Bingo Blitz: Bingo+Slots Games

The game wouldn't open. It would do like a screen shot and flash back to a start screen to play. Over And over. Finally as last resort I uninstalled the game reinstalled it and it's doing the same thing. I have played for years and have millions of coins and credits, finished many levels and now this. I want everything back as it was, both for myself and the game I play as a guest. I'm not knowledgeable in computer stuff and am 78. Please, please help and fix this. Thank you

This game use to be 5 stars before all the changes. This is a great example of less is more. Though some of the new features are good it seems now that this game is more of a money grab than anything else. The ungiftable items is the most irritating feature as it takes weeks or longer to win it because it takes so long to show up in the game. If it's going to be ungiftable, let it show up in the stages more than the regular ones to balance the difficulty or lose it altogether.

I've been playing for a while and I'm a plus member that pays a monthly fee all for me not to be able to sign in... every time I try to log in it blacks out and goes back to my home screen on my phone. I've lost almost a week's worth of streaks, coins, and my credits. I'm very very unhappy and would like this issue fixed in not paying a monthly fee all to not get to play.

This game was really fun to start with but the higher the level u get the more impossible it is to win or play as the cost of credits becomes more and more ridiculous and even if u play the lower levels u run out after a few games. It takes way too long to accumulate enough to even play the lower levels. Time to find a different bingo game that actually wants u to play and enjoy it.

As a long time member I like the game. I find however some of the little side games don't last long enough to accumulate ant of the charms,diamonds,dice etc. to make it worthwhile playing. Then when they are done and repeat themselves later you lose anything you've accumulated and have to restart all over again. I have no problem with the main games.

Been playing since 2011, and it was great. Not, this game is nothing more then a money grabber. 1 example is spinning the new wheel every day. I have landed on the Big Prize at least 5 times,and when I do, it flips forward or backwards to give u the next prize. It takes MONTHS to finish a room, even after people spend their hard earned $ to get more credits. It has turned into a joke and i am actually going to delete the app.

I've been playing since the pandemic began and have become increasingly unhappy. The changes that have been implemented make it more difficult to win and there are constant glitches. For instance, a friend just sent me an item that would have finished a board for me and awarded me 800 credits. However, it's showing that I still need the item and the support button isn't working. I've put way too much money into this game and will probably be deleting soon due to these issues.

I know the game is free to play..I see this is the automatic answer to criticism/displeasure w/ newest version. I've played for a quite sometime & I echo the overall downward spirl from it's beginning. It tends to happen to every game, begins it's great, then more ppl play the more opportunistic it is. Don't give me your 'purchase doesn't increase your chances of winning ' 🙄 of course it does. It gives you more credits, extra wheel etc..

Tried to log in last night and today and it just shows the loading screen. I've closed out the game and restarted my phone and nothing. I'm losing out on my streak and daily gifts. BB needs to figure out what's wrong!!! Update:Customer service replied to my review, however, they didn't address the issue with the game not loading. I know it's a game of luck and all that..... But it would be nice to be able to PLAY!

Love the game, the 3 star rating is due to the fact you can't use your token to buy credits. Otherwise it takes forever to acquire enough credits just to play a game. I have close to a million tokens but they're pretty much useless unless I want to use them on power ups. I'm not going to spend unnecessary money for instance $1.99 just to purchase 35 credits. Ridiculous.

Ive been playing for years. This game has turned into a money eater. You can barely win unless you make a purchase, and once they sucker you into doing that, you start getting less and less for the amount you spend. My 'plus' account does worse than accounts where I've never spent any money. They claim its luck, but what are the chances, all 7 of my accounts land on 20 credits for the daily bonus spin, nearly every time? That's not luck or chance, that's rigged.

I have been plating the game for over 10 years and a "bingo blitz + player." It used to be fun, but not as you advance and play the higher levels. Winning rooms are almost unattainable unless you pay for additional credits, or play for months to win rooms. "Boost" your cards for a better chance to win they say" when you do you get all of the same item (happens WAY to often to be a coincidence, or computer generated as they say. Sadly, a really disappointing game now.

Bingo Plus is 15$ a month. That's a lot for a game then spend 5.99 for 100 credits, which still won't let you complete the higher rounds. You don't have opportunities to win extra credits through your promotions bc you can't get a the opportunity to play. This game is greedy. I usually win when I spend actual $. But if I don't I can't play much, even as a plus member. Don't give me your same automatic reply you did to all the other customers. Kick rocks!!!!!

