Long time player. I wish you would fix the bugs in the old classic 9 line slots that your original players started with in the old days before the changes started. You have the time and resources to bring out new games every month. But you dont do anything about them. Rollin Rich wont even open or load ,the game just shuts down. A long term issue with them is the old classics dont let you leave the slot without having more loading issues, resulting in a hard shut down. Plz fix these bf.

Bad move to take away bonuses for watching video advertisements. The slots are so tight that it takes the fun out of the app. The prizes in special event contests are insignificant. I will no longer support this app with in game purchases.

I purchased a new phone. When I transferred my apps my username was gone, I was short $5 million and I busted back to level 1! If I got to start all over, I WILL NOT PLAY! Now the game will not open! It says clear cache, I did and it still won't open!

This is hands down the worst slots app I've ever had the displeasure of playing. Everything is locked unless you spend a lot money to be able to bet enough coins to get the actual jackpots. 3x your bet isn't a jackpot. I've played some bad slot apps, but this one takes the cake. 0/10. Uninstalled.

Nothing but loseing on my end. App never pays out anything. I can never win on this game. I used to...they made the game reels so tight you can't even play. It's not giving all jackpot wins. In one room it may, in a different one it may not. I've lost out on 13,000,000+ . You have major bugs.

The last 2 weeks there are many bugs and closes out. I know it is not my end my other game app's. work just fine. The graphics are scrambling then app closes out over and over. Fish needs to fix the bugs. I will be able to play until it is fixed there for Fish won't get my money.

Soooo fun and addicting!! I downloaded to earn game credits for another game but fell in love! The music and sound effects are authentic. It doesn't lose all your money and there are literally no ads interrupting play or between games. Finally a game that roots for the player!! I want to keep playing!

it used to be fun, Then it became all about $$$$ I mean everytime i have Something to say or ask customer support is only half answers or Scripted answers like they are reading off a piece of paper. Ive spent THOUSANDS of real dollars on this app and what do i get in return? A daily bonus of 40 k and some cheap safe that all together last about FIVE SPINS at a real table. Thats how much a Real customer Very long time player is worth. The wins almost non existant. Its pretty sad!

Changing my rating to a one...this is the 3rd tournament i took place in that i bid over 4 million chips, it booted me from the table every time wouldn't load when i tried to rejoin and never gave my chips back either

Sept 2020 update - I had a year off and logged on and nothing has changed. You can't play without purchasing coins and the slots are so tight, it's not worth it. I'm amazed BF still have regular players. Fun game with good graphics but payouts are far too few and far between. It is impossible to level up after a while and even a so called big win, is never more than 3.5 times the original bet. The slots need to be loosened to enable players to actually play the games.

If you're looking for a fair game that has actual odds that you can beat, DON'T pick this game. It's completely rigged. They've made it basically impossible to win at anything the game controls (craps, blackjack, slots) to force people to pay to continue playing. If a slot machine has 5 rows and the first 3 have set you up for a jackpot or minigame, the last 2 rows will purposefully spin past the tiles you need. Seen it on many, MANY occasions. NOT RECOMMENDED!

After several years, came back to game bc I LOVE it. Started off GREAT, but for several weeks, not so much. Wrote in a ton of times to complain, no resolution, but finally got an amazing customer service rep! There are some "technical issues" with the game, which seem to result in a lot of losing 🤔. Almost left several times, but my CSR resolved my issues and made the game fun for me like it used to be. Thanks! Good luck in the pond!!
