BT Notification

Paired readily with Motorola Photon Q for the phone and sports functions, however, have not been able to get the BTNotifications to operate at all, so no remote functions. I installed a QR Reader for Android and after alot of frustration got the image to scan. Installed the APP and still it is not functioning. instructions are nonsense. Very poorly written. Vague and almost unitellible. Considering returning this item for a refund. You get what you pay for applies here I think.

I had problems with getting messages to work on the watch it kept saying I need to download btnotice. When I read the reviews 1 person said to download this app and another app that looks exactly the same except it's spelled out in one word btnotificaton. So I downloaded both apps restarted my phone and watch and now it works. Hope this helps.

A good entry smart phone, but not very smart as with others I have installed and reinstalled the app and my phone (Sony Z1 Compact) and the watch will not recognise that the BT Notifier app is set up and running. They are connected via Bluetooth, I can see my address book and make a call, but I can not send or receive SMS messages, or use the camera function.

Don't get it connected I can install and configure the app. I also get a BT connectivitiy to my U8 Smartwatch but it looks like the standard features from my Note 4 get been activated (Phone functionality, Addressbook, calls). My watch tell me, I shall install the app on the remotedevice. It looks that my Note 4 is overruling the "BT notification" functionality. If there is a special connection procedure, please let me know.

Instructions are in very poor english and difficult to understand. Took a lot of work for me to find the correct version online and in play store that goes with the phone I purchased. Links in doc are dated and did not work. The app seems to sync time and phone data. With a little work I was able to get time to sync and I can use it basically as a time piece and a bluetooth mic/headset. The address book does not down load names, the sms sync feature does not work. It just says to load this app..BT notification on my phone, I have done that.. For what I paid for a smart watch, i shouldn't be surprised, but I am disappointed. It has helped me to decide that I do want a smart watch. Just going to spend more for features

Alot of people say they can't get it to work. Go to the BTNotificans one. It's all in one word. Download that one but don't erase this one. Then after you have downloaded it and turned it on then restart the phone after it comes back on then restart the watch and have someone text you. If you can't get it to work just comment on mine and I will take you step by step. I just got mine and tried them both and it works great.

I tried dozens of apps trying to get my U8 based smart watch to work. All it could do is calls and play music until I installed this. Now I can read texts and use the remote camera. Still no way of changing from Celsius to Fahrenheit but a step closer to useful.

It won't let me access the camera function on the watch, the text messaging, and now is causing my notification tone to go off every 60 seconds or so for no reason. This watch was a gift, and it says this app is required to access those functions. It's turning out to be more of a curse than a gift. Galaxy S6 edge.

After three long, agonizing days, I still can't use sms, camera, pedometer, nothing. I got this because it offered everything I need, but it is garbage. The U8 DUMB watch is trash. Don't buy it or use any of the useless apps. None of them work. Not even worth it to sell. Just gonna toss it.

If you set it up the right way it works well. Before you do anything with watch. Download the app on your phone. Then allow accessibility on your phone. Then turn on Bluetooth on phone then connect watch. Everything works fine including messaging and notifications which were not working with other apps or until set up in this order

Okay, so the only way I could get this to work with my HTC was to install this AND an app in the PlayStore called "Mediatek Smart Device". It kept disconnecting for a few hours, which was annoying, but seemingly after letting it disconnect & connect, before I slept, I woke up to a device that completely works. Messages can be seen, email notices, weather in the Google app & make & receive calls. It's dope. Hopefully this will help some of you. If you need help, contact me through my profile.

i was on the verge of throwing out the smartwatch that i got from lazada on promo as the bt notifier that's on the manual is not available either thru url or QR and ive installed other several higher-rated/highly downloaded bt notfctn apps. when i tried ths one, i wasnt really expecting it to work. im just glad it did. thanks to ur dev team.

And enables phone and text messages. The speaker is awful and if you try to use the music or camera apps you are in for a bad time. Camera tells you to download the app, regardless of it being installed, and the music just streams music from an all like Samsung milk...at an incredibly low volume. But it receives calls well I suppose.

