I've had a premium subscription for the last two years and I've loved it, it's the only app I use. But since the last update, the app thinks I'm "offline" when I'm certainly not. Half of my premium features are now useless because the filters, stickers, effects etc need to be downloaded. I've tried turning my device on/off, resetting all connections, uninstalled/reinstalled the app and nothing worked. Please look into this, super disappointing not to have access to features I pay for :(
My favorite photo app by far. I've made some gorgeous pictures with it. Their costumer service is great, too. There was a problem with the app, awhile back, and I was contacted immediately after pointing out the problem the app was having. Was fixed pretty quickly.
I pay for the premium and I don't even mind. I've had the app for over a year now and it's the best for editing profile pictures, posts, and probably making real art too (a lot of features are beyond me but probably great for photo-people!). Easy to use, great for touchups.
For all this while, this app was just doing fine until today. This morning,I downloaded this app and when I want to use it,it keeps on loading which means that i'm unable to edit my picture(doing this more than 5 times I guess). I love using this app because it helps so much! So, it will be great if you can fix this problem please?
There's no 100 stars ⭐ like I would have rated that, best photo editing App ever, features and all the the necessary filters are available and stable for use any time, very easy and simple to use, but please I have a concern that you should please add birthday 🎂🎉 flyers and Co, I would be happy to those feature too. I love the app, i do all my editing on the app as i do photography part time, only problem is when i try to add my logo by importing an image, it automatically adds a border to the entire picture, please help, would save me a lot of time and effort Thank you
Original 4/6/2022 I can't log back in to my subscription. They don't make it easy. I've contacted, still waiting. I've gone through many avenues trying to find the answer. Updated4/112022 I've been trying to get ahold of someone who is in customer service. I emailed 2 a day now and nothing. Google is good and paid since June! They haven't answer me, Only give me the directions on what is on website. I can't get it. So I looked up on YouTube trying to get help. Still nothing
This is the best editor around. I will always choose this! This app goes above and beyond and deserves more recognition than any other. I talk of this non stop. I am not anyone but the most regular pedestrian. I do online modeling and this is perfect!
I am grateful for the way BeautyPlus enables me to adjust photos to look more realistic and more dynamic.
Great app! But I hate the fact when I have to pay for such cool stuff like it said that this app can erase people or things from your photos if you don't want them to be in it but it costs money so I couldn't do it! I do recommend it if your fine paying for a lot of stuff!⭐⭐⭐⭐
It will be better and easier for us if you add search option for finding the different types of effect. ☺️ Sometimes it takes time to find out the effects . Hope you understandmy point.
This has been my favorite editing app for a long time. I use it for work. However, certain features are no longer working. I uninstalled, re installed to see it that would fit it. It made me pay for again when I re installed, and my most used feature (HD) still isn't working.
At first, i really liked it because it had so many features that were for free. Now, a lot of the editing features are under the premium version of the app.
Recently I have been facing problem using photo editor. I can't edit my photos, can't use filters. Please fix this.
I have been using this app for quite some time. But I just reinstalled In a new phone now I have issues taking pictures. Am I suppose to subscribe to the premium plan before I can take pictures?
This recent update makes this app completely useless. Can't use hardly ANY features which were previously available without paying for a subscription now. Deleting.
Absolutely in love with it! The filters are incredible and the stickers have improved over the years
It's really good and beautiful but... Almost all of the stickers here are on Vip plus it's kinda annoying, but overall it's a good app😊.
Why is the app forcing me to register for premium membership? I couldn't take a single picture to with beauty plus nor edit a a picture. Ever since I changed phone, I'm not allowed to use the camera unless I upgrade to premium.
It is amazing app for editing pictures. But after few day of installation some functions may not b working
Very fun app I love taking pictures on here but for more special filters you have to pay for but after I am done making a filter I just screenshot and crop the photo but otherwise I love it!
Why is it that when I select edit option then chose a photo that pic won't appear so I can edit it keeps on rotating then brings an empty screen how do I edit surely. at first it used to work but when I installed again it refused am so bored
Love this app. I had some old faded photos of my parents and myself in early elementary school. The app allowed me to sharpen, bring the color back and I can now give my children and grandchildren photos that they can keep for many years.
Hi, thanks again for your response! I tried several times and it s wasn't working. Just today I tried uninstalling and reinstalling again...I guess there was bug before because now it seems to be working. The diamond was black before but now it's a white color and my pictures are saving again. Thanks for all the prompt responses! I will continue using the app! ^^
I like this app but I would like to speak with a supervisor or someone that can explain why they are still charging 5.99 monthly when I paid the yearly 39.99 I'm owed a refund as this is crazy and outrageous and difficult to cancel as so that the whole thing won't stop working on premium for me!
I used this app in the past when it was free and you could choose to pay for premium features. Suddenly you must pay for a monthly or annual subscription. I only use it once in a while, definitely not enough to purchase a monthly/annual subscription. If there was an option to pay a reasonable price per pic I would have probably kept using it. Very disappointed the developers became this greedy.
