I couldn't access my VIP plan even though i have paid for it. Cleared cache, deleted the app, log out and in again, and reinstall again also couldn't restore my VIP. Even though the Expired date was until next month end. Tried to contact their support but no one get back. Their VIP plan is not managed well. Sometimes you will lost your VIP access and have to pay for a new one without knowing why.You paid for the plan & wish for luck that it will not disappear in the middle of the month again.

I like using this app for many years now. ..the filters and effect are really great I edited my pics without too much makeup on a style I really love using the filters though...and I enjoyed it but you need to login in a vip to save your favorite style and filters..even though you can save or login in it if ur country is china😒

Hi, I took some pics using this app when on a holiday trip and I didn't notice that I need to subscribe, is there a way where I able to see whether my pics is save or retrieve all my pics ? Please advised.

I wish they would add a timer and different lighting effects such as vintage style, black and white, etc.

I used this app for many years and I really like it, but it's been a few months that the make up filter is kind of bugged: Every time I open the App it automatically puts lipstick and contour on my face and it's really annoying. I have to turn off the make up filter manually every time

I do love this app, but it's hard to get in contact with anyone when theres a problem. I went from android to iphone and paid through end of year and cant get my account transfered over. no one will help me and I hate to pay for the subscription again???!!%@ I just emailed them again and waiting on reply. I'll update my review if they reply to me.

Love the app but when I had to get a new phone and Google account due to mine being stolen had to contact the company to get my app account straighten out and redownload on new phone but now my VIP membership is gone that was paid for through the year. So I just contacted the developer and hopefully this will be straighten out. If so I'll change rating to 5 stars cause like I said I love the app and especially because VIP features are the best out of any competitive apps out there I've tried.

I paid for vip and is not up to one month you guys stopped my subscription. That's very bad. I can't Edit my pictures after I paid. Is just the second week. What kind of wickedness is this?

I used this for a year now.in my old phone.now its very difficult to used eith my new phone.bcuz need to access vip.which is very stressful.pls do fix this apps cuz i really love it.

The original was so much better, now this version makes my complexion way too clear no matter which filter i use.

What happened with your apps same problem asking for VIP, my Goodness! My VIP member will expire 2023, how come asking me over and over again, very poor services.

It is the best camera for video and photos it have all the beautiful filters that I needed 😉🙂

I can't save my photos.because everytime I take photo,it got black and nothing is captured.

I love the app it's awesome but some of them you have to buy to use when you take a picture I know that because I used to have this app before on my old phone but now I have a new phone but I still love this app!💗

I just luv evrytng bout BeautyCam..beatiful filters..The only thing missing is to allow sharing with other apps so to maintain the quality

It's getting worst! The camera is flipping between filter and non- filter. Developers are not fixing the problems at all. Distorted. Blurred. In addition to what I see the problems are disproportionate. 1.Face looks longer ( Ugly. Too unrealistic) 2. Lower part of the picture always looks bigger(small head with big body) 3. Keeps changing between original look to filtered look even on the video. The entire picture and video look so weird. UNISTALLED. 😔

A lot of filters are available for beauty of nature and people's.

Its good for filters but i hope theirs so much filter to use as free.

It used to be one of my favorite editing apps, but the update ruined it... what happened to the anime filters?? They were so fun & there were so many to choose from ,but now it's completely gone with the new update :\ why delete a really fun feature?? I also loved the tone changing feature, it had many options helping me to get the colors just right, but now the tone changer is just choosing to make the photo warm or cool...big downgrade on certain features , Now it's just a generic Snow clone

I love this app. But i just renewed my service. It charged me TWICE and still says i dont have VIP.

After a day or 2 it automatically stops working why 😭😭😭😭😭I like this App but now it's annoying shame

This app has spies do not down load this app they look through camera I have been harrased everyday on my own phone they took over my phone putting mskware inside

I have been using this app for one year. This is awesome but please remove money subscription option not everyone can afford and pay for it so keep this app free for us just as it was before😭please make it free for us, we can't pay😭we love that filter but it is costy and needs subscription so please remove money option🙏😢
