Very high matching prices. Earlier it was having 9 gems per match and now they increased price to 14 gems per match. I prefer to use other random video calling apps. Atleast they have low cost.
I really enjoyed this app from Azar. It was very easy to download and simple to log-on. I enjoyed how easy it was to navigate around the app. I met alot of nice people on here and had many nice conversations too. It was very socially diverse and ethnically dynamic with people engaging in many native tongues
Very bad experience when it comes to video chat. The slide from one friend to other is frustrating and takes lots of times to work , put a "stop" or "next" button for it instead of sliding cause it really made me angry and upset
Uploading photos is so irritating i cannot say. Its keeps on loading that's it nothing happens. And to chat someone the first thing it asks to buy gems.fooling people and making money.
Why does it need to wait for like 5 seconds before we can swipe to another person. It really is annoying.
Why can't I buy gems or subscribe? Every time i click 1 tap buy it won't work. It's just stagnant, Hope you can fix it.
blocked my account for 10 years for no rhyme or reason. people here are misusing the report option and you guys don't even bother to check and block the accounts. I've been a paid member always for the past 4 years but you unknowingly blocked me and all my accounts. no response from your end even after multiple emails
With new updates Azar becoming same as other apps. Azar was the best,now is changing all good things and becoming unoriginal . Sadly

Stay Away: 1- Cost -> They charge you a lot of money for few gems. You'll end up spending $25 in 7 to 15 minutes. 2- Scam -> Your gems will be wasted on guys signing up with female profiles and the app admins refuse to reimburse you in most cases. 3- App Flaws -> Assuming you spent anywhere between $100 to $150 and found that female who seems interesting, once you tab to add her to your friend list, the app immediately disconnects the call so that you add using 290 gems. Complete Waste
don't pay nothing guys, this app is a waste of money, I have a vip account, that's gives me the possibility to choose the country i wish to meet people! surprisingly this month I can't go nowhere except two countries! don't waste your money!!!
Not able to send the request from "who viewed my profile " section. Edit- when we click on the bell icon, we can see the profile which have visited us. From there in past we send request, but now that is not working.
Useless app. No extra features in premium. I asked for refund and they cancelled my subscription also didn't refund.
This app is useful to all over country we can talk anyone with video chat so very great full and thankful to azar app .

Just add the ability to add someone as a friend by username so we can use it with friend e know in real life. That way there will be a point to recommending to a friend.
