The app doesn't allow me to open anything. It used to but for some reason now it doesn't. I used to like this feature because I could get online and look at assignments and listen to the videos while at work and now I can't. If this gets fixed I'll write a new review
After logging in the page is now blank. It used to work. I completed my end of course survey and the app did not allow it to post. I discovered a zero when I logged onto my PC. What happened to the app?
the school offers almost no support. you are left to figure what is required by the school on your own. very disappointing. portals and log ins and links and multiple sources for communication leave you locked out and unable to find out what you need to do or even simply gain access. when you do speak with someone there is no follow up and the information is many times wrong or conflicts with what you find out later on to be true. it's a hot mess. good luck :/
Doesn't work anymore. You get a blank screen after u select your class. You cant post, respond, or watch class videos. The only thing it is good at is showing your grades fro your previous classes.
They wont tell you this students but Ive found a solution to your problem. Download the CANVAS STUDENT APP and its pretty self explanatory from there. I have access to the classroom and scheduled due dates are already installed in calander. Great app and happy to help
Development for the mobile app seems to have stopped. The app doesn't work. When I sign in I only see a blank page. Seems this has been an issue for some time
Have used the app for about a year. The student portal went down then came back up and now my app wont work. Called support line and got zero help...the guy on the other end just keep deverting my question because he did have the answer. Poor customer service
I have not had any issues with the application as of this point. It works just like my disk top version. I will revisit this review after my halfway mark in the program.
How is this app 4.0? I have calculated 80% negative responses and rightfully so. Problem: I can not log on. My credentials work on my computer but not the mobile app. Says, "Credentials Invalid" and by the reviews I am not alone. What is worst is the lack of response from the editor. We paid our tuition, I am Active duty, Tax PAYERS deserve better with Tuition Assistance- FIX THIS. We have work to do!
Does not work anymore. I've installed, uninstalled etc.. nothing. Just a blank screen after I put in my student ID and password.
The app will not open it keeps loading and will not open the canvas app, when first downloaded it worked fine, now it just in loading mode this app sucks big time
For an online school you'd expect for their mobile app to work. Havent had an app that runs as bad as this one.

The app will open to the main screen but when u click on the course it just keep spinning
When is the university going to do something about this app?..as a student i rely on this app for school information when not in front of a laptop. Would be very helpful if something was done or at least mention of any problems..

People who keep saying your credentials wont work, it's because you have to change your password every 90 days. Change your password. Dont make it the same as your previous ones.

The app is veey resourceful too complete assignments and post discussions. it makes it convuent to login

This app use to work. The school changed logos and for the past month I been having troubles logging in everywhere. My grades have officially dropped. Thanks a lot! Sarcasm in case you don't know. Frustrated. If something isn't broke don't fix it!
