BTSmartwatch

Surprisingly, the app actually worked within seconds of me connecting it to my phone. I'm not sure if it has to do with what type of phone but I have a galaxy j7 and it works fine. Sure it can't send messages from my watch but that's not capable on the watch and no app will help that. Otherwise, the camera feature remotely takes pictures, the messages show up in my inbox and so far everything seems to be working fine. It would be a five star but the app is still unfinished or at least looks so.

The app keeps malfunctioning all the time. The Bluetooth connects perfectly, but to retrieve window contents on the phone is a big problem. When I try to fix the problem, the phone reports that the app is malfunctioning. I practically have to turn the phone off then on again repeatedly or turn off the watch many times to get it work for some minutes. Secondly, when it finally connects, the Bluetooth has a short range. Just fee steps away from your phone it disconnects. The watch is slow

Very bad! Got this for the watch I bought off tophatter. The watch is very bad and the app is worse. Doesn't do anything right. Keeps saying "unfinished" or errors over and over. Notifications that it sends are BLANK. Just a box.. It can't control music or calls with watch unless you use the watch as a speaker. Which is VERY BAD and quiet. Worst watch and app I've come across.. Going to send it back... Not. Work it at all

The app has a LOT of bugs! It keeps disconnecting to the A1 smart-watch, and it stops sending notifications after a while. A few seconds of in-activity and it breaks connection to the watch. It doesn't show the phone's call-logs or messages on the watch either, saying that the phone isn't connected to the watch. Fix these bugs, and the app has potential!

Works almost as expected. Many of the functions on the watch do not work. After spending 4 days trying different settings in the end I receive notifications, phone calls and sms on the watch. That is what I want most, that's why I give higher rating. But it was not easy to set it up, I did not get notifications the first 2 days. My phone is with Android 9. Advice to users: don't give up. Advice to developers: work on access to settings from the app.

The settings are easy to access and setting up the basics of the watch (time and date) is not too complicated. The screen is very responsive and the watch strap feels nice. BUT it isn't a smart watch. Every time I try to connect to bluetooth, it shows an error about my passkey not matching. Without connecting to my phone, the watch is simply a time telling piece. Good if that's how they marketed it. If they can get the bluetooth to work, the watches screen icons and pages are easy to understand

Doesn't seem to work. It brings up a message about enabling accessibility. The accessibility menu it takes you to has nothing to do with remote notifications, rather features for users that can't see or hear. App is currently stuck in a loop where you can't return to the main screen.

The app just pushes notifications to the smartwatch and at the same time asks lots of permissions, it can basically see everything my phone has on the screen and inside. Quite scary for an unknown developer. Nothing more than pushing notifications to the watch and it keeps the connection not too stable. The notifications is another issue, if you have more than one you will see the latest only. I've installed the Q7 app which is not designed for my watch but holds the connection much better.

This App needs an update. Many of the options on the App doesn't respond to commands. And the update should give room for accessing the functions of the smart watch on the remote device(smartphone). For instance, the pedometer should be accessible on the remote device.

This is a promising app. Sure, it needs work but what/who doesn't. Making calls, music, alarms, camera, bt all work great, however; Messaging, fb, twitter, Whatsapp asks for Sims Card and in some cases, asks for a Memory Card. I don't think there's a place to put either. There isn't a SimsvalleySmartwatch-APP to be found on playstore. BTSmartwatch app is what the QR gave me to download.

The app, watch, and my phone all tell me that certain things have been downloaded to the watch. I'll go into every setting and it says empty. I'll re-download it and again say everything has been downloaded, but again nothing. I went to the place I bought the watch at, and they told me that this app is horrible and they haven't met anyone who has given it a good review. That tells me all the 5 star are lies made up by the developers. I would go on but I'm running out of space to write.

Great...when it connects. It doesn't always connect to the app meaning you don't get notifications on your watch. It pairs to your phone, but unless you have the icon in your bar it won't work and it seems to be random when it does connect.

Watch disconnects constantly from phone or at times, does not connect to app at all. All functions do not work well with an Android & using the app doesnt allow you to transfer compatible apps to the watch, it'll always have a connection issue. Deleted this app today after having my watch tgat I could barely use for 2 months. A waste.

for this cheap of a smart watch it does the job. Bought it to see if i can get used to wearing one and if i would like the notifications on a watch. But the app is almost useless though aside from forwarding notifications. You cant change settings aside from which notifications are sent to watch.

The app disconnects whenever my phone was in sleep mode. Also everytime I connect the app to my smartwatch I need to configure the setting over and over again. In addition the social media apps on my Smartwatch(V8) doesn't work even though I was connected to my phone with my wifi on.

Doesn't even open, it crashes before doing so. Redmi note 6 pro. Days like this make you wonder why apple products are superior, meaning reliable, i tested an iwatch and sure enough it connects with no issue, granted it not all options are available, but it only took one try. Hint to developers, test your apps because most of these apps are just plain trash anf waste of time. Plain garbage.

Drained my phone battery. I charged my phone 100% before going to bed at 9:30pm woke up at 6am and my phone was at 21%. I have to delete the app I hope the watch still works w/o the app. Other than that I can make calls thru the watch but I have to reset the time each morning, Its like it doesnt update the time and date each day you have to manually do it thru settings.

the most basic boring app ever. all it does is connect the watch to my phone. you cant make any changes to the watch, download any apps or watch faces. I have had other off brand smart watches and figured i would give this one a try....smh. half of the features that are listed in the app are coming soon or under construction.

I have had this app for all of 5 minutes and I already hate it with a burning passion. It is difficult (more like impossible) to use and is very aggravating. I wish I could get rid of it but it's thw one my cheap-o $20 smartwatch uses. This is why my mom should have just gotten the expensive one instead of the cheapest one she could find.

Useless.All I can really get to do is tell time. I have to charge it every night so I can't use the sleep feature.Sound has never worked. Alarms don't work.i shouldn't have to turn on the pedometer or the sleep app. I am can fall asleep fast but I have to charge it at night. Worst $50.00 I ever spent.

V8 Smartwatch. Connects but there is absolutely NOTHING you can do with this app other than connect it to the watch which is just a waste of time and power on the watch and phone because of the Bluetooth!
