It's great when it works, but sometimes I have trouble getting it to focus on what I want. I have gotten a small tripod with a remote shutter that really helps, because I would sometimes jostle it when touching the button. The tripod was pretty inexpensive, well worth it. The pictures combine well with other apps like Mirror Lab for kaleidoscope or fractal effects or art filters like Varnist.
Slightly scary terms and conditions to agree to at start, otherwise it's a genuinely well laid out useful app. My only improvement would be an option to turn the image into a negative, as seen on similar magnifying apps. This is useful when trying to read white text on a black background.
Holy Shnikees!! This app is hands down the best magnifier app I've ever had. I actually stopped downloading and trying them because they all turned out to be just the camera. This app goes beyond your expectations. The light is handy as well. I imagine I could mount my phone on a a little tripod and use this hands free to look VERY close up at my old coins. Shows perfect detail and doesn't constantly try to focus like the usual camera does when you're too close to an object. Good job Dev!
Nice app! Way better than the others I've tried. Still wish I could manually focus though using a slider, screen pinch, or some other method. Many times when focusing on an object up close, it will focus fine, but only for a second and will not "lock" on that focal point.
After trying and uninstalling three other magnifying apps, I appreciated that this app finds teeny tiny print on the back of a very small paint tube and steadies fairly quickly to sharpen the text. I'm keeping this one! I only used it for six tubes, so I can't justify a 5-star rating yet, but no complaints for now.
i really do like this app - especially the magnifier's power. The autofocus has worked perfectly for me so far. It's also very easy to use. There are a lot of settings which enable the user to personalize the app to their preference. I definitely recommend !!!
Very easy to use the app. It has very good uses. To see a lot further. I have a second app. What does the same job. But this one has more magnification then the other one the other one goes up to 12 times but this one goes further than that and it's very sensitive to and also have a very expensive phone and therefore has a good lens
The Best Magnifying Glass app is super fantastic. The magnification level is very extreme. The auto focus feature is absolutely incredible. The app assists me digging out ingrown hairs that a normal magnifying glass can even come close to magnifying.
Way, way, way better than any other magnifying app in the Store! I am amazed at how much this app will magnify something. Clear magnification, can look at things with phone's flashlight and take photos, too?! Sign me up, boys! BTW, I am NOT the developer or associated with them in any way. I'm just really impressed.
absolutely the finest magnifier in the app store. i have tried all of them and this is the only one that will focus to crystal clarity in the blink of an eye. great app. havent been bothered by ads either. thanks.
Easy to control and the clearest close magnification app I have used . Just remember when viewing up close the slightest little hand tremble is amplified. Not the apps fault like some comments, a steady hand is required.
This app picks up very tiny objects such as bugs. Also great for finding small lost objects (backing for earrings, etc.). Best of all, I can read that very small print now!
This app helps a ton with all the small print I bump into through the day without my glasses on hand. On stylo 4 it focuses very well. Crisp, well lit magnification. Have had no issues. Thank you so much!
Excellent App! I use it to examine everything (but mainly to check out my coin and stamp collections). The ability to take pics inside the app saves a lot of time.. LOVE IT.
Works very well and easy to use. Useful for magnifying tiny print on labels, especially when you have farsightedness. Very beautiful design and app works nicely.
I have tried many different magnifiers, microscope's and binocular apps, most are blurry and worthless , however this app by far, is the best magnifier I have seen since I started using this type of phone, Extremely simple to use, a child could easily use this app!
my ex has had me download several of these apps to look at some things as part of her hobby and honestly they have all been pretty crappy, except this one, it is legit a really good magnifyer. i would recommend to anyone who can really use one. btw this is the only app out of hundreds that i have ever felt compelled to write a comment on. thanks
Pest control tech recommended this app to ascertain if tiny dots were insects. By golly, those tiny dots had legs!!! The light greatly improved the picture in dark places. GREAT APP!!!!
The app works fine an adjustment is straightforward, im using a Samsung pad, i think the magnifier would perform quite a bit better on a phone, as do many others apps.
Totally love this App. I'm 44 wear bifocals for glasses and still have trouble reading the fine small print on certain things, and this App puts me back atop my a game. I work on Drones and there is alot of small screws and parts and with this App I can work with total ease and comfort and know I'm getting the job done right. Thank you for this App.
Use this app a lot. The flashlight option is very useful, many applications to eluminate details! The magnifier is super useful. Seems that labels are being downsized, making the fontsize unreadable. You need this handy app!
I really liked it, help see the trichomes on my plants, although there is a focusing issue where it unfocused even with the slightest movement. Fix that and 5 stars.
Great app. Object view remains clear and sharp thru magnification. I've been looking for just an app and am sure I'll be using it a lot reading ingredient and direction labels since I swear they're making them tinier and tinier the older I get! lol
I use it everyday n it has saved me lots of time n money. I am thankful it is so simple to use..especially when time is critical. Safety n security all important.
I use this app for working on printed circuit boards. Nice clear view when used with good light. Took me little bit of time to get the settings.

Have it on every device. I t works great on all, sometimes better on others, newer devices etc. But overall love it. I don't really notice the ads, as far as being annoying, i think i may have actually clicked on a few. Point is not intrusive or interruptive as other apps.
