CA Lottery Official App

Horrible, when I signed up I had a different email account and like many people I don't know the password either. And I don't have that particular phone number anymore. Present day ,I have a fancy new Tablet with access to apps. Now I am locked out from this apps. Overkill on the security and verification process. I would like to use the 2nd draw scan a ticket option-I will NEVER experience what I should.

Been using for years! No problem. Towards the end of 2021 it became useless. So I uninstalled and stopped buying scratcher. About a month ago I started buying again. Have a lot saved up. And Cali. Has a budget surplus! Of course they do , it's mine and all the other people who used to win a little here and there. Now very seldom. Plus we can't enter second chance. Don't say your aware and working on it. Dates of these complaints Coincidence these complaints coincide with Covid?

I reinstalled this app and all I get is "Error" message when scanning 2nd chance. Ridiculous, I don't know why the developer can't fix this problem???????:( It's now April 15, 2022 down loaded the app again since its been updated in March 2022. Bugs were all fixed. Nope, same problem, same bugs, not fixed!

For new players like me this app is pretty useless. There is no explanation as to how the games like fantasy 5, daily 4 and other smaller games work and what the winning results mean. I cannot find the odds or even the costs of how much they are to play. The FAQ doesn't explain anything and the information (i) icon for each game in the upper right just tells you when the next game is. This app only seems good for finding the results and not much else.

This app rarely opens properly. When it does open properly, it will only last a minute then close again. Not sure what's going on but it has been like this for a while (over a year). I keep checking to see if it's fixed and never is.

This is the baddest app I've ever ever had it is not only nice and awesome to the eyes but it's also an easy way to make sure that you don't throw away winter or miss something whoever come up with this wait the normal individual that buys lottery tickets and see if they won is awesome man it's freaking awesome then I'm telling everyone about this app this is the badass app I've ever seen in my entire life I couldn't live without this app I would never buy lottery ticket if I didn't have this ap

What's the point of this when the app keeps bugging out. Can't even get to the 2nd chance page without it saying I'm not logged into my account which I'm already am. Not sure why this app is 4.1 star rating when it should be 2. With all the comments I read so far, looks like nobody's working on these issues.

Revised (1/27/22) kudos for the superfast response to my previous 1☆ review*** re whatever was going on with the app b4 the last patch/update/fix. ***Immediately crashes the moment you try to open it. Wasn't having this issue last week. Tried un/reinstalling and it's still broken. Working on an Android that is fully updated.

No longer works for me old phone. Just crashes at startup. The app doesn't need to be that delicate.

I find money everyday through the second chance scratcher tickets that people place in the streets and don't think to give a second thought. I simply collect these tickets enter the second chance drawing and wait for the winnings thank you lottery.

App will not open, it just crashes. This happened since last two updates. My phone is galaxy note9.

Great for checking tickets but only if you do it between 7am to 10pm. It's just not worth it to download if I have to wait to check if I won I could just stay in the store and check it there.

The latest update released on 1/18/22 broke the app. Now it just crashes immediately after starting. It has become completely useless. Rebooting the phone didn't fix it. Uninstalling and reinstalling did not fix it. Clearing the cache and all data didn't fix it.

Does not allow me to sign in to my account for 2nd chance, keeps giving me incorrect credentials error even though I don't have the same problem on the website version

1/21/2022 - Free app keeps crashing and won't open. Can't check tickets anymore after recent update. When trying to check a ticket the app takes me to a page advertising the new scratches. Also when selecting 2nd chance option I'm brought to a sign in page while I'm already signed in.

Doesn't work worth a lick as of now. It launches, then immediately disappears. It is listed as an open app when you see running apps. Must be a new bug in the current version.

Stopped working today. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times with no luck. Just refuses to open. There is a terms and conditions screen but when I tap ok that disappears and the app closes. Fix this and I'll change to 5 stars

Works well most of the time . Still haven't figured out why there is a notification dot sometimes . I search the whole app and can't find anything to open that will make the dot go away. It always makes me feel anxious, like maybe I won but don't know where to look.

App hasn't been loading. I uninstalled reinstall. I do everything and it's still is not giving me access to the California lottery as it has for many years. Thinking about just deleting it permanently and doing all my numbers on my own.

Doesn't scan with g100! Scan won't work at all. The little brackets don't even show up that usually show up to start the scan. It just does nothing and then a little box pops up saying cannot scan ticket.

I ❤️ this app because its easy to use and conveniently accessible to get your tickets scanned and checked to see if you have the winning tickets. I like how everything is in one app. I highly recommend this app if you play lottery tickets and scrathers.

It's really easy to learn about your lottery,or scratchers.you can scan your tickets to see if it is a winner.

Broken again Won't even open fix your app!!!! Last two versions are terrible. Updated last night. Now every check a ticke says "sorry this game had ended ". Why can't these developers leave an app alone when it functions. 5 days now. Just go back one version. Seriously. The developers are still unable to fix this app. June 21. It's shocking the state would hire amateurs to develop these apps. No support. App is constantly down. Or wrong.

The App won't open. I've had it on previous phones. I don't know why it won't open but I'm pretty irritated. I just want to check a ticket and enter the 2nd chance drawing.

Never works. Always a issue with the system. Rarely scans tickets. Rarely has updated info in a timely matter. Don't waste the space on your phone just go to google.

Great app to use to check if you have a winner but after the new update I can't enter any new scratchers for 2nd chance. Keeps giving me the msg that I have already entered the code which I know I haven't since I couldn't enter them when the app wouldn't open previously. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!

On 1/20/22, CA Lottery APP stopped working. I've restarted my Android device several times, uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times to no avail. App not working. Really frustrating. Need help.
