Atom Tickets

Please be aware, to anyone using this app, if you also want to use your Landmark Cinemas points, they are not available on this app. So you have to buy tickets on the Landmark website. Because of this, you will also not be able to order food/snacks from this app, which you would want to, to skip long lines. Why Landmark purchase ability and Atom are not integrated, makes absolutely no sense. Massive inconvenience and oversight. Disappointing.

I've been using Atom tickets for some years. Lately it seems to be a rip off. They over charge for the tickets. I'm an A+ lister for AMC ( and get 3 movies a week for free), I go to purchase movie tickets for myself and kids and instead of getting my ticket price taken off... they take off for a child ticket instead. In addition, I go to use my T-Mobile $5 dollar discount off a ticket. When I go to purchase, it shows the discount price, but on my receipt I was charged full price instead.

My 1st time trying the app I accidentally selected the wrong theater. But it was easy to cancel my order have the money go back to the cash app and repurchase at the same theater. All the discounts transferred over and I did not have to enter my payment information again. This was awesomely awesome. Easy peeaze.

This app has double booking issues, they show the taken seat as empty. And when you arrive and someone is already taken the seat, They don't even give you a refund for that. Customer service is cold as a robot, refusing to explain and just close your request for refund. The way they operate is very bad . Wasted my money.

This app worked perfectly fine for me before the update, but since the supposed "fix" I haven't been able to apply my tmobile promotion code for discounted tickets. Tried messaging the customer service support and they've been nothing but unhelpful and dismissive promising that a simple uninstall reinstall will get the app to work properly again. An absolute miserable and frustrating experience all around. Please fire and blacklist whichever software developer and qa helped "update" this app

been using for years and it's been consistently great to use, UI has been updated to be user friendly and cancellations are incredibly easy to get done.

I'm someone's mom so I hardly ever get a chance to go to the movies so I booked and canceled my movie tickets several times. This app made it super easy to do that. I also like the fact that you can pick your seat. You can buy concessions through the app but only at participating theaters (not the one near me though 😞).

Can't reserve seats for my megaplex moviepass. When I try to choose seats, it says, "That seat request didn't go through. Please choose a different seat and try again." I'm only giving it 2 stars because I can still use the qr code to buy tickets at the theater. But I can't reserve seats ahead of time for busy nights, and that's a huge negative for this app. I'm going to complain to megaplex about this as well for forcing me to use this app for my moviepass.

Everything about this was a terrible decision. I seriously regret the $90 I was tricked into wasting on it. Min 6 month membership required, Impossible to cancel even after it ends, impossible to use tickets at theatre , theatre won't accept discount coupons from app. I was never able to successfully use anything I bought through this app at any theatre near me. Horrible experience.

Unable to add Regency Theaters Rewards Card number.. Every time I've tried to add my Regency Rewards Card number it comes up with an error. So I never get points for my ticket purchases through Atom... so frustrating....

The atom megapass trap!! Atom megapass has a 6 month contract period. While I signed up for it, there was no mention of this contract period. All it said was $14.99 per month and billed monthly. No communication regarding the contract period. When I did not like it and wanted to cancel it on the 3rd month, that is when I was comunicated of the 6 month contract period. Now I am have to pay for something I hate. It's not worth it. Scam

Exasperating. Each time the app gets to the point of choosing seats, it goes into a death-spin, eventually giving up, followed by the audacious question of whether I'd like it to check my internet connection for me. This would by almost laughable if not for having spent 20 wasted minutes trying to coax it into functioning as it should. Two stars because I was able to get tickets a week or two ago ~ with only minimal aggravation. Developers: please fix. Using Android 10, with Galaxy S9+

"Now Playing"...you keep using that word. It doesn't mean what you think it means. The app shows movies that are not currently playing under "Now Playing". I hate it. Make a "Coming Soon" section instead of deceiving your users.

One of my go-to apps for movie theatres. This app is simple to navigate and supports many of my local theatres. Check out is a breeze and the experience is simple.

The Atom app is great to book tickets and it's pretty easy. The best part is you can share your plans with friends, families, etc.

App non-functional; upon download it goes into a persistent error state where it constantly asks to try again. No error code given. Do not download, just use the website if you're interested in booking with this provider.

Favorite movie app by far. Easy to use. Excellent customer service. The only way get tickets online.

Love this app! Having our food and drinks ready upon arrival is amazing! Been using the app for years and have had no issues.

You pay an extra $6 just for using the app. There is really no benefit from it. Aside from that they steal your money. If you have an emergency and want a refund. They will not answer you until 20 minutes before showtime and will reply with " Unfortunately, due to theater policy, we do not support cancelations on Atom after a showtime has started. You cancel your tickets up to 30 minutes before showtime, but after that refunds are not available because the seats were reserved." They are rats!

This app looks great, but it's broken. It doesn't work as intended, and trying to purchase a ticket through atom can be a very frustrating experience. They have to hire better designers to clean up the functionality of the app.

Used like 0nce or twice then just stays stuck on the logo page. Must be a billion people using it to book Dr Strange 2 movie tickets at once.

It doesn't work it just refuses to believe I have internet when I go to buy tickets (will show me all the ads in the world no problem before that). I know exactly what they're doing, they have a deal today and are trying to pretend there app doesn't work so they don't have to follow through with it, they're scam artists.

A very horrible company to deal with and I will not recommend it. Your best bet is to go through other movie apps. Stay away from this one. Besides they charge you an arm and a leg which skyrocket and they don't honor anything. They are not for the customers. Buyer beware!!!

my go to app for movies, makes everything so much easier and cannot think of a better way to purchase tickets. if you love movies, you definitely need to have this app, you won't regret it!

Used my T-Mobile Tuesday Code and the app is quite user friendly. Select theater, seats and buy. Just that easy! I like the option to use a pay service like Google Pay instead of my credit card.
