It was good to me!!!!! Used it because my job offered the service for free. The app was decent to navigate. I will say if you accidentally press the back button on your phone you have to start all over which was a nuisance. Besides that it did what it was supposed to.
Can't even login into the app at all... and I've reset my password twice now.. I'll just use the desktop version, meaning I'll be using the program way less
Awful, awful, awful! This app is terrible. Didn't load and when it does, it only half loads. Uninstalling this app.
Don't call it Benefit if it doesn't work. All I get is splash, then black screen. Latest Android.
wouldn't even give it one star if that was a option. The benifits plus is a scam to get more money from you and Rent-A -Center skirts around honoring what it promises with this service. A very deceptive program and a scam which should be investigated for consumer fraud.
Cant log in. Call customer service and they put my email on file but it still wont work. Garbage.

I have a Benefits Plus card, not a GenGold card. The booklet that my credit union sends out has more participating vendors in the area than the app does, and the vendors on the app are nowhere near my zipcode. Also, I have downloaded the Benefits Plus app and am not able to log in, but am directed to download the GenGold app, which lets me in. What sort of trickery is this?

I have a galaxy s5 and this app keep saying my username or password is wrong I'm upset that i can't use this app.... When I tried to get another sent to my email it told me that my email was not registered..... how is that when I found out about this through my email so y'all got it!!! Very disappointed that I pay for benefits plus and I can't use the app
I found this app extremely helpful. I just moved to the area and i can search for so many local deals. I also think the travel search is easy!

Unfortunately, this is an app that needs major overhaul. First off, no matter where you go to redeem the benefits, no one knows how to use it. When you look items up, the information is extremely inaccurate. Overall, every time I have attempted to use it, it was an abject exercise in futility and frustration....and an hour later I am using my own money due to the fact that no one has been informed on how to use the card. It would be great otherwise. A concept that doesn't work.
