It used to be a great app, though since last week it started crashing randomly and now I can't even type my password to log in because it crashes automatically when clicking on any one button. Can't even access my iToken to perform online transactions on my computer! It's outrageous that I cannot use the bank services due to a bugged app. Before you ask, my phone is up-to-date and has no pending software updates; all other apps function normally.
The app suddenly stopped letting me login. To make it worse, it's the start of the month. Time where I most often use it.
It crashes a lot especially when you need to use it virtually and it isn't practical.
I didn't like it because the app is slow whilst starting, fail to retain some configurations and it has not a "plain" interface.
Good overall, but stops working occasionally -- the ok button after entering the account number won't work anymore. My workaround is an uninstall/reinstall but it's not really convenient especially if you're in a low bandwidth situation. The same happens with the Personnalite app. Please fix.
I had a hard time trying to set up my account. Once I had all the data I needed(credit card and password), I found myself fighting the stream of sms messages that culminate after several attempts of leaving the app to check the sms code and coming back. Everytime the screen was reloaded and a new sms was sent. Basically I couldn't leave the app's screen to see the code for when I came back a new code would be sent, rendering the previous one I just saw invalid. I was stuck into the loop.
I can't login anymore. It simply doesn't show the keyboard to write the password.
It crashes oftentimes, to install the token it always crashes at the selfie step
I have been using the App for about two years now and I can say that it has made my banking transactions better. I do almost everything that I need a physical banking structure for. It's great but it can still be better. I love Itau banking system.
Excellent application! Easy to use and practical!
Terrible experience using a Galaxy S10. Apps crashes all the time, needs constant reestart and offer you options that just simply dont work (such as the card reset password feature)
Signing in is very slow on the app. I would give 3-4 stars, but, man, iToken, better known as ISHIT. Who creates a proprietary software that YOU NEED TO INSTALL ON YOUR COMPUTER to transact?!! Are you out of your mind? Great thing not all companies think this way, or you would need apps for everything installed in your computer.
I can't access the app anymore. Anytime I try it says my agency and account are invalid, but they aren't. I called the bank and they said everything was ok. What should I do? I work for the State of Minas Gerais, I just got the account to get my salary paid next year. Now, I'm afraid of not getting access to my money or the worst: don't have my money deposited on my account because it is invalid.
I think it could be more better, because sometimes hasn't been working; When I have tried to access the app, it hasn't worked. But love that; I get pay my accounts, whatever.
I find really bad that the app lets you take screenshots. I am used to AIB BANK app and the app is safe and you don't let it take screenshots for security reasons. With Itaú app you have this option and I don't like. My app could be open taking screenshots of my information. Technology did not arrive yet for Itaú.
Good app. But, transfer schedule for TED transfers based on phone's date and time not on a NTP server? It's impacting CX and potentally has security problems as well.
The app is great.... When it actually works. There are connections problems constantly and there are days I can't even gain access to my account.
The app was great, but recently it started taking a loooong time to authenticate the session, and most if the times it loses connection even before accessing my account
Excellent app; regular interface; easy and straightforward. No bugs and working properly.
The app is okay, but it offers some functionalities that simply doesn't work (card password recovery for example)... Kind of lame.
Won't update - "pending" - so cannot use! Update: finally downloaded after 32 HOURS of more or less continuous attempts!
The app works badly in Samsung Note 20 Ultra. Often, I have to restart the app in the log in screen, because it halts on it.
This app is not bad but, If we compare Itaú's app with other Itaú competitor's app we will see that Itaú still has too much to evolute and improve in the current application interface and functions.
Cannot upgrade it always says "pending" and never downloads. Meanwhile It won't let me use the old version! I cannot access my account. Totally stupid!!
The app is useful, but still lack some features. I'd like to see more options in it, such as we have through the website.
it's slow, i need my bank app to be as fast as using paper money. And i won't give you my face biometrics again, i already provided photos when i opened my account.
I think having the option to select a lanuage on the app especially on a bank app would attract more customers as i have seen this in many countries spanish English french this is good business i honesty dont speak portguese so would useful in many areas
very good app with user-friendly interface, although I hope it will become available in other languages in future updates...

This app leaves much to be desired. Facial recognition is virtually impossible and the itoken feature cannot go thru activation. If you're not in Brazil you can't activate the itoken. So the app is useless.
