Barclays Premier Rewards

The app is slow and doesn't save my favourites permanently, saving for only a few days. Maybe it has to do with if the phone is turned off, don't know. Today the app isn't working at all. Nice to have the discounts (thank you), but better if the app could be sorted out (please).

EVERY time I open the app, it asks if it can send notifications. It does this EVERY time and never sends me any notifications ever. There's been a few special offers that I've found out about only because other people have told me.

This app has a serious issue with saving state. Attempted to redeem the 2 free Picturehouse cinema tickets today. After backgrounding the app and opening it up at the till the voucher had disappeared, it then claimed the reward had been redeemed which ended up costing me £27 in tickets. It doesn't seem fit for purpose.

Very slow! Filter settings don't work or at least take so long that I haven't waited long enough to use it! Just overall needs to become speedy like the rest of the apps ASAP.

Registration process is broken. De-Duplication approach does not work, any phone change or app update means users are blocked from registering with the error "customer not unique". Once logged out I have to contact customer helpdesk by phone (online chat teams report they can't help and I have to call up)

Can't use it. I've got a new phone and trying to register it on my new phone, but it keeps giving the same parse error, saying 'unexpected error encounter while parsing value'.

I have reviwed before. app shuts down for no reason. the message is - has stopped working open app again or give feedback. this happens at home and outside the home.

useless. id love to redeem a voucher for english heritage, but it only shows a fraction of places in the list, it cant load up past anything that begins with the letter D on the list or the map, and filtering doesn't work. Its not a reward if you cant access it.

works perfectly on my old phone (2016) Samsung J3 But useless on my new phone Samsung J4+ contacted Barclays no help at all just telling me they are improving the app but until they have done that !!!!

redeem the voucher for cinema, they give you a code a the screen. Lost the reward because I had to be in the cinema. it cannot be done in advance. app clearly misleading customer to not give rewards.

It used to be very good but does not work at all with my new phone. Therefore it is obvious that it needs updating or does not operate properly. Cannot locate me or my locality~ totally useless

Says that the app is not compatible with my Samsung S3 Adroid 4.4.4 phone, makes it difficult to access rewards. I certainly would not replace the phone to use the app.

this has not worked on my android phone for the past 12 months, when contacted 2 months ago I was informed they were working to correct it - still not working- what a waste.

The same complaints as from other customers: app is extremely slow and favorites not saved permanently. I spend mor time daily to start app as compared to drinking my daily coffee

Doesn't work at all. Error during initial page, and still not corrected after 6 months since I first tried to use it.

doesnt work properly on android, cant filter restaurants or find them on the map in my area, needs lots of improvement

Great for finding restaurant offers but beware the Gourmet Society database is terribly out of date. Sone listed eateries no longer subscribe to the society while some restaurants no longer exist! Have found one which has been closed for 4 years!!!
