Still not able to use the app even after last update. It crashes as soon as I log in. Update 5/8/22 still not able to log in without the app crashing immediately. This has been broken for two months. FIX IT
I don't recommend the app or opening a bank account with Bank Of Oklahoma. They will hold your funds for over a week on your first deposit, so if you have bills to pay be prepaid to behind or evicted because they will not lift the hold for any reason. They do not care about their customers. I recommend using something along the lines of Chime. The first deposit I had instant access to the funds. Don't let their mobile check deposit and other advertised benefits fool you into their trap.
Just don't download the app. Waste of space on your phone. Just use Google. App is trash. You will constantly (every 3 days) be required to reset your password. Then when it's reset, it doesn't work. Save yourself the headache and DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP
I like my bank being locally owned and operated. The people who are employed by BOK, they are fair, friendly, and sufficient. As for the BOK app, it is a wonderful tool to have. It seems that most of your banking needs can be handled through this app. I can honestly say that the app has plenty of banking services to choose from. Actually I've never had any serious issues with BOK, especially since they seem to operate in a family oriented fashion. They're easy to work with in person or online..
After most recent update. Wont let me manage credit card. Once I click ok to go to website it just closes the app
This app used to work well, but now will not stay open on my mobile, despite the bug fixes put out.
The ledger is gray with thin red letters. Too hard to read. Mostly pointless if I can't ready it. They stated that there is no way to change the background to anything else. *Note- The images they show as screenshots in no way represent the actual app. I literally can't see the display because it's such a poor choice in colors. ****No feedback from developers. Fun. Great service. If I didn't have so many things connected, I'd close the account so I can get an app I can see.
app is great, but every time I close it out, it automatically opens itself back up after an unspecified amount of time. idk why this is doing this when it should just run in the background until I choose to open the app back up. pretty annoying being in another app and then out of nowhere this app pops up onto my screen... other than that, no issues and the app itself has wonderful features.
This app is garbage. You would think a nice bank could afford a decent app but thus this is just terrible. It crashes all the time. Make you change your password all the time because it takes too many attempts to log in. After so many failed attempts, you have to reset the password. This is on the apps end, not mine. I know my passwords. I'd give zero stars if I could.
2/5 dropping a star. This app has been getting progressively worse.... 3/5It's a good app for the most part. It just keeps randomly forgetting my fingerprint. I can use it long enough to not remember my password...then it will randomly stop and I'll have to reset my password. I've had it since October or November and this has happened three times already. I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling to fix it.
I use this app literally everyday, before the update things usually worked fine. But now I cannot use my fingerprints to log in. Which is detrimental when you are needing to get into your account quickly and either make a transfer or look at a charge. The new layout is a little small and harder to read now. If you fixed the biometric log in and made the font size bigger, I wouldn't have any issues with the app.
I have to jump through a few hoops to get there but I suppose that is good for Protection.
Usually great. Recent change to bill pay has made entering a dollar amount way more difficult. I click in the box to enter dollar and it jus backs out and makes me start over. I did figure out thru trial and error if you click the upper right corner of the "amount" box it will pull up the keypad to allow you to enter the amount but for heaven's sake please fix this asap. Move the friggin cancel button out of the amount box. Duh! Otherwise I love it.
Kinda annoying as of late....I've always loved using this app...so convenient but as of late it won't let you in when you scan your fingerprint and/or face....it STILL makes you put in your password....super annoying....can you please fix this?
I should be able to make a payment at any time before my due date! I'm so frustrated that neither the website or the app allow me to make a payment until it's "almost time".
The app is really helpful but there's a catch... I use this app all the time, theres no doubt its helpful to have accesd to your banking on the go. The app gets an +A for exicuting this basic operation. But theres one terrible bug, it randomly launches and request my fingerprint to open my acount, it does this quite frequently. This has been an on going problem for at least a year. Can you guys get the devlopers to fix this issue? Honestly thought someone would have it covered by now.. Thanks
Terrible app. Need to uninstall and reinstall constantly just to log in. Absolutely terrible. Get it together, for Christ's sake
I love BOK but the app needs an update or SOMETHING. It randomly opens up if it's not completely closed out of, and it sometimes randomly says my username and password is incorrect. My favorite is when I change my password, and my app no longer accepts my finger print anymore so I have to uninstall and reinstall
These app accurately shows my account and balance. 😄Let's me take notes of reasons for transfer and shows up on statement incase I for get.🙂 Its amazing!! 😁Just the new update has been messing with the finger print system on my phone.😀 It shows when my finger print is wrong, but when its right, it just goes back to the main screen. 😄
I've never had issues with the app until recently. For some reason every time I log in it's making me get a verification code. I'm accessing from the same device every time so it SHOULD be remembering but it's not. It ultimately does let me in but it's just inconvenient having to get a verification code sent every time I log in.
The app is ambiguous. It used to be so easy to pay bills, add payees, modify payees, search history, switch to desktop, etc. I need detailed information and advanced payee features that I can no longer access via the mobile site. I'm really disappointed in my otherwise fantastic bank. Please allow desktop access without switching automatically to mobile, and allow me to do extended pay searches, just like the representatives that answer the phones can do... it would cut down on in-person phone t
Edited 1/3/20: BE CAREFUL . Again my login info didn't work. I clicked "Forgot password" and it said it would send a verification code as usual. *BUT THEN* it asked for my debit card and social security numbers as well something I can't remember. Just to have a code sent. Nope. I think the app has been hacked. Old review: It's my turn for the log in glitch. This app worked great for years--until today. It says my username and password are wrong, when they aren't.
You guy's need to place the manage card options on the app again. I can no longer view it.
Frustrating application. Most of the time it works fine, then all of the sudden it'll tell you "invalid login" or something along those lines, even though all in using is fingerprint to log into my account. Ridiculous.
Trash. Either the fingerprint stops every time I log in and has to be uninstalled to get working or now the transfer money screen crashes the app. This is the main reason I don't use as my primary bank other than holding all checks overnight. Two stars just because everyone tells people to ignore one start reviews.
Alerts aren't working. The app has potential if all of the features would ever all work properly at the same time. Bio scan isn't working 😕 Why so many issues with not only mobile but online banking??? Seems like it's constantly occurring!!
App does not work. Didn't work on prev phone and doesn't on this one I just got. Other banks apps work but not bok. Keeps crashing when I get into it. Started rethinking bok anyways. They are less customer friendly every year.
