KISS - Keep It Simple Stupid! This app is very smooth! Wish the website was a bit more 'colorful' and could allow the user to cross-check the accounts a bit more clearly (ie moving alllll the credit scores to the bottom). *First program I've seen that's easier to see in the app than it is on the web. Also wish they had more airlines auto-update, but that's just life. C'est la vie!
Disappointing. I was expecting it to connect to say least the big Airlines. It doesn't. Should have seen that before paying. And, it hangs on connecting to Chase.
It should only show you the best spend option for the cards you actually own and then separately suggest other cards for which to apply to get better benefits. The app is good but I think it needs to simplify on the front end UI/UX and then offer deep information on a second step.
DOESN'T SYNC ANY MORE. I really don't know why I paid my subscription again this year. This App doesn't work any longer. No sync tickets with Gmail. It used to work. App in the Air does sync so no problem there. Disappointed.
App is great but integration with FF Program and existing reservations can sometimes get wonky with flight changes and over-notifications. I may need to simply find a setting that controls the number of notifications.

it is really nice concept and i was looking for such kind of app from long. it holds all the reward points together. I wish they add feature for redeming points as well.
Has saved me so many lost points and miles over the years. Easy to use, time saver, and great support. Highly recommended for anyone who possess loyalty rewards of any substantial value.
Thank you for fixing the force-close issue the app had every time after 12/24/20. A handy app. It would be better if the free version was a little less locked down.
I'm not sure it's AwardWallet's fault, but it's just super clunky trying to authenticate with the travel merchant websites. Would be nice if they could figure that out.
If you have points and miles in shopping programs, frequent flyer programs, or hotel loyalty program, I can't imagine not having this app.
Perfect app for collating various rewards' portfolio and reconciling them at regular intervals. Great job on having a robust portfolio of rewards, even the regional ones.
The new version of the app has lits of incremental, barely noticeable but much appreciated improvements. Well worth the NOMINAL cost if it helps avoid letting the expiration of the smallest account.
Used to like it, I cannot link Aeroméxico. I receive the code by mail but I do not see a box to write the code. Tried several times, different ways... still not working...
I must of had a bad day I couldn't make an account in the app or online. Blank page response in app and refresh on website with no forward progress.
Stores all my frequent traveler info in one place. Notified me of expiring miles. great app!
Helps me not loose any points across any array of travel awards. Also a single place to look at all balances
Really good, but I do wish that there was a better way to handle 2 factor authentication with some rewards programs. Possibly using OAuth?

Accurate only 50% of the time.
Nice way to manage your awards and add, however you can't add accounts with passwords over 80 characters. And the UI leaves much to be desired.
