Can I use the BPme app at every BP and Amoco gas station?
BPme is available at participating BP and Amoco locations. When you arrive at a gas station and open BPme, if the app's location on the top of the screen matches the site you are at and is accompanied with a mobile enabled phone icon, then that site is available for BPme use.
What happened to my Driver Rewards balance?
The Driver Rewards program ended on 10/1/2019 when we launched a new rewards program called BPme Rewards. When Driver Rewards ended, all outstanding rewards balances expired. If you would like to join BPme Rewards, you will start by saving 5 cents off per gallon on every fuel purchase made through next month.
What payment cards do you accept?
BPme currently accepts PayPal and all major credit and debit cards including BP credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover. BPme currently does NOT accept fleet cards, gift cards, and pre-paid debit cards.

What price will I pay if I use a debit card with BPme?
Fuel prices are displayed on the entrance to the site and at all of our fuel pumps. When using BPme to purchase fuel, you will always be charged the stated credit card price. To receive any exception prices (debit card pricing or discounts for specific credit card brands) that are locally offered by select gas stations, you can use your linked payment card to receive special pricing and qualify for BPme Rewards.
What is the BPme Rewards offer?
When you download BPme and register for BPme Rewards, you will immediately begin to get 5 cents off per gallon on every fuel purchase through the following month. After that, you have the opportunity to keep your 5 cent per gallon reward on all fuel purchases by spending $100 on fuel in a calendar month. Note: BPme Rewards is not valid in California.
How do I delete a payment card from my BPme wallet?
To remove a payment card from your BPme wallet, go to Account. Tap main payment card, and on the card you'd like to remove, tap the green information "I" icon. Tap delete card.
Can I purchase a car wash using BPme?
Yes. When purchasing fuel, you will have the option to purchase a car wash at gas stations that have a car wash.

Was prompted/forced to update app. Virtual assistant in app never opens. Couldn't get a gps/location lock for me to pay for fuel. Station finder kept showing me all around the station. A competitor one block away worked fine using gps. Why is there no way to select the station or scan a QR code at the pump then verify where you are? I restarted my phone, tried to get out from under the station cover, etc. In short spent >30 minutes troubleshooting an app that doesn't work at this station.
When BP changed their rewards program from a card system to an app system on Smart phones, they made it so difficult to do, I gave up trying. Last year I felt compelled to try again. Discusted, I finally asked employees at BP stations to help me. For the first few times at different stations when filling up, the employees didn't know how to do it either. Finally, I found a young lady, whom after trying to figure it out for quite a while, was successful. I wondered if BP intentionally programmed
I haven't been able to use the app, or my rewards, since March 29. I used to love the app but now since it doesn't work I am very disappointed. Update, I realized that after I moved I forgot to update my address linked to the account. Once done everything is back to normal!
Got the card and used immediately. They straightened out the time frame for rewards on card which is why I continued using card. Take frequent trips to Oklahoma fron NC. The app worked great. Have to switch to credit card in OK since didn't see BP station off I-40. After several months they quit sending statement. Remembered and called since a late fee had been applied. It was reversed, so all was well. Happened again the following month. They refused to reimburse, so I just cut up card!!!
Terrible. They promised big discount if I stored credit card and used app to make gas purchases at the pump. Tried 2 different gas stations. Errors every time, despite multiple attempts. Called help desk. They were not helpful. Don't waste your time with this app!
I like the app bc it allows me to tee up the pump and not have to get my CC out. only problem and I didn't deduct for it is that sometimes, it doesn't work and after trying a few times, have to close app out and try again.. All in, it's a good app.
I have never been able to pay at the pump via the BPme app. Twice I have managed to receive a reward by paying with my linked card. But now the last two times I have paid with my card I have received NO DISCOUNT. This app is a total scam and it's basic features do not work. You will likely receive no discount on gas from using this app, and if you receive any rewards, it will be a total hassle to receive them. I don't know how a company this large has such a horribly functioning app.
I have tried so many times to set this account up that I have gone to shell and Speedway and have their accounts setup very easily. I would prefer your account, but have given up setting it up with all the issues that I am having. This site won't even allowed to post this.
It gives you a discount per gallon of fuel, which is great, especially during these high gas price times. What I don't like is getting charged the credit card gas price when using the BP credit card with the app. The card does give me an additional discount but it in s almost abliterated by some stations additional credit card charges per gallon.
When I first got this app it was great. It's now of no use, it won't unlock a pump I just get an error when I try it. I have tried many BP stations. Please don't say you are sorry as many people have the exact same problem, maybe it's time you take this app offline and redo it so that it actually works. Yes I have done all the boiler plate answers you provide to everybody and it still acts the same way.
App works when it wants to when paying for fuel. Not reliable at all. Update: 3 months later and after updating the app...still does not work. Last update was 7/16/21, it's now 5/1/22, still unable to pay for gas through the app. All throughout covid it would have been great not to have to go inside to pay. Hope they fix this bug soon!
