BeyondMenu Food Delivery

Don't use this app. Call restaurant instead. Arrived at the restaurant, order wasn't received, so I reordered. Order from app received 40 mins. after my order was ready. Good thing I hadn't paid yet or else I would have had to ask for a refund. Restaurant didn't like working with this app. I overheard two calls from the app to correct orders while waiting for my food. Apps are supposed to streamline and automate services not take more time & cause more problems

App never crashes or has issues. Restaurant selection can be somewhat tricky to find, depending on where you live. Overall, this is a great way to order food.

I wish the app offered more than just chinese restaurants as option, but the easy-to-use app, consistency of no glitches, NO FEE's, and, most of all, the fact that I can order online AND choose to pay cash - whether it's a delivery or take-out store pickup - is SO amazing! Entirely under rated as a need in online food ordering. Will definitely continue to choose this app among any others whenever possible Thank you! 😁 💕 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 💕

I've only really used this app for one particular restaurant. However, I've never had any issues using the app and they have enough variety of restaurants that I can try out. Layout of the menu isn't too bad either. Rated 4 stars because there is always room for improvement.

We've always been more than pleased with BeyondMenu as an app and as a delivery/pick-up ordering interface for restaurants. Of course, I wish all the restaurants we ordered from would settle on the same interface, but that's too much to ask. In the meantime BM (hee hee!) gets the job done and has nice features like remembering our favorite items.

This app has higher menu prices than other apps for the same item. I have been using BM for a while now. Recently discovered chow now and ordered at the same place i always order from and noticed the beyond menu prices were 50-75 cents higher on certain items than chow now. Its common sense to go with the cheaper ordering system which gives you more options to customize your food than Beyond Menu. No need to use this app anymore. 👋

Beyond Menu is an awesome app. The delivery drivers are very nice. Although, in Opelousas Louisiana, it would be nice to have more restaurant choices. I also like that you can pay cash upon delivery.

The menu looks nice and the restaurants look good, but it seems to be claiming places will deliver when they won't, which really undermines the whole thing. I gave my address, selected a restaurant, added food, went to check out, and _then_ they said they don't deliver to my address after all. So I left to look elsewhere. Twenty minutes later, I got a notification taunting me with “You left some food in the cart! Tap here to satisfy your hunger.” OK for menu, useless for delivery.

Love this app. Super easy. Syncs up with my payment info on my phone. Makes ordering a breeze. I mostly use for ordering Chinese food.

I think it's about time I review this app seeing as I've used it for years. It does everything I expect it to do and I really haven't had any problems with it. It is simple in its design and I think that is what makes it most efficient.

Great app easy to use. More than one pay option. Chinese food delivery is fast, friendly and reasonable priced.

Prices in this app are more expensive than in the restaurant i was looking at, don't use this for pickup orders unless you like throwing money away.

App is annoying and wastes your time. Put your order together and then it says it doesn't deliver to the address and suggested 4 other places including the place it just said doesn't deliver

Ordering was very easy and said order confirmed but there was no update after that about when the order is ready for pickup. It was very annoying experience and had to call restaurant to check if order is ready.

As far as delivery apps go, this is way behind other apps out there. The estimated delivery time is not clear when placing an order, although it is provided in the confirmation email. I waited over an hour and a half for my order (the restaurant was really busy) but did not receive any kind of update when my order was being prepared, on the way or delivered. There needs to be some sort of real time updates on orders; any info beyond the original estimated delivery time would be helpful.

I always use this app to order from my favorite Chinese food restaurant. Easy to navigate and lots of options from the menu to choose from. it's always nice when they show photos of what you're looking to order too, especially if you're unsure!

Beyond Menu has been a favorite option for me for years, in both Las Vegas and where I used to live in Denver. Drivers are always fast, fees are straightforward and low, ordering is uncomplicated, as some other apps are.

OTR trucker and I use this first before anything else. Great for trying chinese food in the cities im shutting down at. I had only 1 issue with it and its the restaurants fault. The address I input is out of thier area. Ok then moving on. Wish more places use it.

Have had nothing but problems with orders being late and no apologies from Beyond Menu. I'm deleting this app and will no longer order thru them.

I like the app. I only use it to order from one restaurant. Heres the thing: I wish i could star my favorite so check out was just a little bit faster. Everytime i order within the last hour of the restaurants lunch spiecial time, I cant. I get an error message telling me the time window- the time window thats not nearly over. It happens every single time. The time window is 11am to 4pm. I try to order at 3:30 pm and it wont let me, so i used grub hub instead

Beyond Menu has always been easy to use. Seems like every update has just been an improvement as well! I only use it for one local Chinese haunt, but it's an app I never dread having to use!

I ordered from here several times and have always enjoyed the food. They have the best prices and their meals are well proportioned in comparison to the more expensive places in the neighborhood. Also, delivery is pretty quick and reliable.

Not good at all! Takes almost 2 hours JUST TO DELIVER AROUND THE CORNER MAKES ME MAD! I DO NOT LIKE THIS APP AT ALL! Ok for pickup works fine but delivery TAKES FRICKEN FOREVER!

This is one of the worst apps I've seen for delivery. It doesn't even list the restaurants that it serves! You have to know the names of all the restaurants you might want to order them and see if any come up in a search. No thanks. Moving on.

This app is a big help. You can order your food before you ever clock out to go to lunch. The ordering is super easy and it's not complicated it doesn't take a lot of time. And if you know what you want it takes like a minute and a half to order food.

Terrible app. Very difficult to put in order. Consistent ly has wrong hours for the stores they service. I have had several bad experiences with this app and will never use it again.

Thought this was a delivery service. Other reviews talk about delivery and they have "late delivery" as part of their comment on review. Called after waiting over an hour only to find out they don't deliver. I just had a one replacement one month ago and had to get a ride to go get my cold food. Will NEVER use this service again. I can and have called the restaurant for excellent service many times before. I don't need someone to order for me.

Here in North Dallas. Only Chinese restaurants are available, needs to grow with diverse restaurants, ordered first time and I guess the restaurant was shocked someone used this app and did deliver once I called to check on it after 35 min. Will try later in time, will decide then to delete or keep.

easy to use but I wish they had more restaurants to order from. sometimes it's better and easier to submit specifications yourself. overall though it's a good app 👍
