Has anyone else's watch ran out of battery? Once it runs out that's the end of the watch Hugo Boss don't have the parts to replace it anymore 😔

Bad product bad app. Never buy any product from them. Movado seller gave me product that has battery defect.
Was sketchy and cheap feeling before, now it flat out doesn't work. Using a LG G7 thinq, it won't connect.

I have some comments so far (1) OS Compatibility - The connection to my Note 8 with Android 7.1.1 is very unstable; it is keeping on disconnecting from my phone and I need to reboot it frequently; (2) Rebooting - Rebooting is only allowed when the watch is connected to power source, at least potable battery charger & (3) Vibration Alert - Vibration is weak and the duration is short that notifications may be missed
Watch stopped connecting for a while.. Had to do reset and reinstall etc, Android 6.0.1
I Chose this watch over a Fossil.
Spent a lot of money on it. Now no phone calls, texts or any other notification is shown on the watch. Not smart anymore - it worked a few days ago
Definitely like the stylish watch and the app does what it's supposed to do, but I wouldn't mind some improvements: please remove the very annoying always visible notification icon and/or add an option to disable the app. Also i don't see the point in having a huge direct link to the webshop - is 25% of this app really just an ad? :-(
Can't even log in! So useless app now means a useless expensive watch.

Not connecting to watch. Piece of trash. Should've known when I saw the HP affiliation. It finds the watch on the first step... But when it then says Use Watch, it does not find the watch. Pathetic. Faulty app and/or faulty item. Useless app. (Yes I followed all operating instructions to the letter ad nauseum.) This was an exercise in frustration and nothing more. I see they don't care about their app or the watch.
