App Locker - Best App Lock

Does a fairly good job. Only issue is that clicking on locked apps show up in recent apps allowing people to see the first screen. Other than that it does what it needs to do. I will use this if I have to give my phone to the Police to show car insurance which it does do 98% of the job.

The app locker does work, and the newest update has been very well done compared to the older version. The only problem is that it doesn't match the system font do some people might not fall for it, and if an app with autoplay videos is opened, the videos will just play in the background

I love everything about the app except this. There is no option to remove the email password verification method. I don't like it at all. I wish I could remove it. IF FACT IT RUINS THE VERY PURPOSE OF WHAT THE APP IS DESIGNED TO DO! My google account is always logged it on my phone and whenever someone uses the email verification method, it just sends the email to the same phone and all the person has to do is check the email and then the app is unlocked. I will give 5 stars when this is solved.

Used to be a good app. Updated it recently. Now it makes all my apps not to open. Like they have glitches. And the ads for a security app. That is disappointing.

Overall good. The only thing I find to be a major problem (at least for me) is that it automatically allows fingerprint passcode no matter what your settings are. There is no way to turn it off. I am not the only one with a thumbprint saved to this phone but I don't want them going on specific apps that's why I wanted an app lock. When they fix that problem I will redownload.

I LOVE THIS APP SO FAR, no lags or bugs and it keeps my apps locked for personal stuff I don't want anyone to see, thank you so much!

It helps me by stopping my two year old twins from going on my apps and texting or calling anyone

Really nice app, I use just in case. Has a really neat setting which takes pictures of someone when they try and unlock your phone. Really helpful if you have small children or siblings. Highly recommend. It runs smoothly, not too many ads and doesn't affect the speed at which my phone runs.

One small problem. If you are opening a locked app and select "Forgot Pattern", it exposes the locked app as it changes to the "Enter Pin" screen. I suppose this isn't a major issue for most people, but if you are locking an app that you would prefer not to be exposed, whomever is attempting to unlock it will be able to see what you were working on.

This app works awesomely for keeping the people you don't want out of your personal stuff. But you can still access and delete the apps you've locked if you go to >Settings >Apps >Recently Opened apps in settings, We recommend fixing that or coming up with a solution. We lastly hope you can make the Thief Capture system more versatile so it works better offline. Other than that your software is excellent. UPDATE: Now when I hit 'Forgot Password', it buffers for a second and then says 'error'.

The app was pretty intuitive and easy to setup and use. The free version is useful but the advertisements were quite obtrusive. I ALMOST bought the app until I realized it could be uninstalled without a password. Just go to the app drawer and uninstall it. I thought the purpose of an app locker is to add a second layer of security to your device by preventing somebody from accessing certain (or all of your) apps. It isn't much of a security layer if an intruder can simply uninstall it. The app does auto-run when the device starts up but it does't auto-run fast enough and I was able to start locked apps upon start-up of the device.

Does as says almost perfectly except for one issue I have with the app. There is an option to take a photo of an intruder after they get the passcode wrong 3 times. That is a good feature. Except you have to pay to see it. If someone stole my phone, it would be pretty cool to email a photo of them to me, you know, for free. So yeah it is a good app but I think that's really scummy and in my opinion worth removing 3 stars for

All those features are good. But personally I have one fault. I don't want ads above the password. I am requesting the developer to remove ads for free. The password should cover the full screen, but the password drawing area is small and the ad is bigger in the screen. Please help to change that. This is really useful for downloaders... I will suggest this app to download which is free and also useful!

I love the idea of having everything on Lock. I was having a nice, 5-star experience on the Samsung A12 with Android 10, with very few flaws that were negligible. After upgrading to Android 11, there suddenly are A LOT of problems. 1. The app now doesn't remove the overlay after I put my finger on the sensor ☹️ 2. Some apps are still unlocked even though I turned the lock on for them. 3. Sometimes allows app content to show for more than the usual split second before showing lock.

It's ok but when I first paid for it, I still got the adverts showing up. I was not impressed! They've now stopped. My only gripe is that the keypad is very small and not customisable (can't make it bigger!). Presumably this is because of the space where the adverts would be! Maybe the developer could improve this please?

free app, but buggy. about 15% of the time, the overlay freezes saying "fingerprint initialising" in which you need to reopen the intended app to try again. sometimes the finger reader doesn't display that its registered attempts and quickly locks you out. in both cases you can unlock using alternatives like pattern. After you successfully unlock an app it gives an annoying popup which generally makes the whole experience slow. final straw was that it prevented amazon redirects from web browser.

On my LG V20 anytime I try to set a different time for the screen to lock, other than instantly, it goes into a rapid on off mode and makes my phone freeze up and my text and WhatsApp unusable. I did pay for the app because it works super fast ... unfortunately only on the "instant lock" setting. The rest of the time it freezes my phone up to where I can't message or navigate. I had to uninstall to use my phone again.

Ok but often takes a second to obscure whatever app it's protecting and also if you use it to protect your settings, it locks the phone up. Cannot get home or anywhere else using back, app switch, or home gesture. Only workaround I've found is to use a notification to pull yourself into a different app. If you have none you basically have to reboot.

Good app, but I paid for premium and still see ads. Please fix.

The app is good problem is alot of ads in it..and its kinder making the app to be boring otherwise the app is good ....and it will be good with No adds on it