I just spent 40$ on a product that half of the options don't even work! I've noticed half of the people on here have complained yet no one has got any help. So we clearly all got ripped off. You get what you pay for. I have an lg g stylo which is irrelevant because clearly no ones phone works

I love the watch and the app, but there is one major flaw, the app will run while my Hauwei P8 phone is active, however, if I lock my phone, the app stops running and I do not get notifications on my watch. I then have to reconnect the app to the watch which is highly tedious. Please fix

Like many others I had the problem of messages and camera throwing back the 'please install bt' error when I had installed. Tried all the advice about pairing, unpairing, reinstalling etc but no joy. Installed an app called 'smartwear' alongside this one and paired using that app instead. As soon as I did it fixed everything and all notifications came through as they should. I'm using Ulefone Paris X and Uwear watch. Hope this is useful as I was getting frustrated with the error message all the time too.

First I downloaded it then it did not work. I uninstalled it, unpaired my devices, turned the smart watch off and downloaded it again. When I turned my smart watch off and paired my devices, it already works. I gave 4 stars because I still dont know if everything works (just like my notifications) but my messages synced.

This is cheap, and great. I thought it was a piece of junk because this app did not work, but then I downloaded smart wear and my watch now shows me messages, plays music, and does everything. Download smart wear if u want any use out of ur watch. Give the app some time and your watch will be as good or better than a samsung. Oh yeah and don't forget about your bragging rights. If you don't have this watch yet BUY IT for you or a family member, I mean c'mon it's 15 bucks!!!

Read review...I have the volt 2 with boost. The app works fine for me. Its the watch im not super stoked with. Not haven any discount problems at all. If u just want just notifications the watch works great. Im not impressed cuz you cant reply by the watch. Yes u can make calls and receive calls. If your out on town and dont hear your phone ring the watch will vib so i guess thats cool and u can only read texts. The watch has other features but so does the cell phone. reset both items after app installed.

This app works great with my phone. I can read my messages, view my phone book, play music, all the functions that my watch said it would. People have to be careful, because if you swipe the app from the notifications tray, the app disconnects. So instead of swiping all notifications at the same time, I just swipe them out one by one and leave this one on.

Ever since I download the app my watch works but the app wont pull up and I have both bt notifers bc it works with both of them not just the other one And it won't even load up, kicks me off the app every time and always throwing an error box on the bottom of my phone with out the app on the screen Every 5 seconds that says "sorry, APK exception, will be exit." All day long it's very annoying but I have to have both apps on my phone in Order for my dz9 smart watch to work correctly.

Application seems to work perfectly with my ASUS Zenfone... except that my Facebook,Messenger and Viber notifications dont push through to my smartwatch. Calls & Messages are working fine, overall i'm still happy with it.. :)

I just brought the dz09 and tells me download this app. I did and it works sometimes but needs big improvement. I keep getting the apk not connected and this what stop it from work correctly. Now wish i spend more money to get the real deal.

The app disconnects from the watch every time the phone locks, and it's impossible to reconnect it without disconnecting and reconnecting the watch entirely.

Receives calls but no text message connection. Keeps saying install on phone but I already have. Not good

Had to load this for my smart watch, well it does not work. I loaded it once and it loaded itself a second time, it will not allow me to view my messages, pictures or phone book. All I can do is answer calls. If I want to make a call, I have to do it from the phone first.

No problems installing this program others said they had. Only thing keeping it from being a 5-star is the menu. Font is too large and I can't find a way to make it smaller. But that said, I'd rather it to be too big than too small. Works great on my Samsung S4.

After getting the watch you have to install "smile notification" make sure you ALLOW the popup. The unclear tricky part now is.... When u click message or music etc it will say, install "BT NOTIFIER" so again go to store search BT notifier . apk. .. install it accept and ALLOW. For the last part, assuming it still comes up with the "install" message, DISCONNECT bluetooth, then RECCONECT it to your phone. (U may have to this 2 or 3 times) Enjoy! :)

I tried so many, including this. Just not compatible with u8 watch, cant receive bt notice and cant use bt camera. But I've found the best app for u8, called "Mediatek smart device app" under Mediatek Inc. If u're using u8, just search for this app.

But the Talkback system app on my Samsung GS3 keeps becoming activated, and that's really annoying. Please fix this problem.