I really like this app. No messing with cards at the pump when it's below freezing. now if it could just pump for me too, lol, it would be perfect. just signed up for the price matching so hoping that saves me more than the dollar per month that it costs.
Used to love working with this app, worked great for about two months. Now it either won't recognize that I used it to pay so won't add the amount to my reward bar or it just won't apply my rewards. It's frustrating.
Very poor app. There are zero stains near me according to the app. Yet there are stations near me!! I called to see if I could use my rewards at the stations near me that are not showing in the app. Foreign agent had no clue what I was even talking about. Unacceptable!!
This is an EXCELLENT app. I love that I can activate the pump and my card is charged for the fuel automatically. This is good for me because I only carry my debit card with enough for a meal or two on it. However, I'm giving four stars because at least once a month the app acts crazy and I have to manually input my information into the pump and slide my card (which I have to go home and get.)
More aggravation than anything else! I think there was one time it worked as expected, but every other attempt either failed or partially succeeded. Some stations have an inaccurate GPS location, so when you try to pay it will say you are not near a station. Other times the app will just spin and then tell you to pay at the pump or pay inside. I have been able to pay for gas with the app a few times but it fails to apply the listed discount. The Shell payment app is much more reliable.
This is probably the most annoying, stupidly designed app you can find. Nothing works as they should. The only improvement is to redesign it from scratch.
Everytime they update, nothing works. "Faster" doesn't matter if every time I try to pay for fuel I get an Error message to try again later. WORST app. Pull up to the pump, and there's a 50/50 chance you can use you rewards and save on gas...or the app doesn't work. This app and the developers are TRASH. I'd rather pay full price for fuel, then play on this stupid app for 30m each time I go to gas station for a "maybe"..well today wasn't a "maybe" today was a "App isn't working"
I tried for almost 10 minutes to sign in and kept getting errors. This happens every dang time I try to use it so I never get rewards. Deleting finally. It's useless.
I can't edit my payments! I can't delete old cards and I can't add new card either. It keeps asking me to call customer services! The latest version keeps crashing! I have to roll back to 4.45.3 version in Jan. 28, 2022. And everything works! Who the hell is thr developer and QA?! Do you outsource the app?
Multitasking is great, invoicing and emailing is great. However, I still don't know how to get my winnings from the games I play. I play the games, win the money, and download it to PayPal, but the money never shows up on my PayPal card or my PayPal app.
Won't let you edit/update/delete a form of payment. So I try to add a new one. Get an error. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Doesn't fix issue. Tried calling customer service. Endless hold
Despite the insane amount of obstacles you have to jump through just to sign up for the perks I'm terrified to even use this promo after reading the terms and con. They talk about ending the promo at an unknown time/date and if you are still benefiting from it afterwards then you're liable for the sum received unless you happen to catch the email they send telling you to opt out(no time frame).They mention how they can deny price matching and canceling accounts any time for no reason. +so much
It's a really good concept, but it needs smoothed out in its coding. It has issues paying at the pump so I can use my rewards. I've force closed the app and cleared the cache and tried to use it multiple times each visit. About every two or three visits, it actually works. I do like it but please help fix it.
It doesn't work!! I'm missing big rewards from my banks, my Amex card for example. I had deleted that app before and just recently reinstalled it same problem, go to the pump and declined the transaction not because of insufficient funds, but that app sucks period. 🤬🤬🤬🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
Worst app ever. I never could get it to work. Contacted support, told to uninstall and reinstall...still didn't work. And now I can't even log in. So good in theory but not in practical use...I deleted it. I had them delete the app and I tried to reinstall it..still the worst app. It constantly says "something went wrong, please try again" so I can't even get in. Totally useless!
There's an issue nearly EVERYTIME I attempt to login or use this app! It ALWAYS asks me to register and if I try to login it either tells me I already have an account or resets to the main login screen again. Hyper frustrated!
App pretty much SUCKS!!! Not intuitive to use. Payment was a pain in the arse to set up. Rewards pretty small and not worth it. No option to pay inside the cstore. I am removing it from my phone and closing my bp me account.
The program was better when I 1st joined as the more gas you got, the more of a discount you got, up to 20 cents. Now it's just stuck at 5 cents off & you have to pay 100 bucks a month to even get that where as other gas programs give you the 5 cents off the bat without having to pay anything. I like BP cuz of the higher octane but if they're not going to give me any more incentive I can go elsewhere. And your password reset is terrible! Been stuck in a loop for 10 minutes!
For some reason when I use my app to pay at the pump the price per gallon does not change. I do not get to use my rewards or receive any rewards. I have called several times about this issue. Sometimes I will get issued a credit, but this is way too much of a hassle considering how much time it takes to get through and then have to explain the same old issue to another rep that I can hardly understand. Very disappointing to say the least. 😡
