I have been trying for several days to set up paperless billing, can not get into app, very frustrating!

Can't login. Have reset my password 6 times and doesn't work. Great security, no one can get in.

Works perfectly now. I have an ad blocker that was perfecting access by the app the website. White listed the app and All fixed!!!! They reached out to me right away, asking to help, so I updated there review to 3 stars. Still getting error Always Get error on startup err::name_not_resolved. Cannot use app at all

We like Auto Owners as a insurance company but don't rely on the app to tell you the truth about your bill. Trusting it caused us to lose our insurance with them. When Covid hit the app kept telling us we had a balance of 0 for a few months so we assumed it was because of the covid, but it wasn't. When we finally seen a bill come up it was for a lump sum which caught my wife and I off guard and eventually we lost insurance with them. Again the company themselves are great. The app needs work.

I have been trying to get into the app to setup our account, But it will not let me. I have deleted and reinstalled the app and the same thing. I was hoping this app would work, being my son is in College and when I get new cards I would not have to mail them to him. Wish it could of worked out!!😕

crashes instantly in open. was working fine. Randomly started working again back to not working again. about the time i really need it, it doesn't work. Piece of junk...🙄. Better make sure you send me insurance cards!!

Can't launch the app - it immediately minimizes on launch on a Note 10+. No support at all. Tried uninstall/re-install, clear cache, etc and no luck. Can't rate an app that won't load.

Both my fiance and I are on the same policy. I installed the app but because he had already installed the app it wouldn't let me utilize it because the policy number had already been used. If there is more than one person on a policy both people should be able to use the app with different passwords.

Useless! Tried to login said wrong info. Tried to sign up said email address already in use. Tried again said to many attemts to login yup 3 trys failed each time. 0 stars should be available on the app store. Looked at other reviews and I'm not alone. Others with the same problem told to contact developer. Why use the app store for their app if you have to contact the developer to use it?? SMH

Was working great when I first downloaded it, but now I can't even log in anymore. I keep having to scan my fingerprint, even when I cancel the fingerprint and try to log in with the password.

Well this is most inconvenient. We just switched insurance companies and I can't even use this app to log in. I'll update this when I can finally log in.

Can't access app for over a week !!!!! It keeps telling me that my information is incorrect when I know that it is 1000%correct

I can't even open the app. It closes every time I click on the icon. I cleared the cache, uninstalled, and reinstalled. It still does closes.

For the past 3 or 4 months, it falls to log in SEVERAL times. Says "error name not resolved" I've emailed them with this & have no response. It's very frustrating.

Tried to sign up-first time. Mistyped zip code, corrected it, now says policy number was already entered by another account. Locked out. Now I have to call them. Don't like having my time wasted.

Great app easy setup also easy to read. I love it. it show my balance my payments and that I have an active claim. I love it.

Using the app is so convient. Their is times when I don't want to travel to the Insurance office to pay my bil, so I don't. I just pick up my phone, open the app and press pay now. I haven't had any problems. 🖲🖲🖲 🤣✌😂👍😇😊🙏🖲🖲🖲

They will go so far out of their way to screw over customers and not pay out claims. Absolutely the worst insurance agency you could ever go with. If you are an independent agent, do not quote with them. They won't pay out claims and cause problems for every single one of their clients. They even charge their agents to pay customers bills over the phone.

One of the best business apps that I've had the pleasure of using. Clearly laid out, with reliable performance and easily accessible documents and payment methods.

I try to login and every time it takes me to the forgot my password screen. I reset it and it didn't work either. Update: fixed. Had to restart phone.

App doesn't work. Everytime I try to log in it minimizes and says authentication canceled. App is unusable.

Installed it for the first time and it disappears a couple of seconds later, before I do anything. Didn't even get to try to log in. Useless.

App doesn recognize either of my phone numbers I cant create a profile cause of this. Until they fix this with an update I'm only rating it one star.

Downloaded this app since Arizona allows digital proof of insurance. However it appears to download the proof of insurance every time I access it. It does not seem to store the digital proof of insurance. What do I do if I'm in an area if no coverage?

Used to work fine. Now it just sits at a spinning wheel when logging in. I even uninstalled and reinstalled with no change.

Worked great. Now can't log in after update. Guess I will go somewhere else. And no ad blockers screwing it up

Junk app will not let you log into app after you have activated your information, maybe it just hacked into my phone. Time will tell

Since it just errors out for the past month, it's useless.... doesn't make me feel too good about their coverage if this is how they present themselves

Downloaded the app but cannot log in. Submitted my email 3 times to re-set password but have never received an email to be able to re-set my password.
