Great way to view scheduled shifts go out as far as they are posted. Able to submit adjustments and request time changes (pick up days or days off) easily. New update appears to work well so far. Only real negative is losing login credentials with update, as long as you can put them back in you won't have any issues. Samsung did not save app settings after update.

Biggest waste of time ever. By the time everyone bunches up around the time clock to type in their company's 15 digit password, all hover over the time clock for it to stop saying you're out of range when you have your phone touching the damn thing, and the people who have to stand there while their phone searches for service in a building that has poor service across all phone providers, 50 people could have clocked in and gone about their day. DO NOT FORCE THIS ON EMPLOYEES!!!!

Horrible App forced to use it for work. Scheduling office can't even override scheduling issuescreated with app. The benefits hours are not even synchronizesd. If you are an employer the mobile app doesn't work for employees. Don't waste your money with this company

Great app. Shows my schedule. Allows me to request time off, clock in and out with ease, lot's of great features.

Terrible Terrible app! It kicked me out and will not let me back in. Its very frustrating that this is the app we are suppose to use but cant. NOT WORTH HAVING AN APP YOU CAN NOT USE! STUPID!!! Not even worth the one star they MAKE you give to post!

Have to close it and reopen to get it to work. Biometrics does not work. Slow interface.

Unable to view time card, "Transfer in Progress" "You are in the middle of a pay group transfer. To manage your time card, please use the web portal." is being displayed. I use to be able to view my time.

Occasionally it updates and you lose all your log in information including the hospital code and the whole app becomes absolutely useless. Infuriating

Keeps telling me I'm not connected to a network when I have all my bars whether it's my wifi or my data! Very frustrating!

Extremely unreliable app. Struggles to log in even with good internet connection. Struggles to acknowledge proximity to a clock-in beacon. Any button you select comes with the risk of waiting indefinitely for no effect. If your facility has an alternative method to clock in and out, just use that instead of this app. When it comes to clocking in at work, wasting time is wasting money. This app literally costs me money.

Absolutely useless app, half the time you can't even log in and now with the most recent update you can't log in at all

Trying to clock in at work is awful. I have an android and it picks up the sensor to clock in/out maybe 40% of the time. The other 60% is spent trying to find a "sweet spot." So I can spend 2-3 minutes trying to use the app to clock in and then it still not work and I have to go to a computer to clock in. And now a new problem today has arose where I can't login. I've tried on different wifi networks at different times of the day and I cant get in. Honestly the pros are outweighed by the cons.

This app doesn't its basic functions, but has a lot of room for improvement versus the pc version. It could do this just by offering all the same services like picking up shifts and seeing who is working. One way to massively improve this app is by adding a notification feature to sign off on timecards. Hospital managment would love for this to be a thing.

I like this app, the only thing I don't is the fact that you can't request an 8 hour shift instead of the standard 12; sometimes you want to help your team out but not stay all day. Other than that it is sufficient and I always have my schedule at the tip of my fingers. I'm a busy chic and I don't have time to put to add my schedule in Outlook Calendar (life is too short).

This is terrible to have to have a code everytime to log in, why can't My phone save my information to get me on more smoothly.

Good to request shifts, but you cant cancel a request that has already been made! This makes it very difficult to manage a schedule properly. Also, there should be color coding on the shift calendar so that at a glance you can see whether you requested a shift or requested a shift off, or have an approved shift or shift off on a particular date. It is very difficult to sync calendars based on this app.

A lot of missing abilities that would make the app more convenient for users. Abilities that are found in the Dayforce app would allow for more ease when switching shifts, taking time off and sync ability with our phone calendars. The ability to send messages to co-workers via app app would allow for better communication between staff and management.

Unable to sync with any calendar app, so it's fairly useless. It does not use colors to differentiate between vacation days, time off or scheduled work days so a quick glance at your schedule looks like you work every day. Not compatible with a biometric scanner so it forces you to enter your password each time you use it. -That gets tedious when having to input your schedule into another calendar. I would not be using this if I didn't absolutely have to by my employer.

Does not open on newer Samsung phones because it is a third party app.

If I could give it a 0 I would. This is unreliable and constantly locks u out and you can't even get back in. Waiting days for admin in your job to help u log back in.

could definitely use improvements from what I'm noticing. A dark mode for example would be great. Exporting the calendar info from this app into your phone's calendar app would be another. There are also no user setting customization. Whether that is intentional or not, having it would be a plus.

Trade shift function doesn't work. Unable to pick shifts. Not able to integrate with any calendar programs. No notification function. Unable to see team schedule. Can only use to put in PTO and view only my schedule. No other app option for viewing shiftselect schedule on phone other than a web browser so disappointed and stuck with the app.

Signs you out for inactivity. Defeats the point of clocking in easily. Its faster to just swipe my badge on a kiosk. Update: now when I put my phone right up against the beacon it still says I'm out of range and can't clock in through my phone. Just keeps getting better and better. 🙃 Edit 1/1/2022: For about 3 months now I have been unable to log in due to "Bad Request - Header Field Too Long". DO NOT INFLICT THIS GARBAGE ONTO YOR EMPLOYEES

My clocking aren't saving correctly even though I get the green bar that says it saved successfully. It's the wrong time or the wrong cost center enough when I make sure everything is correct before saving. Every day for this last week has saved incorrectly.

It is ok. I would like to see different colored dots for different events on the schedule. For instance, I am a new graduate and work nights. I also go to some trainings during days for my residency program. I would like to be able to have the different types of shifts different colors. This way I would know without having to actually click on each dot to see what time I work. I would also like to see an add for vacancies available so i could pick up an incentive shift if I wanted to.
