I'm not able to log in. I had written down my password and I know the one I entered was correct. I tried re-setting my password but it won't let me. This is so frustrating. I have this item that I'm NOT able to use. It says that a link was sent successfully to re-set my password but I never received anything. I tried it 3 times. I checked my junk mail, etc. Please please fix this problem!!!!!!!
Used to love this product although a bit hit and miss counting reps. However the phone interface just lost all my data so I can't sync my watch any more. Oh well. At least the watch still works.
It doesn't let me to login, password reset is not working. Also, they do not accept new accounts. I bought an Atlas wristband and I cannot use it. Plase fix it asap
It has been a while since I last logged on my account. I tried to log in but although I am using the right password it doesn't log. I wrote an email to the company and didn't receive an answer... Are they still operational?
Can't log in my account or try to reset the password, making the watch useless as it can't be setup without the app 👎👎👎
AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! App not accepting new accounts. Waste of £70 to buy a waistband that won't work with the app.
Will not link to atlas software. Shows connected to phone so it is working.....
Cannot retrieve password and therefore cannot use a this product. Disappointing indeed.

Lowered to ONE STAR because my band doesn't sync anymore. I get a "no credentials" dialog followed by a spinning icon. It appears that this company no longer cares about its own product. That's sad. It's impressive that the watch can detect most of the exercises you do but if it detects a bad or non existent set, there's no way to delete it from the app. This is a terrible omission!
Completely stopped syncing. Followed all steps given on the FAQ. Even went as far as uninstalling and reinstalling. Nothing worked. New firmware would not be uploaded. All in all i had 1 workout that synced from December. Nothing more would sync. Now the app wont recognise the wristband. Now it is basically too small and light to be a doorstop because that is all it would be good for.
App doesnt work at all with wristband. Doesnt want to link or sync. Supplier has no current solution.
I really tried everything but simply i got error device not found constantly. I followed instructions and tried to add it from profile but nothing. Device is new. I can pair it under BT settings but simply apllication doesn't work. Force stop... uninstalled amd installed again...pls help .. EDIT: I found earlier version and it works now
It has it's bugs. Nothing show stopping. Some times syncing broke on my V20. I'm about to see how it performs on my V30. TRX Workouts have disappeared. I emailed them to put back the TRX Warmups that came with the Atlas. They put one TRX workout online, but it's not exactly the same. I like the product, the goal and I know it's difficult to engineer. It has its bugs but this thing makes me excited to lift, therefore, 5 stars.
After 1 month, it refuses to sync. Bluetooth detects the device, but the app doesn t sync. It got completly discharged, maybe that kills the bluetooth. Many improvements to be made in the ap and in the way the watch menu layout is (very very unintuitive) . Great potential, but for a product to be unusable after one month...
It's perfection. The perfect work out tracker. Freestyle is the way to go. It automatically detects what exercise you're doing and counts the reps. If you're doing an exercise that it does not recognize you can set a custom exercise and teach the device to recognize the movements but it does take about three times of teaching it for it to pick it up perfectly sometimes four times that's not a problem. This device works perfectly I am on my second wristband 2 the reason why I'm on my second one because the first one I bought I carried it around in my backpack everywhere I went and it caused a device to quit working properly. I think it's because since this is a motion detector that if you wear it or carry it around when you are not using it it jams up the sensing mechanisms and detection software so I would like to let everyone know and I think you should let everyone know that this wristband 2 should only be worn during a workout when you're not using it put it in a place where it's not going to be moving around I'll just keep it on your wrist all the time or keep it in a backpack. I only wear it for your workout teach it what it does not know when you are not working out put it in a place where it will not move and the device will stay working perfectly and if you are teaching it a custom exercise and teach it to where it's high-quality at least 3 or 4 times and delete the medium and poor quality teaching. I love this device and I strongly recommended and endorse it
The concept is brilliant but the app feels neglected. Cant sync with my Huawei P8 Lite and only syncs with my galaxy note, sometimes when synching my workouts in between the mobile and the watch I lose all data... just lost my entire back and bicep workout for today... like I said the concept is brilliant just neglected.
Poor, poor ios port. Back key doesn't work, seriously? Other than that app integration - Google/Samsung fit & myfitnesspal doesn't really exist. After fiddling a bit it's okay, but having a notebook is not that much more of a hassle. Plenty of potential, hope they make it more than that.
the app work good here. the band is the problem for me. I do crossfit and the app at first look like it recognize some exercise. the problem is that the exercise had to be done in slow motion and execute it perfectly to the wristband recognize it. so at the end maybe I returned it. when I get home I need to spend a lot of time to edit everything.
Dude I have amazon fire phone is 4.6.1 moov is working but the atlas won't connect to the device. Bluetooth 4.0 issue has it been fixed.
The app looks comprehensive, but won't connect to my brand new shape device. The other app (with the chat bot) seems to sync just fine
terrible app. The app won't load workouts it gets stuck at trying to load then displays an error message. App won't sync with atlas wearable device I have the 2nd generation band and it won't sync workouts. The device itself won't keep the exercises in it's memory keeps resetting weight to zero. Overall a terrible app don't purchase an Atlas device.
