Upon choosing an answer from a selection and submitting it, there are times that what I have chosen will not be saved and will be left as a blanked, hence is one of the reasons why I get failing scores on some assessment. For example, out of the 4 selection I chose letter "C" and after submitting it, it will be marked as no points because it shows that I haven't even chosen one despite the fact that I already did. I'm not sure if it's only me but this might be a bug. Hoping you'll fix it, ty

I have no problems with the Blackboard website, but app is not showing current information. A major part of one of courses involves interacting with discussion boards and the "There seems to be an issue on our side. Please try again later." constantly appears in multiple areas of the app. The new layout leaves much to be desired as some others have shared.

The new layout design doesn't prioritize ergonomics or common sense. There is no easy way to filter classes in the app, leading to your earliest classes appearing first, leading you to scroll through every class you've previously taken to get to your current classes. This layout is the same for the grades tab, which is even worse as it has a lot more content to load. The new UI, while very pretty, was not well thought out.

I have no idea why this is the standard. The functionality of the app is horrible and after the last update I cannot use the app on a galaxy tab s6 lite or a pixel 4 ?! Total bs. Blackboard only works correctly on a PC browser. After 3 years of testing and being adopted by every university in the country you think the developers would stop screwing around during the school year at least !

It's never been an issue before but I got a new phone and now it won't even let me log into the app. I tried the web version (still on the new phone) and the same username and password the app says is incorrect, worked. I don't much care for the layout but I've learned to navigate it over time. The main issue is that now I can't even log in.

Needs some enhancements. I would love to see the discussion board improved. The ability to see only unread discussion posts. When typing replies in the discussion board, it adds extra space if I take too long. When it auto saves, it adds more space than necessary, or I can't see what has been typed. Otherwise, I love the convenience of the app rather than using a browser when on the go.

It's cool, works well and is up to date. Biggest problem I've found is a lack of compatibility with collaborate and notifications being useless because once you press the notifications and the app opens, you have to sign in and then the notification disappears and you miss it.

When it works, it works fine. But the last few days I keep getting an error message on the bottom of my screen when I open it up saying they are having issues on their end but no fixes as of yet! It won't load anything otherwise. This is getting ridiculous. I don't pay all this money to go to school to be willing to deal with this mess when I have assignments to work on. FIX. IT!

Update 5/22 still a delay in the updates on the activity log. Also, not able to access most of the course. Getting a red error bar at the bottom that says there's an problem on their end & to try again later. This has been occurring for over a month. Needs lots of work. It doesn't update properly. Activity log still has 3/15 listed as today & upcoming due dates for 3/20...Today is 3/21. I swipe down to refresh but nothing changes.

Okay, I got a bone to pick with blackboard in general considering how glitchy it becomes. Even when you tried to submit an assignment on time, IT DOESNT LET YOU. Because of this, there had been numerous times where blackboard becomes so broken to the point where I just cant deal with this app in general.

I can't find this app on my laptop. Blackboard used to be a good app however this year it takes ages to log me in and if I try to log in after a break it says I'm already logged in and won't let me rejoin my class. Blackboard issues might cause me to drop out of one online class. Also, audio is difficult to hear when other students are discussing in the background - it should operate like a meeting, with one person able to speak at a time.

The app is very slow even if ny internet is fast and stable. Sometimes it doesnt even connect to the internet. I also have to reinstall every single update because it always prompt me to restart the app even though I already did

"There seems to to an issue on our end" every time. One day, you'll get lucky and it logs you in with no issue. If anything goes wrong and you get logged out, trying to log back in is another game of roulette. It's honestly so disappointing that these issues haven't been solved after all this time.

Each time I use this app I hate it more. It's good for checking announcements, but that is it. I can't complete any graded assignments and the email feature is HORRIBLE! It's not mobile friendly at all. I cannot see what I am typing. I'm really disappointed in this app!!!

I haven't had a glitch and I get notifications to get the app updated, but I love this app. I have been experiencing this app since 2018 and it never has let me down especially at checking grades and sometimes I sneak a few quizzes that are suppose to be done by computer. Shhhhh.... But it has been working great and perfectly and I am happy to have it installed on my phone. Definitely keeps me updated on my grades and sends notification on updates on grade changes or if a teacher put stuff in.

Unable to sign in I click on my University, it routes me to our website and then when I click blackboard it routes me back but I get a red x and I get an error message saying unable to access. I can access the website. I have vision issues though when this app makes it easier for me to read my work. I didn't have any issues with it before I took 9 months off for my health. Now that I'm back I can't get in

Very helpful, informative and easy to access contents. The app also organises everything according to one's courses. I also like the outlay and and variety of options portaining to one's work.

I loved this app when I went to a different college. It was incredibly helpful. However, now at a new college 4 years later, it never seems to load what I need. I got the app for ease of mind no matter where I am. My mind is not at ease anymore.

This app is always having issues and not working correctly. Constant messages that "something must be wrong on our end" and content not loading up on course menus. A great disservice for both students and educators.

I hate this app so much. It rarely works. Every single time you try to click on anything, there's an error "that seems to be on our end. Please try again." It's annoying and extremely aggrevating. You can't do anything. And I've even uninstalled and reinstalled the app of course that doesn't fix it. I cannot wait until I graduate in a year and can delete this app.

I could get behind the Android app being incredibly buggy, and certain features present in the web portal not being present in the app, but after the app not being able to log in through 3rd party verification (what my school requires) for an entire semester, that's just maliciously negligent.

Constantly logs me out with the new update. Used to work like a charm last semester. I have two factor on too, so it makes this extra annoying. Huge bug that they haven't fixed yet somehow. Edit: Same bug again...

Terrible UI/UX experience. Ex: Accessing a certain course takes time and scrolling. Load times is so long even with fast net speed! The desifn functionality is so bad! Please change the overall app to be more convenient...

Keeps saying incorrect username or password. For my saved username and password that I use literally everyday on the app. Same username and pass work just fine on desktop version. But I prefer to use the app. Very annoying. Hope this gets fixed soon.
