel (size charts not given) and all options for every category may not be found.
Amazon Shopping, you had ONE job - DELIVER what's ordered! Used to be a great experience till pre Covid. Now deliveries are left with security guards without so much as calling to inform it's being delivered to them. This happens even when you're at the address of delivery. Boxes turn up empty, items sometimes broken, absolutely different items sent from that ordered. Amazon is quick at refunds. But the point of buying something isn't to get a refund!
Everytime i open amazon to buy something, I end up with going to flipkart app as its really very painful to checkout product images or videos uploaded by consumers. For me flipkart is replacing amazon, now a days its more convenient to order products from flipkart rather than amazon. I doesn't even like to open amazon app. Flipkart is really doing very well in terms of pricing and app interface.
Amazon was the best ,hands down when the interface was simple and it was easy to navigate but now they have messed everything up!Absolutely chaotic with ads and it keeps crashing!Hence I don't use it as much as I used to.Kindly look into my matter,developers.Go back to the drawing board and keep it simple like it used to be.
I have been a prime member and a regular customer for last few years and yet i have seen that the Amazon customer satisfaction has declined since last year. First of all there are very less good offers these days and secondly after placing any order, even after being eligible, you do not receive cashbacks. Have to contact customer support for each and every order. Really frustrating. Such a waste of time. DISAPPOINTMENT AT ITS PEAK.
I review have option of zero star I will give zero.one of the worste shopping app . At the time of product delivery they easily got our address but when I want to return product they can't find my address. Shame on you Amazon , I think Flipkart is more than Amazon in all type of facilities, like delivery, return pickup, product price,etc .Amazon have cancelled my return pickup more than five times.
I know amazon is a great company and provide great deals for online purchases. But there are some things within the app and the website that annoys me. The option to sort is kind of garbage. Please remove it from the filter section and add a sort menu for this. Usually when I select a low to high price sort, What I need is just a sort. But in the current option it filters And i use spin win i have won but gift not recieve . verey bed
I always had a best experience with Amazon. But now a days I am facing some issues with Amazon delivery/pickup. As I am working in such a place where mobile phone is not allowed, sometimes I not able to pick the call by delivery agent. Usually they will attempt the delivery/pickup next day. But now a days they cancel the delivery/pickup after only one attempt, and showing reasons such as address not found, item was missing (for a return pick up).
I am shopping for women shoes on Amazon app. In the price range either I can choose from "500-1000" or 1000 -2500". I don't have an option of selecting both price ranges, why ?? And whenever I am selecting something from filter, I select 1 option ,then the screen shows revolving circle and a wait of 2 seconds before selecting another option. Myntra is faster and has an option of choosing price range. Please resolve this.
Worst online shopping app ever. Never delivers your product and the delivery service is the worst in the world. Delivery agent will never pick up your phone and even if they will, they'll say they won't deliver and cut the call without hearing anything. I have tried to buy around more than 10 products and only 1 have been delivered so far, that also after a lot of trouble. There is so much unprofessionalism in delivery service you can't imagine.
The customer service is getting bad with time. They have no clue as to what is going on on the pick up and delivery level. They send an incorrect item and when you return the same, they say that you have returned an incorrect item and won't issue the refund. The senior team have no clue nor does the specialist team reply to the queries and complaints after several attempts. Absolutely unprofessional.

Service levels of Amazon are dropping drastically. I had ordered for a few products a fortnight back because offers were available. Only the discounted products were conveniently damaged in transit not once but twice.Again the same product was available at a discount yesterday and I placed an order. When I checked order status today the update is that I have returned the product. How can I return a product even before the product is shipped. Amazon seems to be aping Ajio.
The time taken for to app to be launched after clicking the app icon is more than a life time(no issue with my internet). Have to close the app and launch it multiple times to have it show the products list. Someday the urge to use amazon app would die and users would be happy to uninstall the app. Lets hope you guys read my review and try to find out whats going wrong with the app.
Two major issues and don't find way of giving feedback directly. 1. I am bombarded with promos/scratch cards/amazon icici just because I ordered a product. There is no unsubscribe link and I have disabled notification. 2. Few weeks ago I ordered amazon fresh. It got delayed hours beyond alloted slot. Then delivery was on the way...then...NO status changed to cancelled (saying customer refused while I am waiting). No way to give feedback. Now I will rethink before renewing my prime membership.
Services are good and relevant but the app is not up to ta mark. Company like amazon should have a simple app which everyone can easily operate. It is so complicated and buggy. You should understand the need of the customer. People need simple app they never opt for apps which are bulky but less efficient
User interface is worst. Comparison with UI of Flipkart, it easy to search any product in Flipkart as compared to Amazon. Even if Price of product are cheaper in Amazon, user prefer to search their requirements in Flipkart because of it's User friendly Interface. Fliter Option is good in Flipkart, background colour combination is also good in Flipkart. Please improve these 2 things.
The app has lot of bugs and is very lagging. The mobile exchange page is so laggy and it doesn't saves the device you have entered for exchange like im Flipkart. It resets everytime and it is very frustrating to fill the exchange form every time to check for exhange offers on any mobile phone.
I have been using the app since many years but after so many years of usage I have seen that the app is not so light compered to Flipkart. Flipkart app is way more smoother and feel very light thn Amazon app. It takes to much time to open the apps and anything is search on this app it feels like the app is buffering in background. So I think the app need some improvement to fixed the issue.(NB: I have tested the app in many Android phones and even in high speed Wi-Fi but result is same.)
Amazon app and website is extremely slow. To make a payment by upi it is taking almost 1 min. By comparing with competitors like google pay which takes less than 20 sec and works on slow internet as well. I have noticed it is not only on amazon website but also on imdb, aws. You should work on UI and speed of all your cloud computing infrastructure
The service just keeps getting worse, like i don't have words to explain. I have been calling them for the last one month just to get a reference number generated so that i can get my refund back, and they just keep saying "just 3 days" but they never share the number. The order was cancelled from Amazon's side and my money is stuck ever since. And to top it, I also have a prime membership, i wonder how they treat their other customers :(
Needs Improvement: 1) High time to improve the overall UI of the app. Make easy to use and navigate. 2) There is some kind of problem in playing videos of customer reviews. I am using high speed internet but still facing the issues. Tried many times, even by clear cache & reinstalling the app.
It's funny how the biggest company in the world can't manage to make a functional app. They really don't think about accessibility while making this app. Sometimes things show up in your kart when you cancel the orders, sometimes you can't even cancel the order they just remove the option, you can't even change accounts, you have to uninstall the app and then login with a different account to switch it.
