The overall game is simple yet great, kept me entertained and on the edge since you need to be careful of how the animals move or they just knock you in one go. Just one thing to point out though, it seems the game has started to lag somewhere mid levels of terror bird, is the lag because of the game or just my device could not handle it anymore.
I love the game, but its a little repetitive. You could add more challenges and more animals. You could also add the option to customizer the hunter, and even the animals. You could add dinosaurs, or flying creatures. You could also add a challenge, where you have to save someone from being eaten by an animal, or stopping them from reaching a certain area, like a hut...
It keeps me playing but sometimes it will just decide you lose. You can't outrun it so it gets you, you lose. You hit it like 3 times as it runs at you, it doesn't stop, you still lose. NOT good mechanics if there's only 2 controls and neither help you in either combination, good timing or not. Fix this and it'll be 5* but otherwise it just makes you lose regardless no matter what a lot of the time.
Great mechanics but woefully repetitive and lacking in challenge. Becomes mind numbing after day 10, which is when it prompts you to rate the game. Could use some more narrative elements, pictures would be enough as English is clearly not the first language. There's a great baseline here for something much, much greater and the game does itself a disservice for not rising to the occasion. Suggestion:To compensate for the repetitive nature of the game, allow for faster character progression.
A very well made, unique game. Simple controls with a good art style and I like how it includes the terror bird, something that is barely mentioned when it comes to cenozoic animals. It can be sort of annoying when you keep losing to the same animal, but it's a very good game over all. I'm just waiting for a new animal to come to the game.
Very challenging game. Even in the very early levels, if you make one mistake, it's over. The advertisements between each failure feel like an extra punishment. I can really tell that this game was developed by Koreans, based on its frustratingly difficult gameplay and constant advertisements.
I really want to like it, but it's not there yet. Graphics are slick, and the interface clean. UI-wise, they nearly have this down, save for the lock icons over the upgrades. However, the game is not tuned. It took multiple days to get to a point where I could purchase the first upgrade, and even then it was due to ads, not achievement. Once I could afford the first upgrade, the lock icon didn't even disappear. I am quickly losing interest due to meager rewards and repetitive gameplay.
game is totally based on luck. you might think there are patterns to the movements, or that hitting the animal in certain areas stops them from stampeding, but that is not the case. you could be stuck on a level for 15 turns, and then pass 3 levels in a row using the exact same tactics. that, plus the lack of variance in the levels, leads to an overall poor play experience. it is an addictive game until you get to the third level... then you get bored or frustrated.
Very fun but could be a big hit in the mobile game industry if it decreases the difficulty by a bit and lets you choose what animal to hunt. Maybe as well make a more prehistoric environment in the background.
Slick and well made. Nice physics. I did get bored with the play style but still think if you like kinetic action, try it! **BUG: as reported by others, when trying to exit the game, I swipe my navigation bar out to show the HOME/BACK buttons but the game IMMEDIATELY closes the nav bar so I can't click BACK to exit. After trying like ten times I finally was fast enough to click BACK before the nav bar disappeared. (Samsung Galaxy Note running ONE UI & Android 9)
I remember really liking the game, but for some reason it is constantly on 2x speed on my new Android 12 phone, which makes it much harder. Also, side note, if I remember correctly, I thought the developers had some other games published? Were they taken down due to not being as successful, or am I remembering incorrectly?
Too hard and barely any content. There's only 4 animals in the game and they make up for it by forcing you to kill the same one dozens of times before moving to the next, just adding more health.
This game has amazing potential, but the overall implementation needs some work. First, you need to complete 60 levels of each animal to unlock the next, which is absurd. Especially since every ten levels is the exact same, but with a larger health bar. Bringing down the unlocks to 20-30 levels would do wonders for engagement in this game. Second, Ivory is too rare. You can beat all SIXTY mammoth levels and still not have enough to upgrade to the second spear. Too bad there's a 500 char limit.
there are 2 huge flaws that make the game extremely boring after the first 1-2 hours. One is just how repetitive it becomes, because it forces you to play a ridiculous amount of levels with the SAME 3 or 4 challenges against the SAME single enemy (and the difficulty rises way too fast compared to the rewards you get to improve) second is how small the reward for each level is compared to how expensive the upgrades are. You'll have to grind and repeat already EXTREMELY repetitive levels for hours
