This app is horrible. It continuously cycles when trying to go to a different page. It will not scan receipt code, keeps showing the "Uh oh..." message about the subtotal/total amount entered. When I select to enter the data manually it cycles and never gets to the entry screen. I uninstalled, reinstalled, and it still performs poorly.

Every time I go to pay for an order, the app crashes. I have a top of the line Samsung running all of the latest versions for the app and the OS. Why this app crashes every time I click a button, I don't understand. It's done this for months to the point where I've mostly given up on trying to use the app to purchase anything. The deals are great, but the app is abysmal.

Within the last few months when trying to use the pay now option for online ordering the app closes immediately when you are waiting for the payment option information to pop up. I hadn't had any issues with the app prior to this problem lately. Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this as well but please look into it because the online ordering through the app was very easy and I used it often. Thanks

Glitchy trivia. The app used to be great. But now, every time i play trivia, i have issues. The loading screen in between rounds just stays on zero when the round starts. So i have to restart the app about 4 times just to get into the round. And by the time I'm in, i usually miss about 3 questions. Thus hurting my score. Very disappointing, and has caused us to stop wanting to play

When it works properly, which is rare, it's a good app as the layout and accessibility is pretty good. However, it rarely works completely right. For a long time now, I've had to go into the app store to open it; it always tells me to download the new update when I click the app, even though no new update. Force closed recently and repeatedly when trying to complete my order. Very unreliable, at best. Gets 2 stars just because the layout is decent.

I have not had many problems using the app until recently. The app automatically signed me out. I've been trying to log back in for about a month and can't log in. I get the message 'Please login with a valid email address'. I have not changed my email address, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I tried to create a new profile as well as power my phone off several times. I keep getting the same message. It would be nice to log in again.

This app has always had bugs but it at least used to function. Those days are now gone. The app struggles to run, constantly closes itself, makes my phone overheat, & the few times I can make it to the final screen to finish my order I get a generic message that my order failed and I'm stuck trying to even get the final screen to load to try again. I tried everything, restarting my phone, making sure the app was updated, removing my saved card and adding it again. Nothing. Over this app.

Buggy app with zero memory of previous choices e.g. if you change part of an order, it will default pickup time to ASAP instead of the previously scheduled time! And yes it crashes often, right at the last step when paying by GPay, for example. Finally, it does NOT sync with desktop order history for the same account - really BWW! Is this the best you can offer today?

Terrible App. It always makes me log in when I open it. And for *YEARS*, there's been a constant issue of the app randomly closing on you and it having issues accepting payment. It either closes the app after reaching the payment screen, or it "doesn't recognize payment" and tells you to either use a different card or call the store to order--except selecting to use a different card still brings up the same error message!

BRING BACK THE REQUESTS SECTION! I used to enjoy ordering beforehand and picking up my order, back when I could place my order & add instructions. I like ALL FLATS, Crispy, w/Extra Sauce. I would fit that in the instructions parts & I was good to go. It never failed me, well now some genius went and removed that feature. I called to see thar I wasn't overlooking it & the store was like you can come in & they will take the order. That defeats the purpose. I want to pick-up & go, NOT WAIT!

The app constantly closes. I tried to order a pickup for 6 pm. It closed halfway through entering my card info. When I relaunched the app and completed the order, it changed the pickup time back to asap, which was an hour and a half earlier. I legit hate this app. If I didn't like BWW as much as I do, I would stop ordering food from there just because the app is so terrible.

Glitchy!!! I cant remove items from my order and it's generally slow and clunky. Also my phone gets very hot while using the app... easier to just call in :/ app is as smooth as sandpaper. Update: still an awful app. Crashes everytime I try to checkout. Lol who is managing your app development? With the wing prices it should be state of the art 🤣

For those seeing issues with the app crashing when selecting payment, it appears that this happens when a user tries to purchase using a device that doesn't have Google Pay enabled or a card connected to it. Once I enabled this and added my card, no more crashing at check-out. EDIT: Just kidding, even after adding Google Pay details, still crashing at payment. In an era where casual dining has developed a paramount reliance on mobile app ordering, this unusable app is an embarassment for BWW.

Bug in the app... I use the app to pre order 2 to 4 times a year. So it logs me out. When I order, I usually don't notice it until the end when my information isn't there and there is no chance to log in. Go back, log in. Now my info and order are still there, but the order time changes to ASAP in little script at the very top, dont notice until confirm email. Call to change pick up date/time within 5 min. When I pick up order, told payment wasn't tendered, now I'm being charged 2x. Grrr

the app keeps closing out on me and when I was finally able to place my order the pickup time changed to ASAP when I originally selected 4 hours from now. luckily I was able to call the store and they were able to adjust the pickup time for me, but the app is supposed to make things easier not more frustrating.

The app looks and works great! The backend, that processes payments, is completely broken. I've not been able to use my debit card nor Google Pay for months, on the app or the website. It rejects both, when I know there are funds available, and can use the same payments at other businesses.

The food is great, the App is HORRIBLE. Take their staple, traditional wings for example, they offer customizable options like all drums or well done, but on the app some wing bundles offer those choices then others don't. Like the 20/20 deal, you can't select all flats or well done, and you are required to pay in advance so if you call the restaurant after ordering you are told that since you already paid so they can not and will not alter the order with an upcharge.

Look, it's semi easy to use. And you can save orders, schedule pickup, earn points, and everything all the other apps do. But what it doesn't do. Is tell you when the store you've chosen to pickup from is closed. Also, neither does Google, because apparently the managers don't want to update it. So, when little old me decides to order something, and they just happen to be closed that day, The app charges me. And then there's no way to get refunded. Even though no one made the food. Not happy...

This app is absolutely useless! I've tried to order from the app 3 times and none of the menu will load. I've even deleted the app and downloaded it again just to find out that nothing changed. If your going to make an app you should make sure it works before you launch it.

This app is trash. I am NEVER allowed to order pickup for the same day. Ever! Doesn't matter if I am trying at noon! My earliest time is 11am the next day. Even then I can't get the order to place anyway due to unspecified errors every time. I might be switching to wings etc for my wings from now on because I can't get my rewards points anyway so why not? At least their app works. Worth the extra 30 minute drive for the functional app. App has been broken for years! Unacceptable!

Update: changed to 1 star because it's still not been fixed. I haven't been able to receive points from my receipts since October 2021 (I've tried several times) and now it won't let me redeem a gift card for a pick-up order. Please fix this, I really enjoy eating here but not getting points for it discourages me from going.

Suspiciously Scammish Bugs It will show the discount on the order confirmation screen but when you submit payment, you get charged full price?! Also it's a super complicated app. 0/10 I would never recommend. Customer support is no where to be found either.
