Guage=Awesome. App=display only. I have the Bluvac+ Micro and love the guage itself. However, the app with the micro is nothing more than a plotted chart. Tech support informed me that all the "great features" take place INSIDE the pro model of the guage. This seems like a major oversight imo. The guage updates the app 3 times a second. Why can't the algorithm for decay rate be right in the app? Well, the answer is it could easily, but they'd rather squeeze the extra $$$ and make us buy the Pro
This app worked quite well for me in conjunction with the BluVac+ Micro micron gauge. The app is easy to use and it is super helpful to see a chart of the evacuation progress versus just a number on the gauge. It is also nice to be able to document the evacuation on a job. I have used it both on a Samsung A20 phone and a Samsung tablet with no issues. A few comments which might help others: ____1. Bluetooth Setup - It wasn't obvious to me how to put the BluVac+ Micro in Bluetooth discovery mode so that the app can communicate with it. It is in the manual, but is referred to as "turn the radio on and off" versus "put the device in discovery mode". Basically you just have to double click (quickly press twice) on the button with the Bluetooth symbol (and ruler) on the BlueVac+ Micro device. When you do this, you should see a flashing Bluetooth symbol on the LCD display indicating the device is in Bluetooth discovery mode (waiting to connect to the app). ____2. Bug Saving Results for Large Datasets - If you have a long evacuation record (about 2 hours or longer it seems) and save the record, then when you bring up the record in the future to review/share the plot, the chart does not plot. Everything else displays, but there is no line on the chart. This happened on both of my devices (tablet and phone) and consistently only on large datasets (long evacuation times). I think the plotting fails if it has more than a certain number of points or something. The work-around is to export the result to a CSV and plot the data yourself (in Excel or Google Sheets or something). Even though the curve doesn't display in these cases, it still gets exported to CSV just fine. ____3. Export to CSV - At first, I thought this feature wasn't working because when I selected "Export to CSV" while viewing saved results nothing happened. It turns out that this option will only work if you have some app installed on your device which accepts CSV files (I thought it would still export the CSV file but it doesn't). So all you have to do to get this to work is install Google Sheets or some other app which accepts CSV files and it will work fine. The "Export to CSV" option is a nice way to make your own plots in case you run into the bug described above in (2) or just want to add your own annotations to the chart.
i bought bluvac+ micro today(Dec 2019). it does not work with galaxy note 10 & 10 plus. it shows "connected" but does nothing. (it works with galaxy tab 3, galaxy s8). I have gone thru all the step regarding "troubleshooting tip". Finally it worked. But that's it. It does not work after the smartphone restarted. Everytime the phone restarted, it gatta go thru all the steps again!
I had a issue with the Samsung Galaxy s10 Blue tooth connection. Emailed the app developers and there response and customer service was exceptional. A little bit of trouble shooting and we are good to go. Brilliant service from Bluvac and measurequick.
Difficulties on syncing to my phone. Would be sweet if it worked with ease though. I've seen it in action.
I'm planning to buy it soon,So please let me know how to connect and which are the Android model phone is able to fully supported the apps without any issues.
Love my gauge and I used to love the app, I haven't been able to connect it to my last 2 galaxy phones.
Very good I like it, but multi gauge beta recently stopped working. (View 2 gauge simultaneously)

Its been good so far, really good
Can we get this on a Laptop?
It doesn't work on my S9 Plus but it does work on my old S5 so the 3-star is because it won't work on my new phone
Charts are awesome. This app has a chart, so this app is awesome.
I downloaded the app and had it working in 3 minutes. There's a video showing leak detection which should be required in schools!
The displayed pressure unit for the app is fixed and can only show microns. It cannot be set to any other units. Changing the settings in the app changes only the remote gauge's displayed units, but not the app display. Please fix this.
Aggravating app downloaded app it shows my gauge but will not connect
Android experience is horrible. When I used this on ios it was a breeze and extremely useful. My Samsung will simply not work reliably even with the troubleshooting pdf. I can't say it's all devopers' problems, but they keep copying and pasting a troubleshooting guide, and that should warn you. If you like rebooting your device and the gage fifty times to get it to pair up, go ahead. But don't dare answer a call or navigate away from the app. Unless you want to start all over.
