Love the game but about 40% of the times I watch ads(boosts, etc.) they don't reward/payout afterwards & yes I make sure I always let the ad finish. Clearly you're taking advantage/scamming your players. Extremely irritating, esp with the 3-part ads, makes the game almost unplayable lately. Dropping my rating until problems are addressed, will raise back to 5 after. Thank you.
Okay, I was able to play maybe 3 months. Enjoyed the game but the ads was taking to much of my time. And the only option is a $10 a month plan witch mind you, ads come right back after the month and makes it unbearable to keep playing in the long run. Will put 5 stars once something is done about the ads.
Editing my original review of 4 stars. Giving 1 star now and about to uninstall and walk away from the game. For over a week now I have been having issues with the in game guild chat not working. Keeps coming up system error try again later. It's just a blank screen. Can't see anyone else's conversations. I've contacted support a few times about it with all my details that was asked. When I queried the issue again. Was told support was still trying to fix the issue. That was 4 days ago.
I really enjoy the game itself and I don't mind watching a 30 second ad. But an ad that's broken into 3 parts, and it won't be counted unless I press continue 3 separate times? That should be illegal. Please remove the multi part ads, it makes the game so much less enjoyable 😞
Cool game. Needs some work. It's crashes during battles alot. Pissed you off as your wasting resroces just for a crashed battle. Anoying as hell. We have discussed the error. They said it was my connection untill I made a video. Now they arr aware of the error and said it will be fixed next update. Thanks guys
I wish they would speed up the animations or give a way to turn them off since I spend more time waiting for their animations then playing. Melee events are terrible, they fixed them for one event then broke them again because of the vocal minority. Just recently they also broke guild chat. I used to enjoy the game, but it has become tedious and the developers have shown that their priorities are out of order. I had hopes, but not anymore. I have a lot more negative points, buy lack the space
I absolutely love this game. Even though spending money is pretty much the idea of these games. There is a ton of gaming to be played absolutely free. If you want to be in a number one ranked player in this game will require money. On the free side of this game is. You can get to a top ranked position for free but, a large amount of time will be required. Ofcourse consider playing throwdown everyday if you wish to get to the top. Try not to forget about how fast time does go by.
Fun game but depends HEAVILY on $$$. Some skill needed but bottom line if someone has better cards because they spend money, there's nothing you can do to win. This is a game where you can out-spend the competition or let them out-spend you. You can earn stuff from just playing sure, but you will never catch up or have enough to beat people who DO PAY. And the prices aren't cheap either
A very enjoyable game but you need to watch adverts to boost your rewards. This gets very tedious after you have been playing the game for a while. I am now playing less and less now because of this. Less money grabbing and more customer care please. They replied and want me to download discord. Another advertisement. Deleting this game now. So much for customer care.
It's a good game but there are flaws. The reward system for events is ok, but sometimes finishing higher up is worse than finishing in, say, 4th place. This needs amending. Can be a little bit P2W, but the matchmaking will balance that out on the whole.
I really like this game, but i wont waste the readers time. The game isn't initially pay to win. You can play this game 100% free (with some ads) and have a good time. Build a deck that can get you through the adventure, and even do some damge in the pvp. However, once certain events roll around, or you reach a certain "tier" in the pvp, the game makes it very clear that if you aren't going to spend money, you aren't going to progress. Still... i cant quite put it down. It's good.
Game was really fun but after spending $20 to level up some cards and hours of gaming time, I was disconnected from servers. So I Uninstalled and reinstalled still was disconnected. Finally I restarted my phone only to find out that all my progress was lost as I had to start from the beginning.. Very disappointing so I just Uninstalled..
okay look I've been playing this game for over 2 years now I've had it on every phone I've had for the last 2 years I've never had a problem never you offer great rewards game doesn't lag never had a problem but here for the last 2 weeks I log on to the game I'll start playing and within the first 10 minutes that I'm playing my whole screen goes black and the game shuts off and it does it every single time I play it now yes I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times please help
Played since day one got old fast.. have deleted it a few times since.. I go back to it every now and then.. to see if it has changed for the better.. it hasn't it's still the same as it was day one.. kind of disappointed.. it's never improved.. But yeah it's okay.. Not bad yet Not great.. a little pay to win but yeah it's never really hooked me like other card battle games
Honestly, one of the best games I have ever played!!! :) I won't lie, while it can be challenging at times the best part of this game is the nostalgia. This game has thousands of cards and variations all from everyone's favorite episodes!!! And so much to do that it's honestly difficult to juggle absolutely everything daily!!! Definitely try this game!!! :)
Downloaded and was playing. After about 20 min it freezes every time I play a card and I had to close it completely and restart it. Now I lost all the data and had to restart... Can't even get past the tutorial because it freezes after every move. Deleted and reinstalled and it didn't help🙄
Game gets boring pretty quickly (1 month). Guess you could spend a lot of money, but for what? I didnt purchase anything in-game, but already beat all the missions. The arena is not very satisfying, and guild events are predictable. Card content is the best thing about the game, tho still pretty weak.
It plays well and adds really art adds more of a pause in the game so it's not too hard to level up your characters but it still is challenging to defeat the opponents because it works vice versa for the other players as well it will be a game I would recommend to pass the time.
Ads ads ads and more ads 45 seconds long each and your deck is no better for it. Once you get past lvl 15 in the arena, the ai makes absolutely sure you can`t win more than 2 or 3 games out of 10 and really takes the fun out of it because it's just too difficult.
A surprisingly good game, with solid core gameplay and optional ads. Easy to learn and hard to master, AT is a solid card collection game at heart, which rewards strategy and time investment. The microtransactions and ads aren't pushed too hard, though they are present. Marked down a star for requiring an internet connection, the odd stuttering/slowdown, and some of the UI feels unintuitive. Overall, I'd recommend giving it a try, which I haven't said about a mobile game in a while.
In trying to easily start off from my old save data there is no "skip tutorial" option which is upsetting because I want to go on my old account save data without having to do the dumb tutorial which Isn't helpful if I'm trying to get my saved data on the new phone.
PVP is completely rigged to coerce you into purchasing packs with real money. Nearly impossible to reach max level in the arena without spending money because eventually every fight is basically unwinnable and each loss reduces your experience. So it's a perpetual, never ending grind. As soon as you start getting close they up the difficulty so you start losing every fight to knock your experience down.
The premis, story line, and point of the game is very addicting. I like how they use great moments of each show to give that nostalgic feeling. Only problem, the fusing TAKES FOR EVER. I cannot build a new deck without fusing 2 cards at a time. Some in which take 2 days. Which made me get bored of the game and eventually count continue to advance due to the deck not being at its best. Overall, good game
3rd review after first two were deleted. Server kicks me after guilds were introduced even on adventure, you cannot play more than 15 fights a day without paying to increase your charge caps, and you have to wait hours for everything without paying. Also, the multiplayer is not real. They just put people's names on bots . You can close the app and resume a battle 24 hours later. Once you get a 10+ win streak, they pair you against a legendary only deck with twice your HP to end your streak.
Edit: It would be nice to have the ability to deactivate certain combos that you researched and don't want to use anymore. Also it would be cool to have a game that you have to destroy all the cards played out before main character, instead of being able to hit someone just because there's no card to battle across from it. Original : This has become one of my favorite games now and wish I had tried it sooner. Thanks for the funny and entertaining game, great job!!!
