Boxer Bot

The app works well once you figure it out. I was having the same issue as others thinking the app wasnt making any sound for Boxer to react to. In order for it to work you have to hold the listen button down for 2 seconds and the bot will make a sound. Then you swipe the chosen program in the app. The app sound is very faint, like a dog whistle. I didnt hear it until I held the phone to my ear.

An amazing experience, but the reason it's not 5 stars is because the remote is not connecting to the boxer. Annoying, because many of the games need you to use the remote. Me and my brother both share this, and are extremely irritated. We have tried everything to make it work, following the instructions exactly, but nothing works. Would be 5 stars, but unfortunately cannot be until this is fixed

Awesome robot and great application. My son loves it and the app is rather easy to use. Be careful with the volume, the app wanted it REALLY loud so my son didn't really like it, other than that, this little robot is awesome. Well done devs! :) One thing I'd change, would be the option of skipping steps in the video tutorials. I don't neet to know each time what buttons to press ;)

So complicated 😫 at the start, also bad and old quality. It looks like PlayStation 1 graphics 😂 , bad experience I'll have to try again later. Also I wish u cood pause the videos. At least no ads which is great.

While the app looks like it would be fun, we've tried 3 different compatible devices and none of them have produced the apparent sounds needed to program the bot. When swiping up with the unlocked game cards it does nothing, makes no sound and the boxer just sits there. Pretty pointless info on the FAQs on these issues as well.

as of today, a fresh installation of the app on both tablets and phones will not make the sound audible so actions cannot be triggered. media volume tried at all settings to no effect. just tried through bluetooth and wired speakers to no avail. all sounds are loud in the app, but nothing when sending boxer a command have now tested on iOS too. no sound so unable to send sounds to boxer in app. will be sending the units back, not due to a fault in them, but poor software support

I'm unable to access any of the functions in the app. It goes straight through to the screen that says 'play with hands' 'play with cards' etc. Can't do anything at all, only let's me select the option play with cards & then runs through a continuous demo. Not quite sure what the purpose of the app actually is.

Brilliant Gadget/Toy and App. Very fun to use. My only one nag, is that each digital card should have an Info button to show exactly what can be done with the selected card, rather than having to look through the manual. Other than that 5*

Very cool device, but sadly, the android app is not working. You can only run the demo movie from the app. EDIT - ok, i am stupid - i found that you have to watch all demo movies - Now everything works like a charm.

downloaded and installed ok. launch app and it only lets ypu pick 'hands mode' to play with the toy. which equates to a video or someone playing with it with no way to exit other than closing the app. the app wont let you actually let you play with the toy in app mode. which is kinda the only point of the app, right?!

Theres a glitch on the app. When you go to a digital card and keep on swiping up on the card. You level up insanely. I just found it out and in 30-50 mins I leveled up to thr max level 17.

It worked at first. Now it just keeps closing every time I open it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, I've restarted my phone. It still doesn't work. I leave a 5 star review if this gets fixed. This was really fun before my problems. Edit: now it says I need external storage..

Baffling. I have absolutely no idea what most of the games are supposed to be because the makers have clearly tried their hardest to communicate everything with seemingly random pictures with no explanation of how to play. The help button only serves to tell you how to load a game, not how to play literally any of them. Even the instruction manual doesn't list them all and has yet more stupid pictures. They obviously want to sell this internationally, without paying any translators.

3 stars because it doesn't work straight away and because before I got all the levels it was annoying so I gave it 3 stars but it is good I suppose. I like it because I lose my boxer cards all the time so I use the app! I wish they would make another app though!

The bot is fun, but the app doesn't seem to work. The card moves, but it doesn't make a sound and so the bot doesn't do anything (phone volume is at max, of course).

Downloaded the app but cannot even get to the point "select game on app". Totally skips to another screen then locks up. Wish it would work.

Doesn't work with Android. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! My son spent $80 and got home to immediately open it and try it out. Both the tablet and phone will not produce the sounds loud enough for Boxer to Hear even with the speaker right above it. Now it's getting returned. JUNK

I Love The App And The Bot But Can You Add More Game Cards To The App. A Example For A New Game Can Be A Platformer Game On Boxers Screen And You Use The Remote To Control The Player. I Would Love A Game Like That.

The app altogether, along with the robot, is great and meets its objective, to entertain and be friendly.There is one problem though. My Boxer wont make sounds other than the motors. Can I turn it back on or fix this? Please answer!

This app is the best! So you need to click his back button for 2 seconds his eyes will flash go on the app swipe up to send it to Boxer. He will have checkmarks on his screen to let you know he received the command!

Totally bummed. My 7yr old son got this for Xmas and it won't work on my pixel XL 2. Please fix! I think the games are supposed to send an audio code to boxer when you swipe up but nothing ever happens. UPDATE: customer service wants my full name, address and telephone number to troubleshoot their app not working. NO FREAKING WAY!!! that is absolutely nuts you require that. Now I'm really unhappy with this purchase.

My son loved this but suddenly boxer went crackly then no sound at all. Never been anywhere and kept very clean. This is not good enough and I see others on here with the same problem. How to I get it fixed?

I love this app but one morning I woke up and I noticed that boxer was gone I tryed to download it again and it didn't work then 1 hour later I tried to download it again. Didn't work so I downloaded a few other apps and deleted them after then I downloaded boxer again. And it didn't work so please fix this thank you ~Kayden For Sure

This app is a great way to play with your buddy Boxer which you can by online or on the game. However, the enstructions aren't that easy to follow.

Hi Brandon here please add more commands for boxer also please add a minigames mode, as well but also add a voice recorder mode & also add voice command mode aswell for boxer so that u can say a command to boxer or with repeat mode u can make him repeat back what u say back to him. Plus please add PC & tablet support thank you but also add a minigame mode aswell so that u can play acade games in the app too thanks bro.

Ignore the 1 stars and listen to me. Boxer is fun kid friendly and very cool. He does a lot of stuff. Rate 5! You can even control him. You can do soccer or bowling and even a snake game! If you don't have it already you should get it. And last you controll him with the remote it comes with. hi I got boxer for Christmas great toy but would nearly deaf you when you get the cards going as I hear a high pitch sound is that normal I turned it off I use him on the tablet my son loves it tho we have Cosmo to but I don't turn them on together, but boxer seems to have a high pitch sound when I go to swipe cards the kinda sound only a dog would hear really but very good other than that

My lil' robot is soo cute! My Boxer Bot is only 2 days old! This app makes him do cool things! He can sing, dance, play soccer, and more! Plz downloud this app and buy the toy. I got my robot at Target. It is $80. But I got a discount so my mom had to pay $25.

So you get to play with boxer and games if you get 26 out of 26 he would be done with all the points then you can play whatever game with books are you want if you ever with those things that you need to play boxer with the games on your tablet or phone or iPad and on laptop.

The robot can't run in a straight line and can't wheelie or back flip. Please sort this issue as it is preventing me from using boxer properly