STILL A"Just a DUMB" response to something you had to make an update for! "haven't been able to get in and play very often.. maybe twice in the last 4 days the game won't even load!! And before BB says "uninstall reinstall clear cache" and all that other garbage, I've already done it... getting very close to uninstalling and just forgetting this game... to much trouble to try and have fun, to just end up frustrated!"

Bingo blitz used to be good when you actually could win things. Now it just takes all your credits and doesn't give anything in return. It's impossible to get the items that you can't trade so you spend months trying to get a room completed and is not enjoyable at all. No longer do you win credits in chests and you spend so many credits achieving nothing. I would rate 0 if I could.

The app won't even open since the new update. And I can't open a ticket on the issue because when I try on the support page a box comes up saying issues cam only be reported in the app, yet I can't open the app to do so. So now I've lost my streaks on both of my accounts. I am beyond disappointed after the amount of money i spend on this app. Way to go Blitz!

This game has gone down hill. Everything is a money grab now. It takes endless coins to complete a level, and the advertisements and additional quests have become so numerous I missed the timer to join the next game. It's obnoxious and takes away from the game play. One seasonal game at a time is enough. I just want to play bingo...

App won't open, crashes every time I try to open it. Started happening yesterday! I can't get past the Bingo Blitz logo page and it just goes right back to my phone home screen every time.... what the heck! Please get it fixed! A gold ticket for a hard to get item would be nice and maybe some credits for my pain and suffering, thanks!

Really like the game, but I had 105 credits missing. Thomas Cain in support acted like I was lying. The game developers are to money greedy for me. I purchased the special bundles a few times. The 4th special bundle after I started playing the game, they raised the price from 6.99 for 545 to 7.99 for 145 credits. The game is very expensive. Unless you plan on spending alot of cash I recommend you don't download the game. I'm deleting the game it's way to stressful and support is pathetic..

Losing credits purchased...the more you spend the worse the game plays. Very unhappy 😡 Update...no resolve on the lost credits. Still continue to spend money on the game...it is my favorite, but now more glitches than ever before. Games seems to eat credits after seeing player will purchase, but with all this...the plus rewards are not really worth it. Final tier of of daily quests and after should have progressed and collect reward I see daily quest is not adding anything toward progress.

I have played bb for over a decade,and enjoy it, but not as much as years ago when I first started. There is too much other stuff now, like the food competition. Ingredients that I can never get to complete things. I wish it would go back to how it used to be...focus on bingo! Also, not enough daily credits to play many games. Have read reviews that there is trouble after the update. If this is true, I may go ahead and delete the app.

I love this game. Sometimes it's hard to get certain collection items, but everyday you get more free credits and coins (if you're getting those slots collections also). I wish the higher levels had an increase in credits for completion, especially since it takes more xp to level up. Some suggestions, when you have an instant win you should also win every thing on that board. And the wine game is not good, the rewards are not worth the credits it takes to get anything.

There is constantly an issue with their networks/servers. I know it isn't my phone service. It would glitch and freeze and I would have to force close and reopen the app several times for it to function at a minimal capacity. Fix the internal issues and then I'll change the rating. Until then it's 2 stars, I won't be likely to recommend this game to a friend until that connection bug/issue is resolved.

It was great until I got to the ungiftable levels. I have spent thousands of credits trying to complete 1 ungiftable item and still don't have it. Ungiftable items a great idea but should not take months and thousands of credits to even see it to get it. I refuse to spend any more money for the same item. Not fun anymore. UPDATE... WHO IS SURPRISED WITH THAT RESPONSE? Yep. Don't be fooled by the first rooms. Plenty of tokens and wins. Then it all stops. Even a Plus membership is no help.

Discouraging. Never seem to get ahead in this game. Only way to play is to spend money. Edit: if we were to play the way you suggest, I would never complete quests or the team challenge in the time alloted. It took 7 wins on legendary just to move up one notch on the teams board. The same puzzle pieces show up over and over again, keeping me stuck in the same room. That is discouraging.

UPDATED:: too much going on in the game besides just bingo. The challenges ....there are too many and it is too hard to complete all of them without paying. Once you hit a certain level, it gets MUCH harder to pass the levels because the game seems to hold back the very thing you need. The game was updated in January and I lost all the pantry & garden items without warning. I had to start from scratch. :X Daily payouts reduced this week too. 😠

Loved this game however I wasn't able to play for almost a week because the app kept closing everytime I tried opening it. I noticed that this was happening to every android user. I understand things happen but what upsets me is that bingo blitz never acknowledged the issue. Everyone lost out on playing for the last few days the chef menu was open. I couldn't collect my bingo credits by completing the collections that I had been saving until the end. Support never helped or replied.
