Works fine on my phone. Use it to stream movies from MoviesHD. The problem started when i want to use it to my android smart tv. First, it says AMPlayer not compatible with my tv. So can't download it here. I download the apk manually and installed it. Player works fine. Can use it to watch videos from local gallery. However, when i want to watch movies from MoviesHD, it will show Can't play this video. Everytime i try it will show this problem. Why? Works fine on my phone. Please help.

This application used to work no problems. now all I have is problems. Half of the time video's won't even play at all. When it does play a video it loads for 3mins then only play's for 30secs. Then I have to wait another 3-5mins for it to load another 30secs. So it's kinda like having AOL aka slow af. It takes 3 hours to watch a 45min video. When the app did work it would only take 30secs - 2mins to load at the start and thats it. After that you can watch your whole video no problems at all.

I use it with HD movies as the app directs, it plays fine im on lte 7Mbps the only thing is to exit with advert, both apps are good for me i use them even if i have Netflix because iget HBO, Cinemax, Netflix at one place but unfortunately all my downloads i cant play them, broken files (android MxQ Pro 4k)

This new update doesn't work on the fire stick...older update still working fine. Please fix. We need the option of loading MovieHD with a different player a lot of people seem to be having the same issues.

Developer has a lot of work to do with the app. Issues : Option of adding subtitle is missing. Online search and download of subtitle is missing. Option of controlling volume is missing. Video doesn't rotate automatically like they do on mx player or vlc. Brightness control missing. Slow startup. Hope that we will get this features in upcoming updates.

Since installing the app, my phone has been overheating and draining battery very fast. Even though I close it, it's still running in the background. Dunno what it's doing. Uninstalled and my phone is fine now. I downloaded because I needed it for movie hd. Can't use that app now without a player so I will be uninstalling movie hd as well. Too bad, I liked movie hd.

Meh... the player is beyond plain. Lack of subtitle support, ability to adjust brightness, volume or time. The one thing that this player had going for it was the ability to open files through another app. I had no problem starting a movie in am player and then switching to my preferred player (mx player) but since the update the option is gone. Looks like I'll have to search for an older version and never update the app lol

I cant rate the app due to not working at all. I've updated, uninstall, install and the app still doesn't work.

Giving you 5 star cause I use a app where you can watch free movie all time and that app won’t show movie other then AMPLayer. So I will stick with it for a while longer.

It's just the worst video player i have ever used. No subtitle options, No settings, No equalizer, Can't even rename a video Can't adjust the brightness or volume in the screen ! It is just a video player which can only play a video and skip it. If you can update this videoplayer and insert these features into it, it would be very helpful to me and the other 500K+ users.

Improve such that I can play videos Fullscreen ...most of the movies from movies HD don't come in full screen and you don't have zooming option

There was a time when this was a great app, and I was able to use it to watch movies though MOVIEHD on my SMART TV. I don't know why but one day the player just stopped working. I couldn't download it on my android tv, so I decided to install it as a apk file. So now every time when I play the MOVIEHD it is requesting to install the AMPlayer which I already have installed. So practically MOVIEHD is using the only player that is no longer working on a smart TVs where people are usually watching movies!

I needed this app to play video in Movie HD, but after installation, It didn't play on my TV box running Android 4.4.2 . Hope future update will fix this problem, thankyou.

Very useless player it's not even worth a one star, impossible to watch movies on this so call player. And what's worst is that we are not getting know resolve for all these issues either

Subtitle downloads fail every time and I can't find any settings for it. Will rate better if fixed!

Installed Dec 8, 2021 update. Still crashes on Firestick. No issues before Nov 2021 update.

Needs bigger buffer size or at least an options area to manually increase it. I have a slow internet connection so the video streams are always catching up to the buffer download and the playback pauses and has to wait. Its a little annoying and would be easier to pause it and wait longer, currently it only buffers about 5 minutes. The download/save function only downloads the stream in realtime/running time so if its a 2 hour movie it takes 2 hours to download.

I give up, 1 star or Zero star. after update the big files video need to connect wifi to download it? Really? Before i can download any big files movie using my data connection and now its required to connect first in wifi to download the files.

All Ik is that it doesn't work gave 5 start so your more likely to see I use allcast I just havta instal this for movies hd (you don't need this player for movies hd you just need to install it all casts better and free

Works well but,takes too much time to load some times it would take hours that's why it's a 3 star for me😴.

Add an option to change the aspect ratio of the video. For example: stretch, crop etc. Add an option to zoom the video.

Stupid app broke after update 2.3.2 With that version, fast forwarding worked. Dragging the time bar worked. Now NOTHING works. This is the WORST media player available. Sadly some apps force its use. I would much rather use VLC or MX.

Subtitles,languages,Zooming option is not Available. And this app is not downloading in my phone.. what's the problem..

Though the app is fine yet it needs some improvements its an humble request do add option manu along with it do include the resume option each time we close some video or due to internet disconnectivity we have to play from start do also add more options to fit the size of video on screen ! I surely hope that in upcoming updates most of the issues will get resolved !

Stopped working with Movie HD.asks to update AMplayer and once it's open it does not work with the app

I'm giving this app one star. Not because it doesn't work properly. But because I can't install it AT ALL! I added the Movie HD app to my Amazon Fire TV Cube. This app requires AM Player to operate. You get a popup when you load a movie to install the AM Player. Even a link to it at the Play Store. But when you click the link, it says it's unavailable. Even trying to install this through the Downloader app doesn't work. If Movie HD requires this to work, it should be part of the APK package. Poor Dev work guys.

this app is F***ing S**t. i used Movie HD to watch my favorite shows and movies. It made me install AMPlayer, now more than 50℅ of streams just load forever but never play. The ones that do load, spontaniously freeze and start from the beginning, when i try to move skip back forward, it wont let me.
