Wasn't sure 4 or 5 stars Would be 10 stars if I had more control of when I wanted to scan. I like to save a collection of websites Google is horrible in saving and doing things automatically. I want more control of my choices and what is stored online. I don't care about convince, just control.

AMAZING. NEED I SAY MORE, NOT UPDATED NEW VERSION YET, BUT IF ITS ANYTHING LIKE THIS THEN HUNKY-DOREY ps I only rated 4🌟 for the ads because I like them all, customized n all dat, but now I vannae get passed most of them without purchasing something, I now that's the idea of it but now I Cannae get moved for empty boxes and stuff I probably won't use. Cluttering up the WHOLE flat.

The apps operation is fast. With this, I barely run the scanner through the entire length of the barcode before accompanying website appears. I also give the app a plus for making it possible for one to create his/her own barcode. On the downside, I think the apps operation would have been much more faster if it was designed to open the website automatically while still maintaining the option for saving the barcode's website.

This is a very short-term review, but it seems to do one job quite well. My phone has yet to appear infected with malware after installing this app. The apps contains no other distracting features and so far, scans bar codes effortlessly. If ads appear in the app in the future, I would gladly upgrade to a paid version.

Scans, but says it creates and only app and 2 other things listed to create a barcode for. Why would app need a barcode... I was hoping to scan an item and create a barcode.

It looks like its scanning like other scan apps... When got th walmart scan app 2 yrs ago on my note9 it work then. I just downloaded two other scan apps. None of them work.

When scanning any QR code witn this app, I'm rarely successful at it actually pulling up the correct info/item/site/video. I can truly say it has only correctly and accurately redirected me 2x out of the 10's, 20's times I've used it. Standing so still, having item w/ QR code in position ready for the photo to be taken, none of that matters, I've trouble-shooted so many ways and so many times but got some results each time for each coded item.

Best qr scanner had for years no issues. Glitch some time just reopen it. No malware either

This is the best app for scanning products. It is accurate, fast, reliable, and best of all user friendly! Use on anything that has a barcode. VERY useful. Also.app. will keep track of all items scanned Thanks developers for a wonderful tool! I tell all my coworkers and friends it's best scanner app out there. Why? Because it is #1

Highly highly recommend the fake products are not scan so it made my life a lot easier now i'm not worried that the things I'm using are fake I am very happy after installing this app

Fast, accurate, simple! DEVELOPERS: Please consider integrating an 0CR recognition solution; many of us would like to scan a line of numbers or text in a simple manner then copy/paste. I know there's already scanning apps, but they aren't handy for quickly scanning and researching a particular string of characters. Thanks for considering, I'd be one of many to beta test and even pay for such an app

Provided you have good lighting and the barcode remains steady as you scan this saves manually entering barcode numbers into a Google search. That's all. Has no databases of its own. Also scans multiples. Sadly, every scan forces attempts to install other unwanted apps. You must cancel every time you scan something before scan results become available. I scanned three barcodes. Zero found online via default Google search. Perhaps these codes are not listed online. Idk. Uninstalled :/

Not really the "Pro" version if it has ads, which are very obtrusive, FULL-PAGE advertisements. They clearly did it this way merely to get more clicks and IMO is rather disengenuous. I miss the early days of smart phones when a lot of people posted completely FREE apps with no strings attached simply because they wanted to help people rather than grub for money for every little thing.

Not real sure if I'm not using it right,? Or misunderstood the object of these apps. I thought when u scanned a code that it would open up this magical page with all the info for þ that item. My bad i suppose. Otherwise it scans real good.

Installed in 15 seconds, was scanning 10 seconds after that. The entire process took a whole lot less time than my previous barcode scanner app took to simply update itself at the most inconvenient times when i just needed a quick scan. out with the old scanner and in with the new!

Works great. Speedy focus. Accidentally focused on a QR Code about 3 feet away!

I absolutely loooove this App! I have tried allot of other apps and non of them worked nearly as good as this one. I'll admit I have tried more then a few after I found it hoping to find something else just as good if not better. but I still haven't found another app like this! It does what it says it can and doesn't glitch or bombard you with ads.

This app works well, but here's a couple of IMPORTANT tips for the developer. Firstly, it would be a good idea to list the types of barcodes that you support. I needed to read Aztec as your app doesn't support Aztec codes. (you're not the only one guilty of not listing the types of barcodes they support). Secondly, why don't you support Aztec? It's not exactly uncommon. For such a nice app, it's sad that there are loads of barcode types that it doesn't support.

Generally good but missing a zoom function on the camera. AT a conference recently the barcode was on a screen at the front of the hall, this app had no chance! I had to fall back to an alternate app which worked but is not as nice as this one Please add the zoom (the camera will do all the work for you)

The software works exactly as advertised. Its range of data matrix types is one I haven't found anywhere else. A useful development option would be the ability to see the raw data I.e. when there are group separators in the data matrix.

could not scan a simple barcode all I did was sprinkle dots over it and couldn't even frame it or recognize it . something's wrong with it on a ZTE phone. or other Android maybe it'll work for you .but this is the third time I've tried it.

Uninstalled immediately after I caught this app using my camera in the background at 1:33 AM, when my phone hadn't even been in use for hours, and I hadn't used this app in 2 days. The Android Permission Monitor confirmed that it was not some mistake made by me. This is very suspicious and I would never put this app on my phone again. It is totally unacceptable to activate anyone's camera without their permission. Most of these reviews are clearly fake.

Why developer asking for locations, phone read, photo permission access of my phone. When I investigated further then I have found it is a chene application. It is very dangerous it will track your live location and by taking the phone permission it will hack all password and bank related phone data which has in your phone. So it is very dangerous. I am not recommending anyone. I am immediately unistalled it. Worst app.

Good overall but it gives each scan a long, arbitrary number and while it keeps a history, there's no way to rename the file for future, easy reference. It's all just long numbers. Doesn't make sense. How cou.ld the author miss this? Would be 5 stars otherwise.

Fast easy and reliable the best barcode scanning app I have you ever used. The fact that it actually takes me to whatever website the barcode im scanning is connected to is remarkable. Cuz compared to half the other dozen apps I've tried that tells me it can't find it this one is by far the best if I could rate it more than five stars I would I would rate it a 10 star.

Another ambitiously useless slugbot - go straight to jail, do not pass Go 😂 AFTERTHOUGHT, HAVING JUST INSTALLED IT: I then installed an alternative from the Playstore, gave it first test (a rare Neapolitan squid pasta). 2 seconds to scan, 1 second to identify product correctly. This wretched bogus app took a minute trying to scan the barcode followed by several failed attempts to find the product. I wasted around 5 minutes of my valuable time on it and another 5 on this review. Heed my words!

What can I say. Like good Insurace doesn't cost too much ( memory) but when you need it WOW it really saves the day. Use this for Wifi and crunch time when researching. I save so much time!!!! No more web browsing clueless.

Just installed it Sept 25 2018, excellent UI. Keeps items scanned so you can review them later, no ads so far, very good menu system, one item is scanned you can search online or send it to someone. Thanks geeks!

This scanner seems to scan all. When I click the app on the screen to open up it scans a few seconds later scanning my pants or what ever my phone is facing. Otherwise it works pretty good.

Disfunctional - used to allow copy historical to clipboard by tap on text then create same qr image but stopped working. Clipboard button disabled. Very useful for AMZ returns at UPS store.
