Camera for Android

One star for misleading information and terrible resolution. I had not trouble loading or using it. I selected compatible max resolution but it didn't leave the lowest setting. A depth of field effect is shown here. But, after trying it several times, I think another camera took the demonstration photos. It does have good access to previous shots by sliding left, a full screen capture is displayed. And it has ads although they are not pop up or displayed with out opening them yourself.

Horrible camera. Horrible interface. I tried this to replace my stock Samsung camera app and it can't even perform as well as it. Image processing in the native photo viewer is horrendous. Like how could someone design that, look back at it and think it's okay? The same photo, when viewed in the app, will look extremely distorted. But when viewed in literally any other photo app, it's fine. Low-light performance is abysmal. No auto focus and when you manually focus, it's so limiting. I couldn't uninstall this app fast enough. Don't waste my f**ing time.

I have been using this app 4 days. This app has nice features but twice it has "pretended" to take pictures but didn't save them. The shutter sounded and it appeared to add the photos to the gallery but they are not there. I lost numerous pics from Yellowstone National Park and again in Grand Teton National Park. I am sorely disappointed. If there is a daily limit to the number of pics you can take with the app, it is not disclosed. The app also requires access to your contacts, why?.

excessive ads, no option to buy app to remove ads, and makes a nuisance just to use. had software issues that make most apps unusable for camera. including stock software. however the quality of the pictures is significantly higher that before and is the only app i know of that works for my phone right now. if i could have a way to remove ads i would consider a higher rating

Good all, but it would have gotten 5 stars from me if one thing was different. I find it annoying that you can't pause a video when you film it to then carry on with later on. There should be an edit button on the videos when you watch them, at least.

Well the app worked just fine when i got the phone about treo years ago. About a year ago i lost almost all settings for it. I couldn't even turn flash on Or off. I couldn't uninstall it, greyed out, soi installed another photo app and that worked better for a little while then Did about the same. I used the original photo app again, Got flash back but that's it, photos look terrible, so fuzzy can't hardly look at them. I just gave up taking photos.

Constant annoying ads are the last things I wanted to see for a camera app. When open the app or choose any option or even randomly unwanted and unrelated ads pop up. There was a time a few years back this app was a good app. Shame. Not acceptable. Garbage.

Terrible. A lot of full screen ads as soon as I started the app for the first time. As soon as i tried to exit the add by pressing back it asked me to rate the app. So here you go, it is trash. I was not able to take photo with the app.

Don't download unless you are a fan of terrible Ads. You cannot take a photo without ads, even when your WiFi/mobile data is off. The camera it self is blurry. I deleted immediately after I downloaded it. Total waste of my time, space and personal interest. Terrible.

This app is spam plain and simple. The first screen to show up is an ad to install Facebook, when you back out of it yet another ad to install Facebook shows up, and when you exit that ad, the program program closes without a trace of the camera screen. In short, this is adware

Arista has an absolutely horrid built in camera, with no white balance options, and this app is even worse. It opens up into an ad, and the controls are unusable.

This app can not function without SEEING YOUR CONTACTS, WHYYY would you need my contacts to take a picture? Stop selling people's data! - Opens slow, has to show me an ad every time I want to take a picture - by the time I clicked the ad away, my target has already moved behind a tree... ... And then the app still has the audacity to beg for a 5 star review? Imagine me kicking you in the shins repeatedly, then saying "please rate me 5 stars"

I personally think this app is trash and it's just using up our storage. I dont know if this is happening to anyone else, but everytime I try to open the app it immediately closes of for 'This app is not suitable for your device.' Like how stupid is that. I have a clear android device and it says in he name of the app 'Camera for Android.' I highly disagree with this app and I advise you to not download this game. I cannot use my camera because it asks me to insert a memory card, which I have and use for other application. In addition it does not work without permission to access my contact. I do not see the relation between taking a pic and my contact.

App will not work unless I give it permission to my contacts, some shady stuff going on with this app. This is mostly likely were robo callers get their contracts. Don't use!

No shutter sound, which is exactly what I want! Easy to navigate, logical set up, good to use. Thanks very much to the developer.

I don't get it, how do you take photos with flash on? How can having the flash option on and tapping the button to take a photo not take a photo with flash on? That's bull. Also, no you do not need a person's contacts In order to take photos, this is a camera app, not an app for making calls to people.

I use this app instead of the one on my Note 8. I loaded it because I want to take panarama shots. I like the UI better than the stock one. Zoom needs work.

I got this app because i had no camera on my phone... the app only lasted two nights?! I only took like five pictures on this app then, it said it stoped working?!?! If you dont have a camera app dont get this one!! its not a good app and only lasted me two days?! The worst part was the day it stoped i was driving to my vacation hotel! i could not take pictures so i really dont know how i lasted vk?!

After I learned how to use it ok. Don't care for having to touch the spot for photo to take. Too easy to make it video when I choose a single photo.

you can do much way much better and to many adds who put a add on the app when you done downloading and opening it for the first time?it is a camera app but it as a add for the welcome screen...and no nice functions at all

way to many ads makes it a horrible experience and makes you always miss the moment when your trying to take a picture. garbage.

Bad app, try to take picture from text message? Half the photo is cut off. Try to use the app from home screen? Bombarded with screens to click through before you get the actual camera.

I dled and opened and had to sift thru a ton of adds. Uninstalled it. I just want the ability to take pics when I want without having all the clutter

Won't function unless you give it access to contacts....Bombards you with ads every few seconds and won't exit until you view the ads... best to avoid
